The lady that was working at for desk to the passport was very rude not friendly nasty. She should quit the job. Please remove. 👎🏻.

I have been to apply for my passport. The lady who works there is very very rude, she’s not the right person to offer these kind of public services. Someone else more friendly and social should be there.

I went there today to renew my son's passport. I took appointment and and Ms. Sofia (who is in charge of passport renewal) gave me a clear guidance and list of things to bring. We arrived early and the whole process was a ten minute thing. We were very satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism. Ms. Sofia was very courteous and friendly. Thank you Ms. Sofia, you are a champion.

A lady receptionist at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I had very unpleasant experience.

I asked her about the event that was supposed to be held there today, and she stared me like what I am talking about. I asked her again if the event is held today, but she just responded "No". She even didn't try to ask other staff to figure it out.

My friend gave me the information later in the day that the event was held in the upper floor of the building. She probably didn't know, but her communication style is extremely poor. I wonder why she is able to hold the job there.

I'm hoping the city will address about the issue. Other than this receptionist, I like the community center. they have great facility and events.

Stopped to charge electric vehicle. Very welcoming. Had a chance to enjoy the accommodations. Relax , stayed 45 minutes until EV was charged up. Great service for the community.

What a gem of a place! Terrifically comfortable auditorium for film screenings and in person events. Lots going on for seniors and teens too, plus the city offices, and police all in once place. Very special!

Seemed like a nice facility. One of my videos was being shown during a film festival. It's just difficult getting there through D.C., especially during rush hour. And there must be 3-4 speed bumps per block around there! But nevertheless a nice facility.

I came here for the passport services, but I was incredibly impressed with the facility itself, the event offerings I noticed, and the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. They even brought out additional chairs when it got crowded.
