I highly recommend giving Ivyann Skin Retreat a try. I went in for a deep tissue with hot stones and a foot scrub. I was amazed by the treatment I received. The service was great, the massage pressure was perfect, and the professionalism from Ivette was top notch. I was so happy with my experience from my massage that I have booked a facial/back facial and I will be sending my wife to be treated by Ivette. Massage was okay. It wasn’t the best I’ve had around Central Florida. The oils/lotion they used had a weird smell and was sticky. And when I got the extra eucalyptus it was way too strong. I wouldn’t come back again. Next time I’ll use a small business they do better jobs. The only reason I tried them out was because they opened the earliest. Their towels also have a mildew smell to them.
We have done our massage at this place one day ago. We both had very bad shooting shoulder and back pain after their massage. Upfront they charged their fees and at the end the lady was waiting with receipt to add tips. If the service is good people are willing to pay the tips. It was told as full body massage but they did only neck and back of my wife. We feel like we bought pain with our money. We don’t recommend this place to any person
I used to go here before COVID and get excellent service. Now their service is the worst. Extremely disappointed. It is run by two old Chinese women who are at least 45 years old. They don't speak English and don't know how to give any kind of massage. They charged me $60 for doing nothing. I will never go there again.
Got a gift card for my spouse for hot rocks massage and they forgot. I'm not a memeber so I paid full price and the gave us back 10$ because they forgot! When it was mentioned at the beginning of the session the massage assistant said there was no hot rocks service. Really disappointed, service there is going down. Really upset because it was a gift and my spouse walked out of there upset to.

Really nice and cosy place. Jennifer did my Swedish massage and did a fantastic job. I left feeling very refreshed and the smell of the CBD oil is divine! My job requires me to stand for hours at a time, so it felt great being able to put my feet on the ground and not feeling like I’m walking on needles for a change.

Horrible experience! Received a gift from a relative. Wanted to go and get a massage to relax and did the complete opposite. Wanted to book an appointment with no answer (couldn't do it online because it was a transfer service from an account holder). The front desk representative (all 3 of them) zero customer service. From the moment I walked in, one was eating and had to cover her mouth while speaking to me and the other 2 none existent. Finally book a same day appointment - decided to wait about an hour (my choice) for when I came back one of the reps at the front desk tells me that I did not have an appointment. Explained that to her that I was there less than one hour ago and that the one that booked the appointment was next to her. The rep that book the appointment didn't even acknowledge my presence. I had to wait another 30 minutes because of their mistake during booking. Finally got the massage and thanks to her I'm giving the 1 star if not it would be a negative number. Not only that they charge me a transfer fee - which I'm ok to pay it, but the lack of communication from the front desk shows by poor customer service. I'm not one to post reviews but the front desk reps had the audacity to ask me at the end if I wanted a membership with them. Really??
Me and my husband just had a couples massage with Zoe and Grace. All we ca say is WOW!!! We feel amazing and refreshed. We found our new spa! Thank you for making our anniversary even more special!

I got a hydro facial and my son had a deep clean to take care of his acne. My skin was so radiant when it was done. My sons pimples seemed to be reduced.

Walked in for a massage with my mom and sister. When we arrived they asked if we had an appointment, and took us right away even though we didn't. We were asked to pay first which was weird to me. And there was a sign outlining what was considered bad or good service based on how much you tipped. How can you decide how much you want to tip before you've even had the service.
We all had a 60min massages which were great to the point that we wanted to adjust our original tip. However, they had no cash to give us change and one masseuse was all too eager to take the whole $10.

Kimmie is the absolute BEST! She gives an AMAZING massage. Very friendly and highly recommended for the best massage. She deserves 5 stars.

Recovery from an Esthetique surgery is alway a lengthy and painfull process. However, the linfatic and recovery massages given at VM Integral Massage make the process much smoother and efficient. Very good profesional and calm ambience, combined with a top notch Esthetician. 100% highly recommend. If you need recovery massages, this is the plce to go.
I called ahead of scheduling an appointment and was told that the introductory couples massage costs $119 for the two people together and not per person. Because I was given this information, I scheduled the $119 couples massage and the girl on the phone reassured me that it would only be $119 per couple not per person. She said she even double checked with the manager on duty, so I scheduled the massage for me and my aunt that was visiting for her birthday. When we showed for the appointment, the front desk staff told me they would not honor that price because the $119 couples massage would actually cost $238. I informed the manager that I called ahead and was told that $119 was the total cost for two people but she insisted she could not honor it and the person who scheduled the appointment was not there to verify. This was such a stressful experience for me and my aunt and also embarrassing since it my gift to her for her birthday. If it is in fact $119 per person please provide training and education to your staff at the Hunter's Creek location, as I would have taken this price into consideration before booking.
Honestly we've had couples massage before at different places and this was not the best experience. The people were very friendly. I still tipped well. It may have just been an off day for them...but im not feeling great about the $200 I spent for what we got. Firstly get in the room and 2 women come in to massage us. She was doing perfectly on me! But then she kept leaving during my massage. And suddenly a man came to massage me. So I definitely feel my services kept getting interrupted..and immedietly he and the other masseuse started talking and giggling to eachother.. was hard for me to focus on the massage and relax..& this man has a hard pressure that hurt me a lot. I would ask him to go lighter multiple times. He focused really on my upper back. Idk why. I thought it was a whole body massage. Didn't touch my feet even once and a foot massage I was most excited for. Not to mention they rub you with a rough towel most of the massage not even oil. We flipped over for the last 5 minutes and they said "finished " and ran out lol. Like I said they were nice people but I feel so sore today..I probably won't go back.

