We had a wonderful experience at both of the locations. These are real mattress experts with great service and soft sales. Still haven’t slept on the mattress but I expect my 5 star review applies to their delivery team and the quality of the product.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews or post about my experiences, but after my experience at this store I think a review is warranted. We worked for over a week looking at different bedroom sets and mattresses at this location so that we were able to compare prices with comparable sets. We communicated with a sales representative via text message and in store so that we were able to get out-the-door prices on the items we were interested in. The first thing I can say is do your homework before buying here. In a matter of seconds I was able to find lower prices at multiple places. After over a week of visiting multiple stores, reviewing prices, and negotiating with multiple sales representatives, we decided that we would purchase both the mattress and the entire bedroom set at this location. Upon arriving at the store to pay for our selection, I again went over what we were interested in and the prices that were agreed upon on multiple occasions. Everything seemed great, we were happy to move forward! I was told this was fine, and the price that was agreed upon would not be a problem and would not be higher. Ten minutes later the representative returned with an invoice that was $600 higher than our agreement! While they were somewhat apologetic, saying it was a "math" error, I fail to understand how after a week of discussion they would just toss in an extra $600 charge. I'm not a math professor, but in 2024 I would assume everyone has access to calculators and I would imagine a sales representative would have open dialogue with his or her manager before making an offer. Likely, they thought I would just go along with the extra $600 charge and call it a day. No thanks! I would rather pay more elsewhere on principle. What a slimy way to do business! I hope this may be able to help someone else considering to shop at this location.

Went on Friday around 8pm on 6/28/2024 to see some furniture for my new apartment with my aunt and mother in law. Marie helped us and offered all her kindness and epic work ethic. I really really appreciate her dedication! Her patience, knowledge, and genuine desire to help us made us comfortable to ask questions, have honest conversations with her, and have a good time looking at furniture. Thank you Marie!

Russel made purchasing a new couch super easy! First time homeowner and couldn’t have done it without her knowledge on all couch things. Went above and beyond on asking what type of pets I had, how many people loved in the home, and ensured I chose the perfect one for me!

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I only purchased 1 item this time. The showroom could be a little bigger. It was a little tight to move around however... I'd recommend a purchase or two from here.

Togo was the BEST salesman to assist my sister and I out with our mattress. We only came in looking for a mattress but he set us up with the best deals and explanations to get the best bang for our buck! Very patient and responsive when looking around for mattresses. We had an excellent experience purchasing a bed today. I went to purchase a twin sized bed, along with my mother, who is blind, and my 4 month old. Ehson was very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure to personally accommodate my mother’s needs as a visually impaired individual by being very descriptive, and even guiding her through the store so I could focus on my child. He was able to find us exactly the bed we needed and got us a great deal too. We are very pleased with the purchase and will absolutely be back.

Eric Galeotti was probably the best salesman I’ve ever encountered. I was up front from the get go that we were browsing, but moving to another state and would likely not be purchasing from this store. He didn’t miss a beat in being incredibly helpful and attentive despite knowing that he probably wouldn’t make a dime off me. Evvy, is the best salesperson at Ashley (town center) I cannot make up my mind and need help designing my living room space. She is an Interior signer with excellent taste. I need serious help and she was willing to help! I made purchase of the Lerenza sectional but freaked out after going home and realizing the dimensions will be too big. Glenn was super helpful, I knew that coming out to our place in GCS was a haul, so brought a pick up truck with us to make things easier. I went in looking for a mattress not clear on which one would work best for me. The sales associate Tazwell did an outstanding job of showing me all the various options and the pros/cons.of each one. Awesome customer service as we entered the door. Rod was a wealth of knowledge and very professional and easy to understand. After a few narrowed down options we were very happy with the choice. The zero interest over 2 years was extremely benificial and thanks to Rod we got the right mattress! A five star rating overall experience was awesome!

Glen was very helpful and is a non pressure salesman. We bought our mattress and at a very significant discount. They have a lot to chose from and are extremely knowledgeable about their products. Leave the big chains alone. This place has what you need at fair pricing. And they deliver. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner, Laura. And once we figured out what I needed and the price, her staff took care of me in a very professional way. And when I ended up not needing the box spring, the delivery guys were very gracious and didn't complain at all about the last minute change. 5 stars all the way.

Great place for a mattress. Good selection of used mattresses that still have good life left in them and a great price. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different types and will steer you away from the lower quality mattresses. If something is bad, they will tell you and I appreciate the honesty when all mattresses looks the same to me. I picked up 4 last week at a price cheaper than a single new one at a regular mattress store.

We were literally in and out with our gently used, pillow top mattress in 15 minutes. They have both new and used but as soon as I laid down on it, I knew it was the one. The staff was very helpful, not pushy at all and WOW what an incredible price!

These guys are cool! I ordered a king box spring for $100 and picked up the same day . I was running late to pick it up but they followed up with me and waited until I got there . I just made it by closing and they helped me load it up . Their prices are great. I purchased a used king size mattress from them and it cost around $200, it’s so soft and I would definitely recommend them for great quality and great prices for sure!! 👏🏽👏🏽💥💥

3 mattresses over the past few years. Great prices on used or blemished mattresses. The happy energetic young man today won my business with service and price. The very friendly delivery drivers were on time, genuinely concerned about being professional. I can't give 5 stars due to 2 different families I sent with my recommendation but the older gentleman turned them off . They ended buying elsewhere. I was disappointed but I know what they experienced . I took one last visit before I bought from their competition I knew I would save a few bucks but it's not always about money.

Nice store with great customer. Knew what I wanted and they had it. My mattress was gentle used Stearns and Foster. Looked brand new and I take delivery of it tomorrow. I can't wait for a good nights sleep. 200 bucks for mattress only. What a bargain!
