A cozy place with good staff. I had a Lombard Street Club sandwich, which came with fries. It was tasty and a great portion size; I could only finish half and had to save the rest for later. Considering this, the price was very reasonable. Overall, Twist is a great place to stop by. I cannot wait to come back and try their other menu items!

Loved the food. Everything we tried was outstanding. We have been here several times before and our experience has been outstanding in every way, each time. They really take pride in what they do and how well they serve you.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a Thanksgiving dinner at Twist, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm, inviting ambiance to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The dishes were a perfect blend of traditional Thanksgiving flavors with a modern twist, showcasing creativity and quality in every bite. Each course was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Kudos to the team at Twist for making the holiday feel so special—highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!

Just a great establishment for brunch any day of the week! All the omelets are awesome. All the waffles and pancakes are fantastic. Make a reservation because this place is the hot spot! The servers are super friendly and responsive. Food quality is consistent and great. Can’t sing enough praise. Gonna miss this when I move one day.

5 star food, portions and service from Leonardo and the team. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by large colorful art on the walls, cozy seating, and a friendly smile from the staff. I had initially booked sitting inside, but with the lovely weather ended up on the sidewalk. Ordered the succulent, soft lamb shank which came with couscous in a hearty portion. The lobster ravioli has delicious and the Mediterranean lamb burger grilled to perfection. It’s a BYOB so – around the corner and grab yourself a bottle of wine. The staff, service, food, atmosphere are all wonderful and definitely would recommend if visiting Baltimore.

I placed an order 7/9/24 at noon time. The order was never delivered! I called around 5:45 pm and was told by a gentleman the drivers all left for the day and they’re waiting on a third party delivery driver. The store closed a 7:00 and the delivery was never delivered. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Food and atmosphere were excellent. The food came out quick and was seasoned to perfection. The service was good and attentive only negative was that we were charged something to the bill after putting our credit card down. However the server fixed the issue and all was good. It seemed like the service could’ve been organized better there was no hostess stand but the hostess stood by the doorway. Overall great experience and food I will definitely be coming back!

I was called at 508 buy one of there delivery guys he said we are delivery your order I waited and cancel my dinner plans for mothers day because of this I'm very upset They think its funny bad business don't go to this location

The reason they got 3 stars is for the freshness and packaging of my Mom's birthday gift. Other than that I disliked their service. I ordered what said to be an one hour delivery to surprise my Mom before I had to go to work. I realized it was going on almost 3 hours and no delivery had came. I called the Charles St. location and the first associate told me a bold lie that they had come and couldn't make the delivery. I advised her that no one had been to the home and they hadn't tried to deliver it because I had my window open to see when they came because I wanted to record my Mom reaction when it arrived. She was adement that they had come and told me they could send it back out but it would be another hour and a half. This was very upsetting to me because I was due in to work by then. It didn't sit well with me so I called back again and another associate a male this time answered and told me that it was a mix up and that the delivery driver took it off his route because he was already out for deliveries and my order was still at the shop. I expressed my disappointment and told him that I would come get it myself. He explained if I did so I would get the delivery fee refunded. I picked it up and Mom loved it but that's not the service I paid for so I was not impressed. I did eventually see the refund but it took the special moment away. If you're looking for an one hour delivery I'd be cautious using this location. Other than that the quality of their work was pretty good.

I understand them being closed because of the weather on the day of my event. What I don't appreciate is the manager Kevin's rude, smug attitude. He called me early this morning regarding my order, I told him I would need to call him back after speaking with my supervisor as she may just want a refund. The condescending tone he gave me was unnecessary. I called him back after speaking with my supervisor, told him I only needed a part of the order. He again gives me this tone as if I am in the wrong, stating "You need to call the store directly because I am not there, they will have to cancel your original order and you will need to place a new one." Terrible customer service skills, never an apology for having to be closed and leaving me with nothing for my event. They NEVER have to worry about Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health ordering anything from them ever again.

I clicked on within a hour delivery for my daughters birthday! Placed my order and noticed it wasn’t going to be there on time, so I called and a young lady answered informed me that I clicked on the wrong thing. She had a really bad attitude. I asked for a refund she hung up. I called back and ask was there a manager there, she nonchalantly said nope and the owner is Kevin but she can’t give me his information and hung up again. Whoever she is, she need not to be in customer service at all!! I wouldn’t want someone like that handling my business

My fiancé brought me these as a gift and we were both very disgusted!! VERY! The cheesecakes were WATERY and the bottom were soggy as hell! The berries were ROTTEN and barely covered in chocolate. The whole entire tray had a brown water substance at the bottom. DISGUSTING! Then they made him buy this big NASTY tray of watery mess just so he could purchase the flowers they had. 0/10. If I could give NO STARS I WOULD.

This was my 1st time using this location. I purchased this platter as a birthday gift and he loved it. My daughter who picked it up for me was also very pleased. This was a Valentine's platter but they were kind enough to change the balloons and the design on the cookies to say happy birthday. The platter had strawberries, cheese and chocolate chip cookies. I'm very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use again.

Edible Arrangements delivered a basket to us. All of the strawberries had mold on them (over 16 of them) and the office wouldn't answer their phone (at 6:30) when the store closes at 7. When called, the owner couldn't believe the strawberries molded and tried to blame us (the mold was noticed within 5 minutes of receiving them). The owner did offer to send a replacement basket but instead we received only replacement strawberries instead of a replacement basket.