Just left this place. Terrible service. Went here because my back has been feeling tight so I decided to add a massage to my workout recovery twice a week. The prices are normal for a 1-hour deep tissue massage. The therapist literally just tried to tell me I have to give a $40 tip. I was always raised to always give someone a tip that performs a service for you -- good or bad. However, tips are established based on the service rendered. If you do a great job, you earn a $30, $40, or even a $100 tip. If you do a poor job, you earn a $5 or $7 tip, etc. Then the lady going say I’m not up charging you because of your race. I never mentioned my race to her. I just saidbtips are based on service rendered not what you tell someone your service is worth.
Krystal is the BEST Esthetician i have ever tried, i love her, my skin is baby smooth thanks to her, chemical peels are life! she has also brighten up my face and my back so much from dark spots. She will only recommend what you need, she is very transparent, she’s just amazing 😍

I recently moved from New York. It’s been rough trying to find a new lash technician. It was my first time going to Alana lashes and beauty. I really loved the salon, pretty and clean. The owner Alana is very sweet and understood exactly what I wanted. Her prices are great and she’s a lovely woman. Definitely going back for my fills, very happy I chose her!
I’ve visited several Hand and Stone location. This is one of my favorites for availability and friendly front desk. I have been here several times and each time greeted with helpful service, excellent massage, quick in and out, large waiting area, and easy parking.
They even have an app. To quickly require an appointment anywhere I am.

Decided to go here for my birthday instead of a massage chain and it did not disappoint! Kiki did amazing work! I am a dancer , educator and fitness instructor: She knew exactly where my knots and shoulder problems were! I felt revitalized afterwards and she checks in to make sure it feels good.I should’ve gotten the 1 1/2 hr sesión! There was some Thai like stretches at the end too. Definitely recommend to get your moneys worth. You do have to pay beforehand and if with card 2$ charge.
Just had a couples massage with Zoe and Lisa and wow! We are from out of state and typically book with super fancy spa places. This just became my new favorite massage spot and we will make it a point to visit here from now on. The place is clean and the therapists are very strong and skilled.

We just had a couples massage and our masseuse Ivy and Zoe were amazing! They worked on muscles in our body that others have never done! She was able to get out a lot of my tension and I feel a lot better now. Hot stones were amazing! Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!
Very poor customer service. Honestly Gemma’s lashes In Kissimmee is much better they always take care of their customers even when dissatisfied. I am never one to complain and I always take care of my lash techs. I am a model, and having my lashes done right or at least presentable is important to me. This place treated me like a liar and poorly when I called and I was far from rude like the “owner” was. My lashes were hanging off after day three and falling out , I had too lashes clinging to my bottom it was a nightmare. I’m on day five of having them done.
I messed up my own lash extensions and was having such a hard time taking them off and finding anyone that would help me , I called and they said I could just come in . Amazing service super quick and gentle! I appreciate the help so much definitely interested to keep coming back !
Worst Massage Parlor EVER!! The lady gave me a pathetic “60 minute massage” which was only 50 minutes since I laid down. Not only did she not complete the full 60 mins but she kept walking out of the room for a period of 5 minutes EACH TIME. When it was time to pay for the garbage and pathetic service I received, the lady demanded a $20 tip!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! A pathetic attempt at service then wanting to recieve a $20 tip is INSANE!!! I don’t know about anyone else out there reading this, but I tip on service. If your service was not good, I will not tip good. Simple as that. I will NEVER be back at this establishment nor do I recommend this massage parlor to ANYONE ELSE. Unless you want to pay an outrageous tip and recieve terrible service than this might be for you, DEFINITELY NOT FOR ME. Trust me when I say this if I can give ZERO STARS I would happily do so.

