First the good, my therapist Mayra is great and was the only reason I went there. Now that she’s no longer there I will never book there again.
The bad, 100% of the times the appointment I booked online was never honored. I would inevitably get a call the day of or the day before asking if I could change the time. It got so annoying that I canceled my membership because what’s the point of making an appointment that fits my schedule and is available to book only to have it change. Every time i made it clear they have an issue and it was never fixed. The owner and receptionist blamed the company and the scheduling app. Terribly frustrating and mismanaged

I had called Elements and made an appointment over the phone. After arranging childcare and driving the 30 minutes to the facility, I was told that no appointments had been scheduled for me, today or any other day. The woman at the front desk mentioned that this was not the first time this has happened due to new staff working at the front desk. Clearly the new staff is not being trained properly. Since I no longer trust making appointments over the phone and today's visit actually ended up costing me money for no benefit, I'll be canceling my membership and giving another massage facility my business.

Becca is the best massage therapist. She askes questions, makes you feel comfortable and completely relaxed. I've been to many places for massage and she is the only person I will see. The best!!

Elements massage in Mansfield MA has owners whom in 3 years I have met once at an employee cookout held at the managers house. They didn’t speak to, engage with or acknowledge employees. They have no idea who their employees are or their integrity. Many therapist work hard, have returning clients, get compliments and great reviews, it’s never taken into consideration for raises nor does front desk staff stay on top their duties to help the situation. No holiday pay no benefits and sick time is used at their discretion. The facility is ran by horrible management. A prior hair salon manager who walks up and down the hall in high heels speaking loudly while therapist are in session. A manager who listens to respond rudely rather listen to a concern. Above many other concerns, I have complained about the HIPPA law being violated as my personal illness was shared with all employees and clients were told my city of residence by front desk staff. If you call out or leave early all clients and coworkers knew your personal business as it’s always shared. We were forced to sign a paper stating we give up our right to a lunch break after working 6 hours. Not every employee is treated equally nor is there any type of humane respect. Upon giving 2 weeks resignation the manager walked away in the middle of conversation and texted me the following morning stating I was terminated. Reaching out several times to HR (the owners wife) I needed a letter stating my last day of employment for financial and personal reasons she refused to send it. The one thing I can say is when I first started there was no guidance. You are simply a massage therapist with a schedule and they provide space and clients, other than that your on your own. Once there was a new therapist lead she did better but could definitely change her way of speaking to staff and gossiping about others. This establishment clearly does not care about their workers.

Elements in Mansfield is great. I have had several therapists and all have been wonderful. I recently had leg surgery and I'm convinced my massages sped up my recovery. Highly recommend.

Had my first massage at this location a few days ago and it was very good. I expressed to Christina my comfort level and my how my last experience at a different location left me in pain.
I will definitely be booking again and hope to do this on a regular basis.

Just had my first massage with her and it was amazing! She really got into some of my problem areas and provided me with suggestions on how to improve the areas thru foam rolling, stretching, etc. 10/10 would recommend! I’ll be signing my husband up next, and I will absolutely be back myself.

Christina is the total package. I have been to dozens of massage therapists in my life but she is by far the most talented. Her excellent training at Bancroft is evident. She takes the time to get to know the whole you and delivers exactly what you need with skill and precision Her hands literally transmit warm and healing vibes that leave you awash in relaxation. Christina is a gifted and intuitive healer. She has always been ‘just what I need’ for the past 4 years. Relaxing when I need that. Focused on the sore spots when I’ve played too hard. Remembering what needed attention the last time and checking in on that. Christina is a kind, caring and an extremely competent body worker. I don’t know what I’d do without her! A true gem 💎

Over the last 2 years approximately we have seen the very generous Christmas holiday gift card sale morph this year into a very disappointing offensive offer to it's loyal customers and very loyal monthly membership members. This sale was buy one get one free in the past. This year's current offer is buy 2 get one free at the NON-MEMBER rate to all of its current monthly membership members.

In my opinion this is another example of a business putting profits ahead of showing gratitude to the very customer base that affords them a profitable successful business.

Elements should realize that in our local area for they same or comparable services offered at nearby competitors their pricing for monthly members is among the more expensive. At some point putting profits before loyal customers will in fact result in loss of membership and loss of business.

