THE CUTEST MOST PERFECTEST VENUE and also the prices for the tea are great!
I didn’t like my first boba and they remade it for me for no charge and were rlly sweet and understanding about it. The boba itself is delicious and melts in your mouth very authentic
I ordered a large mango slush with tapioca boba and mango jelly.....instead of saying you don't have jelly you just make me whatever you think.....$10 for a drink I won't drink.....Parking sucks and had to walk 4 Block's to get here....🤬
The dumbest employees I've encountered! They messed up my order and instead of fixing it ignored it. When I pointed it out the girl says I have other customers! Seriously? Yes, ones that came in 20 minutes after I did!!!
It took them 30 minutes to mess up the order in the first place and the quality of the other drinks in the order was lousy. They even overcharged from their menu and said, Oh, well it's this much now. This place has got to close!

Overall: Could be good in a pinch, but there's better boba around town.
The good: Plenty of flavors to choose from with unique options that aren't available at other boba places in town. Atmosphere is eye-catching and brings out a fun vibe.
The not-so-good: The drinks were waaay to sweet; it was overpowering compared to other boba teas I've had in the past. I had lots of boba in my drink, while my wife had nearly none. The prices are too high and the area to order is quite cramped. If it's busy (which is was when we went), there's not a lot of area to stand in. Service was on the slower side too, unfortunately.

My drink was the honeydew milk tea with tapioca bubbles and 50% sugar. Just awesome. Service is fast and friendly. We keep coming back while visiting Charleston. (5 bubble teas ordered so far in 2 days.)😀
The staff is super friendly! Bubble tea is great and you can customize your sugar level, which is great! Waiting time was less than a min. The place was clean with cute pink chairs and wall decor. Bonus: played really cool Kpop music!
This place is the best in Charleston! The staff is always so lovely when I visit and are quick to make orders even with a line. I enjoying sitting in the bright space. Plus if you don’t know what to order the staff is really helpful to pick something you’ll like. Can’t forget about the yummy macaroons! 10/10 at this store