I started coming here about two years ago do to back pain /shoulder pain and at one point knee pain. Every single time she has got me back to 100 percent and I come back every 2 weeks to maintain my back in good health do to alot of heavy lifting at work , keeping me feeling brand new everytime. Don’t ever go to this place even if you are desperate. Literally AN HOUR after the service was done lashes were coming off. Today is my 3rd day with them and it looks like they need a refill. They don’t even ask you what style you want or anything. All my lashes were stuck together and look just so horrible, I paid 114$ to look worst lmao they took an hour(which they usually take 3-3:30hrs). IF YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT QUALIFIED DONT OPEN A STORE.

I found Maria on google for my post-operative massages. I am from the state of Michigan and it has been the best decision I have made. She is a very professional person and dedicated to her work. She loves what she does. I was always very scared because I did not know what post-operative massages were, I thought I was going to feel a lot of pain and it was the opposite, it was an unforgettable experience. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. First, I was greeted poorly the lash stylist didn’t even ask me what kind of style I wanted. I had to stop the service and explain to her what I like. There’s no option on curl only C Curl. I got a hybrid set done in less then an hour which is odd. In less than a week my right eye looks like it needs a fill and my left eye is in pain because lashes are glued to my skin! There is no isolation just clustered fans glued next to each other. This is by far the WORST experience I ever had. And the owner didn’t even hear me out she automatically assumed I got this set elsewhere she called me a liar and wouldn’t answer my phone calls after asking for my phone number and never responded to my messages. I will never go here again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my neck/back since I fell off my skateboard. Stacie took great care of that area and I’m feeling so much better today! Not only that, she also noticed tightness in my legs which I wasn’t even aware of! She is very knowledgeable and attentive. BEST MASSAGE EVER. I am definitely coming back for a longer session.
I have found Maria Victoria through Google. I feel truly blessed that I decided to get the post-op massage with her. The moment I called, she made me feel welcome. After the first massage I knew wellness started its healing process in my body. She is very professional, knowledgeable, educative, and pleasant. I had my first five massage in Miami where I had my procedure, and they were very painful, but the messages that I am receiving from Maria Victoria are beyond excellence and care. I don't know what happened yo this place but the massage I just got was horrible. She asked me if I wanted to change to another girl but the other girl didn't feel like working. Won't ever be coming back here again. "Didn't feel like working because she was tired."

We are on vacation and decided to get a couples massage today. We called and they could get us in right away which was awesome. It was different than what we are used to. I have no idea the name of the people who have us massages because they never introduced themselves. My husbands gal did come in and ask him what to focus on. The guy who gave me a massage didn’t say a word. He seemed to be in a rush and started out by instantly applying really hard pressure to my spine. I let him know that it hurt and he lightened up some. My guy left 3 different times in the middle of my massage. Once he left to answer the phone...I’m not sure if they don’t have a receptionist or what. My husband’s gal left a few times as well. They also left our door open throughout it which was also weird. The massage itself was good for the most part once he got the pressure down. Although there was no massage on our feet which we were hoping for. They get on the table with you as well which I wasn’t expecting (it wasn’t a bad thing, just different). My husband’s gal literally slapped him as part of the massage which we haven’t ever had happen before. The whole thing wasn’t horrible or great. We wouldn’t go back there again and I don’t think that it was worth the money but we do feel more relaxed than we did.

I am the type of person that doesn't like massages but I had to go to the hospital one day where they told me I had a pinched nerve in my neck they wanted to do surgery but said I can try therapy first so. Victoria was highly recommended to me so i called her. Best thing i ever did and avoided surgery on my neck. She is very professional knows what she is doing and very concerned about her patients. I finished my therapy but still call her for massages.

Jessica is absolutely amazing as well as the entire staff! The whole experience from walking in the door to walking out was phenomenal. An awesome experience! I called last minute and they were able to get me in. I am always nervous about getting a massage because I am a massage therapist and can't relax enough to enjoy it. Chan was amazing...I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. He worked on all my sore spots, was very skilled and professional. Thank you for making me feel at ease and really be able to unwind!

I scheduled a 50 minute massage the day of, and was glad I was able to get an appointment! Compared to many places around, their prices are very reasonable. My appointment was with Jessica, and she was ready for me when I arrived. I felt very comfortable there, and the room was private, clean, and relaxing. She was also mindful to check with me about pressure and tailored the massage to problem areas. I will definitely be going back!

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage yesterday with Stacie for the very first time. I have had severe neck and shoulder problems for years due to a car accident. After my massage I felt so much relief! She is a very professional and knowledgeable massage therapist! Will definitely be going back to see her often. Highly Recommend!