Christina is by far the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her quality massage and care is outstanding and she really pays attention to your needs and always goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is great. I recommend her to everyone I know who wants to get a relaxing massage that is worth every penny

Had a wonderful couples massage at Apple Spa Mansfield. Kind and welcoming staff, who are also very skilled! Definitely recommend the deep tissue massage.

Me and my sister had a last minute massage during the memorial holiday weekend. The older woman I got was completely terrible. She was just massaging me because she had to. I had terrible knots in my neck and shoulders and she was getting none of it. When she used her elbow in my spine which is very sensitive she slapped my back to relax and also sucked her teeth. Not professional at all. My sister enjoyed her massage from the other woman which I’m glad. Will never return again and a waste of money. Still gave a tip because that’s me being generous. Also how they professionally respond to bad reviews that is not professional either.

I have been getting massages for only a short period of time, however, I don’t know how I lived this long without one! Julia is absolutely amazing, she always asks if there are specific areas that feel tight or sore and after the massage you feel like a brand new person! It truly is life changing! I had a couples massage with my wife today and it was amazing! The women who did are massages were artist at their craft. They put the pressure in all the right spots and make the whole session as relaxing as it should be. If I could give this place more stars I would. I live down the street in the center of town and I can say I will definitely be back. My wife was so happy I booked this for us.

Had the best deep tissue massage here! My boyfriend and I did a deep tissue couples massage. Julie and Grace were great. We told them what particular areas were bothering us and they really seemed to tailor parts of the massage around that. I would highly recommend Apple Spa, and we will definitely be back!

I went here for my first ever massage, I did a couples massage. And I felt comfortable & safe, and welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, and even triple checked that my online reservation was correct because I had forgotten what I booked. 90 min deep tissue. The massage best my expectations. Definitely going here again.

Cannot recommend Rebecca enough! She is an absolute professional, and gives her customers the utmost respect and attention. I am used to getting massage services in Boston, and I was struggling to find a high quality therapist outside the city. I now see Rebecca every two weeks! My first massage here was through a $30 Nift coupon, so the price was the incentive. But my second visit was because Christina is very good. The massage table was heated and the music was very relaxing. She ended the session with a wonderful neck massage.

Recently, I'd been experiencing tension in my upper back from doing yard work, as well as weather-related on-and-off migraines, which prompted me to schedule an appointment with Health Through Hands (plus the fact that I'd never gotten a massage before, and wanted to treat myself to one for some time). I'd heard about the massage therapist, Julia, from my mother-in-law, and booked my appointment with her. The staff was very friendly when I scheduled my appointment, and provided helpful answers to my many "first-timer" questions.

When I arrived at Health Through Hands, I was instantly greeted by a cheery and smiling Julia, who had me fill out a brief medical history sheet, and led me to a massage room soon thereafter. Julia's massage room was quiet, had soft ambient guitar music, and smelled of wonderful essential oils. Her massage table was also very warm (it's heated--yay!), and it was comfortable thanks to strategically placed pillows and sheets.

Julia was very friendly, communicative, and helped me feel at ease during my entire massage experience. She emphasized that I didn't need to remove any clothing that I didn't want to, and that I should let her know when something feels good (or doesn't). Julia really listened to what I wanted to get out my massage, and adapted her massage style to fit my needs. She did a wonderful job on my my tense back with broad and focused strokes and by targeting specific pressure points--all of which felt great and really penetrated deeply into my muscles.

I left Health Through Hands feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed. My only complaint is that I didn't book a longer massage (which led me to book another)! I would absolutely recommend Health Through Hands for a wonderful, rejuvenating, and therapeutic massage experience. Thank you so much for helping me feel better, Julia!

The best massage therapist I've ever been to! I do a lot of endurance events such as Spartan Race, GORUCK, various road races (5k, 10 milers, half and full marathons). Keeping my muscles working properly for taining and events has always been a challenge. Rebecca was able to diagnose the problems I was having correctly and keep me in the game providing the therapy I needed and not just what fit her skill set (something I experienced with other "therapists"). Providing effective deep tissue when my muscles needed it and relaxation when my mind needed it. You'll be in great hands with her.
