I first went to Tom in 2016 or 2017🤔 and he did acupuncture with cupping- ooo, weee!!! And I kept going in 2018 and 2019 until I could barely move- (nothing to do with his services) I recently went to see him after my back surgery and was instantly relieved of the pressure. I had a session with Cory yesterday and man, what? Wow!!! If you are hurting, just go. Don’t think too long, just go and get the help you need! I’ll be back! (No pun) Thanks Team!!!

Finally writing a review in honor of the month of gratitude. I am so grateful I discovered Charm City Integrative Health when I booked my first ever acupuncture appointment just over three years ago. At that time I felt like I was falling apart physically, emotionally, mentally - and I was desperate to try every healing practice imaginable. CCIH has been such a supportive container for me through my personal journey to a medical diagnosis and through my recovery and Tom has been the one consistent practitioner amongst all the other doctors etc I've seen. I wish I had discovered acupuncture earlier in life -- and now I'm always recommending it to everyone around me. I love my sessions with Tom (and now Darrell too!) -- and I've heard nothing but good things about the other practitioners. Every staff person I've interacted with has great vibes.

Focuses on holistic healing and has everything you need on one place and fabulous customer service. Great energy and I felt truly cared for and that my needs mattered. It is very affordable in comparison to others and I did not feel they are doing it for wealth. They really care. CCIH helped with a nagging hip problem that I had over the holiday weekend. They have me a same day emergency appointment. They gave really compassionate and informative care. I would definitely return. I recommend!

Dr. Tom is one of my favorite people on this planet!!! He's the owner and he understands my condition (EDS), got my acupuncture approved by insurance and his treatments are legitimately helpful. His staff is also lovely. Always look forward to going!

My bodywork session with Chrissy was excellent. Her thorough and intuitive massage targeted persistent trouble areas. In addition to being relaxing and restorative, the massage substantially relieved tension and pain. I would highly recommend seeing Chrissy!

Today was my first visit at CCIH. I had a great experience: the staff is very professional, courteous, and welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable. The massage was great (one of the best I've ever had) and focused on all the areas we'd discussed beforehand. I've been experiencing lower back pain for over a week, but I left CCIH feeling terrific, with no back pain whatsoever. I was so pleased with my visit that I'm returning for my first-ever acupuncture treatment. Thank you for a great experience!

The entire experience from reception to treatment was incredibly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice. Came in for Moxibustion due to Breech Presentation during my pregnancy at 36 weeks. I am so happy to say that my baby has flipped to a head down position after 2 sessions. It was a weird process but not painful at all. I am overjoyed that I am able to avoid C-section or ECV.

My experience with Sominbo Wellness and Chrissy was absolutely AMAZING!!! It wasn’t just a massage it was a learning experience about my body. With just a couple of questions and her tuning into my body Chrissy was able to tell me how I was sitting at my desk (WFH) the height of my monitors she then recommended things to do to make my workstation easier on my body and mind. Her space was warm and inviting and I was comfortable the moment I walked in the door and most importantly Chrissy is an amazing spirit and is very intuitive. Highly recommend.

My massage at Sominbo Wellness was amazing! Chrissy was welcoming, intuitive, made me feel comfortable and was ready to help me relax. The space was clean and warm and relaxing. Chrissy is passionate and really puts herself in her work! She clearly loves what she does and it’s shown in the time and care she puts in with her clients. My appointment was a week ago and I can now stop asking myself 'did that really happen?' I went with one thing in mind-shoulders and lower back, please and thank you. Christine knew I needed more and I never even mentioned it! She paid attention to every detail, checked my comfort level several times and I was in massage heaven. So.... I've had a meniscus issue behind my right knee for over a year that just seemed to aggravate me more often than not. Talk about a miracle worker! Upper body work was excellent and then comes the leg/hip and IT band work and I could feel my energy levels rise! It was not until the following day I realized my back of knee issue was reduced by 95%! I asked myself, did that really happen, and it did! I walked in for a relaxing massage and walked out with that and a healing session as well. The location is great, free street parking, light open space and the heated massage table, what more can I say. You leave knowing she is one that loves what she does, you can't go wrong. I'm looking forward to my next session.
