The 'JCC' is (incredibly) not open to anyone except for those who have a child enrolled in daycare there.

I went to the building a couple of times to enquire about becoming a member and was told the above by the unprofessional, unintelligent
'staff.'

My child was enrolled in Toddler Town in 2019. At first he absolutely loved school. Than he began to cry every time we would drop him off. It came to A point we started wondering why. At first when an incident happened we were unaware, than the second time it was the teach had reached out to us stating “this is how children this age communicate”... my son would come home with out 2-3 bite marks on his arms and they would be so bad a whole mouth print will be on him for days... when approaching the teachers about it they said they will pay closer attention to the matter; I emailed the supervisor about the matter & was told we would speak in person... which never happened...

My experience was very bad. My son was in the after school care program he faced a serious problem there. We went to the manager to solve it, but we got shocked because the Manager is very bad never handle the problem.. Furthermore, they have favoritism and nepotism for favorite families. The manager is not fair at all. When it comes to the manager's friends families they never use their policy to be fair.

Hello I'm very upset with the community center I was going to send my son to toddler town, he was suppose to start oct 2nd but unfortunately do to my medical issues I had contacted Sophie and explained that I was unable to send my son to the school since the Dr was decreasing my hrs with work I had asked for a refund we never used any part of the facility my son never attebatt one day of school and today Sophie told me that I was not entitled to a refund

I sent my little girl to the preschool program here. They were terrific with her, and we felt she was getting great care and education.

It's a clean, safe place with a professional staff that really care about childcare.

The facility itself is okay, and the pool was perfect for swim classes with the little one.

Parking, on the other hand, is a nightmare. School drop off and pick up were the most frustrating part of the day.

Good people there.
