Nach vielen kostspieligen IPL Behandlungen sind alle meine Körperhaare wieder zurück gekommen, obwohl mir versichert wurde dass die Behandlung wirkt. Bin sehr enttäuscht und kann diesen Ort nicht empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.
Sehr erfahrene, sympathische und schöne skin Expertin! Die Räume sind ein Traum und die Behandlungen alle top! Besonders das Wimpernlifting zählt zu den Besten der Stadt und die Laserhaarentfernung die wirklich wirkt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Honestly just writing this to let the owner know that her employees have no interest in making costumers feel welcome. I usually like to go to this spot and some girls are very friendly but what I just experienced was very far away from good customer service. Walked in 6.40 pm just to get my lashes colored. The two employees were busy doing each others nails when I walked in and asked nicely if they would be able to fit this 15 minute treatment in, they sort of rolled their eyes, gasped and kind of contemplated on who should do this horrible job now. The look they gave each other (especially one of them) was truly disgusting I decided in that moment to leave right away.

I got the laseMD treatment and, after visiting a real dermatologists, I got to know that my face burned out due to inappropriate laser treatment for my type of skin. Now I got stains, scarfs and skin barrier damage on my face.
I found Swissmed Glow is not a clinic and the estheticist is very kind, generous giving the treatment and has the best intentions. Good advice and knowledge on skin would be a great plus.

Ich hatte letztens ein brazilian waxing Termin bei Aylin. Es war mein erstes Mal, weswegen ich sehr nervös war. Aylin nahm sich viel Zeit, um die Behandlung mit mir zu besprechen und konnte mir meine Ängste durch ihre geduldige, sympathische und wertfreie Art nehmen. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Die Behandlung ging schnell aber gründlich. Anschliessend hat sie mich über verschiedene Sachen beraten. Ich bin von der herzlichen Art des Teams, wie auch der Einrichtung, positiv geprägt. 😊
Ich war heute ganz spontan in meiner Mittagspause bei Aylin zum Augenbrauen zupfen und auch wenn die Behandlung schnell ging, fühlte ich mich wahrgenommen und sie ging freundlich und kompetent auf meine Bedürfnisse ein. I had a last minute appointment for a gellac manicure with Rosangela and it was great. She is friendly did a great work on my short nails and use nice product. The price is fair for Zurich which is quite expensive in general. Thank you I will come back.

Ich habe mich für Lip Neutralisation bei Veronika angemeldet aber Katastrophe..
Erstens hat Sie mir keine Beratung gegeben und auch keine Farben gezeigt. Normalerweise muss man auch bei solchen Behandlungen einen Gesundheitsfragebogen ausfüllen, was ich auch nicht erhalten habe. Vor der Behandlung habe ich Sie sogar noch gefragt, ob ich Ihr das Bild nochmals zeigen soll, worauf Sie dann nein gesagt hat. Das fand ich auch sehr merkwürdig, da ich keine Ahnung hatte, was Sie die ganze Zeit macht. Sie hat mir überhaupt kein sicheres Gefühl bei der Behandlung gegeben. Ich musste auch zwischendurch mal nachfragen, ob ich nach 2 Stunden mal schauen darf, weil ich nicht verstanden habe, weshalb Sie fast 3 Stunden nur für die oberen Lippen gebraucht hast. Aufjedenfall sind meine Oberen Lippen teilweise total verrissen, Herpes habe ich jetzt auch und flecken von der roten Farbe die Sie gebraucht hat. Als ich Sie darauf angesprochen habe, meinte sie ich hätte es besser wissen sollen, das nach der Behandlung Herpes entstehen kann. Danach hat Sie mich auch gleich blockiert. Sehr professionell. She's always professional, never force me to buy products I don't need, customizes the treatments according to my needs, and I am happy with the result of HIFU and Fotona.

I have had the pleasure to have a facial and neck treatment at Artas. Arta is wonderful and really know what she is doing. She could advise what was needed for me to really treat the areas of my face and neck which was bothering me and I was very happy with results.
What I appreciate the most about Arta is that she tailors the treatments to fit your need and charge accordingly so you feel like the price is fair. Too many salons nowadays overcharge which Arta Beauty doesn’t.

