The people that work here are always rude. The frozen yogurt is yummy but with no samples allowed how do i even know what I’m getting? A bit disappointed.

Smh Went on two occasions, only to be informed that they’re closed. The first visit, my wife and I arrived at 8pm only to be told they’re closed, we checked Google realizing their closing time is 8:30. The second occasion we arrived at 6:30, called the number provided the young lady answered just to say “oh I’m sorry were closing early today”, no solid reason as to why. This is a definite nuisance considering that we’re driving from a distance and not from within the vicinity. I’d also like to think that this is totally bad for business. Definitely won’t be returning.👎🏾

I wanted to give this place a 0 if possible. We wanted some boba tea, and ordered the Almond something boba tea. When the order came out, it was absolutely atrocious. Not a single flavor gave an ef that day, the girl simply put the caramel syrup on the side of cup and then pour the milk in for us. If I wanted to drink milk I'd stayed home. I asked for a refund and the girl REFUSED to give any back. Proceed to make a new drink for free, and round 2 was even worst. She gave me couple scoops of chocolate powder and only half of it dissolve. The service and the product DO NOT live up to their name.

Absolutely DELISH! Stopped in on a Sunday night. Service rep, maybe owner gave us a tour of the place, flavors & how the machines work. The ice cream yogurt was perfect. Coffee and vanilla, rainbow cookie, Peanuts, hot fudge, whip cream.Really enjoyed and i feel every sweet shop should offer that kind of care with new customers. Thank you!

I wish I could put TEN PLUS stars. First time coming with my two young girls and there friend. The lady was the sweetest. She explained how it all worked, read off the flavors, and watch and directed. The girls did it all on there own, as well as the many variety of topping to put on. I honestly thought it was going to be over $50 (three small frozen yogurts and a smoothie) but it wasn’t even over $40! This will be our go to place for treats. The woman and her business was just amazing. And did I mention freaking clean!!!!

Hand sanitizer (required) is horrible. The smell was so strong, it affected the taste of my yogurt. Yuck! Then, when I asked if I could use the bathroom to wash my hands, I was told by the girls at the counter that there is no bathroom. Which is a flat out lie. Not fair to ask your employees to lie. I felt bad for the girl, as it wasn’t her fault. Would not go back.

Do yourself a favor and get your frozen treats somewhere else. The manager there is a nasty and condescending woman. If you like to get scolded, then by all means, go there. She mistreats the customers and the employees. I've been there twice and each time was the same: RUDE! Go to another place to get your ice cream and yogurt. Her behaviour is deplorable and they are extremely overpriced.

Visited this ice cream shop this past weekend, wanted to try their acaia bowl.
The lady at the front counter was a little rude , needs to be nicer to her customers and have more patience.
The fruits used for our bowls weren't fresh ,except the banana.
Bottom line customer service and the pruduct itself weren't good , got such a bad vibe there that I wouldn't give it another try.
