Clean and safe. Lots of sitting calm vibes
Nice center. Local. Update playground is a plus. Welcoming staff and nice employees. Helpful always. Summer camp employees were very kind as we tried a few weeks of camp for my 5 year old for the first time. Love the gym. Quiet!

Former elementary school serves offices and small parties.
Staff can’t communicate at all. I’ve called three days in a row now looking for someone specifically and everyday has been “they’ll be in the office tomorrow please call then” with an excuse to why they’re not here and how they should be there tomorrow.
Great facility, and the staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive. I really enjoy being there on Mondays and Wednesday

I was there to film a public access show and they have enacted some new protocols due to the rise of the delta variant. All people entering the building must have on mask and wear it all times.
Beautiful outside! I've never seen the inside. They have a BEAUTIFUL lawn, 2 baseball diamonds with a fence, and a soccer field. No seating, no shade. Bring chairs and be prepared.
This is a former Elementary school turned City Hall and now City auxiliary space. If you're here for a meeting or volunteer work you'll find ample parking easily accessible.
Given the recent notice of pool use cancellation, which will persist throughout the Summer, think it only fair that the Recreation Association discount or otherwise pro-rate this year's rec center dues for services unavailable.

Home with new friends. A baby shower for a co worker. I loved the energy and ambience. The day and weather cooperated. It was beautiful.
The community center needs to take better care of the playground . . . a good sweeping or a leaf blower everyday would be nice. A good scrubbing of all the equipment is needed . . . get these children that are suspended from school to scrub all park equipment . . .
Nice community center in the Bowie Community. They have rooms to accommodate your needs. It could use a bit of refurbishing, but it's convenient.
It's OK. My kid loves it here. I always feel like the staff is hit or miss. They good do more in terms of greeting people and acknowledging them. Also it would be nice if they were all on the same page. When you have a question you will get a different answer depending on who you ask. Other than that, as long as the kid is happy I'm happy.
Family Game Night. ...fun get together with friends and their kids. The town spent lots of money for this event and while I was disappointed by community turn out, it was well worth going. I look forward to next one, but maybe bigger social media presence. I only found out at last minute on FB!

This is a very nice Community Center. The lady there, her name is Fay (she is so welcoming.) I had my daughter's 1st birthday celebration there in August 2015. It was really nice. We were given adequate information needed about timing, using our Moon bounce; free to the community, using the open space and the pool and actual hall. And above all it's a safe park.