I’ve spent more than 4.200CHF between 1. Crio for the belly and coulotte de Cheval (not enough strong, it didn’t worked out for me)
2. HIFU legs (painful and it didn’t worked out for me)
3. LPG (treatment was nice and relaxing)
One day she called me and she told me she made a mistake with the prices after I’ve payed and after I’ve started doing all the sessions. I’ve told her “ok then if it’s even more expensive I can’t make it and so I would like to have my money back” (total amount was 6.500CHF) (for this price you can take a train and hotel to Milan, do liposuction and come back to Zurich with the change of 1.500CHF in your pocket - this is what I actually did for real)
Disappointed from her, very happy about my liposuction in Milan! :)

Das ist schon das Zweitemal, dass ich bei Frau Milione war, um mir die Wimpern zu liften und die Augenbrauen zu färben. Ich war beidesmal begeistert vom schönen Ergebnis und habe viele Komplimente dafür gekriegt.

The whole process beginning with Artas professional consultation, variety of treatments, the newest technology and lasers, kindness of staff… it provides the full satisfaction of your expectations and great value for invested money. Especially amazing results I have achieved with ultra former treatments for face and body firming and HIFU face treatments. As well Madero face & body therapy and cellulite treatments are to be found here. I am highly recomending Artas Beauty.

I went to Paradise Nails to get a gellac manicure and left with three fingers bleeding, stinging and my nails looking messy and not clean as if I had painted my nails myself. The lady that did my nails was extremely harsh and did not stop even after I complained from pain. It is enough to say I will never be coming back here.
So happy with all the results of procedures. Highly skilled and experienced. They will kindly discuss your areas of concern. Well worth the investment, with results that for me have exceeded expectation. Thanks too for a great salon experience, organised by lovely staff to be as safe as could possibly be during difficult times.

Nice atmosphere, excellent and friendly beauticians. I love that it's a walk in and that you can spontaneously show up. Usually I am taken care of right away but the most I have had to wait was only 30 minutes. The space is very convenient, so I bring my laptop to work on or catch up on a Netflix show while waiting. More importantly the beauticians do a great job on my nails. I always leave with a smile!

Extremely overpriced for what it offers: dirty tools and tables, unfriendly personnel. I had manicure and pedicure at the same time and no one bothered about my comfort so I had to literally twist my back so that lady can do my hands. To finish it off, they don’t accept credit cards.

Meine Problemhaut hat mich viel Nerven gekostet, bis ich mir endlich die Zeit genommen habe, mich bei Beauty Care beraten zu lassen. Ich habe mich genau an die Anweisungen gehalten, die tollen Produkte gekauft und nach einigen Wochen war meine Haut völlig ausgeglichen und schön! Ich gehe nun immer wieder zur Kontrolle und halte mich zu 100% an die von Beauty Care empfohlenen Produkte. Das Personal ist super geschult und alle Kosmetikerinnen sind sehr angenehm! Super flexibel sind sie auch, wenn es darum geht, gleichzeitig die Hände oder Füsse zu behandeln! Das liebe ich, denn dann verliere ich wenig Zeit. Eine Beratung bei Beauty Care erspart viele Besuche beim Dermatologen!!! Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich vertraue nun bereits seit mehreren Jahren auf ihr Fachwissen und ihre Erfahrung. Last week, I went here for the first time to refill my gel nails and everything was perfect. It's quite busy place and I was treated very well. After one week, mine nails look still great.
The good reviews are problably friends of the ones working there as most of the customers coming in while I was there were also latinas. They do speak German therefore cannot agree with the previous review.. but they just don’t feel like talking too much to you as singing, texting and sending voice messages while doing your nails is more important. They are cheaper than proper salons in Zurich but still too expensive for what they deliver. I have a set to do gellack nails at home (costs like 70.-) but i wanted a professional to do it for a special day... well she did it worse than me and it came off after 3 days (can last up to 3 weeks if done properly) plus she cut me on 4 fingers so it looked really bad and all that for 60.-. The pedicure was done alright (cost 50.- with regular polish) but sure would not get through Swiss standards of hygiene as the scrub is cleaned by throwing it in to the tub with the dirty water of the customers feet and then put back to be used for the next customer. Overall if you are used to get your nails done at your holiday destination, this place will probably suit you, if you like a job done by Swiss standards go somewhere else.
