This was my first time on a jet ski and I had the best experience. The workers were very welcoming and the jet skis were top tier. This was definitely the highlight of my vacation. I can’t wait to come back and do it again. 11/10 Highly Recommended!

10/10 highly recommended this place! All of the people working the dock were so friendly and they provided us with waterproof pouches for our phones! All in all the experience was great, I would come back here again! Great views of the skyline and Navy pier along the way as well. 🎡

I understand that there are liability forms and whatnot to sign, but when you make a reservation you should have the opportunity to fill those forms out. The amount of stuff we had to sign, amount of times I had to take a picture of my DL and put in the same information like 20 times… I was with older people and it was so redundant. It really made us not want to go. And then the red light didn’t change for 20 minutes so we lost 20 minutes of our hour which isn’t fair. I tried Here because 31st street harbor hasn’t opened yet but I would not go back here and would go to 31st street instead.

i booked here for me and my niece to ride 2 jetskis and it was awesome. very professional and friendly staff!... i had an issue with booking online accidentally charged my card twice. so i called a couple days later to resolve. This was the easiest charge removal ive ever had. 3 min conversation and Sergio corrected the entire situation. This is a model for business...i will definitely be back thank you jetski chicago 😎💪

I highly recommend these guys at Next Wave Watersports. It was our first time renting jet skis from them, and everything went smoothly and wonderfully. The jet skis are new and in great condition, and the staff is friendly and accommodating in case of any questions. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely come back to them again.

We rented SUPs over the summer and really enjoyed our time. They had some issues which were communicated clearly before our rental and the employees were super helpful and friendly.

They are the most discriminatory and irresponsible company...my husband made a reservation for three motorcycles and number 1 they changed the reservation time, number two they did not want to provide the service simply because some of us did not understand English very well and number three they required that each person have different credit cards to leave a deposit without caring that my husband told them to charge the three deposits to his account because he had enough money for the charge and number four, they rent motorcycles without enough gas for the trips, they are a bad company and its workers people without human quality

Booked and payed for a jetski. Showed up. No one was there no one got back to me and no one will answer the phone.. UPDATE.. one YEAR LATER I STILL NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK NO ONE EVER ANSWERED still.

Our experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was great!! The staff working there was very friendly and the owner was great! Riding jet skis in Lake Michigan was well worth every dollar spent. A definite must do for anyone who likes to have a good time! We will definitely be back!

The “owner” apparently said we were out longer than expected and but the person who was directing us said we have some extra time because of the choppy weather. As we come back the owner came with a bad attitude and told us we are getting charged for being out too long even those his own employee told us we could be out long. I’ve been coming to this rental spot for awhile now but I think they are trying to get money from the customers. Peopel saying they didn’t get their deposit back is very true! I went with my friend and we are still waiting for out deposit of $1000. This place is a scam now. The owner is basically a racist person who just wants money to make up from Covid times. Do not go here at all. They limit all access to locations now and the owner follows you on a jet ski and tells you what you can and cannot due even though they keep your deposit anyway for no reason. I say DO NOT GO HERE! I would never recommend this place ever again to anyone in my life. STAY AWAY!

Had the best time jet skiing here, the staff was super friendly and very professional! It was my first time jet skiing, was a smooth process, and they were very thorough with their safety orientation and made sure I was comfortable before sending me out on the water. They also released the security deposit very quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will for sure be back!

Great place to rent Jet Skis! Very good views of downtown Chicago and laid back staff made this an enjoyable rental company. Be sure to arrive 1 hour early to get the proper orientation. It makes it that much easier once you hit the open lake. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for some water sports
