Great customer service. Was able to call and clarify a few things before booking, spoke to John. He maintained great contact, was very responsive, very nice and very friendly, made me feel really assured and we were and excited about the day. Booked a double rider Jetski experience. Unfortunately we had to cancel for personal experience so did not get to experience the jet ski tour, however, my experience with the company thus far had been wonderful and I hope to book in the future. Seems like a very lovely company and I’m sure we would have enjoyed ourselves.

As with any of these types of experiences, you always fear of being speed restricted or having to stick to boring rules..... these boys know how to have fun, no speed restrictions and perfectly safe. Well managed, well priced and a fantastic day out !!

A fantastic day out today. Hottest day of the year and every person in the world was at the beach. The booking, organisation and communication was first class. Good facilities for changing, showering and a locker gif your stuff. John gave us a comprehensive briefing and enough instruction to operate these powerful water craft safely and confidently. On the water John guided us professionally and there was no doubt as to what to do. A great fast run out to Old Harry Rocks and back.
Sandbanks Jet Ski Safari are a professional outfit and I would totally recommend them.

Amazing day out, the tour was massive, got to see some amazing coastline. The jetskis we fab, really easy to use and tones of power. Our host was also great, did a fantastic job and explaining everything and took some fabulous photos for us. Thoroughly recommend!!

We booked two jet skis and had a great time with our guide Oakley. The waves can get a bit choppy on the middle of the channel but you are having so much fun you hardly notice! An awesome day 😎👍

I undertook the Jet Ski training course on the 07/07/23...what can I say.. it was just the most fun course I've ever undertaken...the instructor knows his job, absolutely exceptional on knowledge of the sea...jet ski instruction was in depth and informative...from someone like myself a complete novice I have come away from the course with confidence...so pleased I did it and didn't make an excuse not to go...worth every penny...I feel more confident using my jet ski now...I can honestly say that if I know anyone that needs tuition I wouldn't hesitate informing them of where they will get the best tuition and of course at a RYA certified centre...thankyou I know I tried the patience of our amazing instructor but I got there in the end

I highly recommend these jet ski’s. I’ve jet skied at a few places world wide and in the uk and this company was excellent. The jet skis are only up to 2 years old before they replace them (they have just got brand new ones) they are really good and easy to control. The guys, Nathan, Rorie and Will are lovely and really helpful. They have much better rules then other companies such as not going in a straight line for safety if someone comes off but also makes the water so much smoother when you’re not immediately behind another jet ski. They give you a tour plus a bit of free time which I loved. I will definitely be returning! And if your looking for good quality jet ski’s then book with this company, you won’t regret it x

Loved every minute of the courses, instructors are very very good, great detail. Anyone looking to learn more about the sea and boating, PWC in general this is the place to go!

What an experience! John is a fantastic instructor and made us all feel confident in how to operate the Jetski's safely and correctly whilst also having a great time. If you live locally or are visiting the area this is a must do experience and a great opportunity to explore and take in the beautiful Poole Harbour from the sea!

BACK FOR THE 2ND TIME THIS SUMMER, THIS TIME WITH MY 8 YEAR OLD GRANDSON, WHO LOVED IT!! OAKLEY WAS SUPERB, CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS HIGHLY ENOUGH. IF YOUR DOWN THIS WAY, TREAT YOURSELF TO 90 MINUTES OF FUN!!

We had a great time. John took safety seriously, gave clear instructions, taught us how to drive and guided us out towards Old Harry. Recommended for beginners and experienced alike.

Superb day out on the seadoo. Instructor was a top bloke and knew what he was talking about. Plenty of time out on the water too. Seadoo was powerful enough to still enjoy yourself while being safe. Very educational and fun. Highly recommended. Best in Poole.

Absolutely loved it!
John is a great guy. He made sure we were wrapped up warm and looked after us. Warm showers on site, lockers, and right next to a great cafe. John took photos of us and sent straight after.
Perfect balance of safety and freedom to have fun.

Totally recommend sandbanks Jetski company!

Rang John and within an hour, he managed to fit me in. Great instructor talks you through everything making sure your happy and confident. No rush and happily lets you loose when in open waters ( if you know what your doing 😉 ) So I was a bit cockey as you can see in the photos 🤦‍♂️🙃 lol, had to swim back a couple of times! Defo needed that drink afterwards as I was walking like John Wayne lol.

John was really great! Really fun time out on the water. Easy going and relaxed training, but easy enough to jet right in. John takes pictures for you on his waterproof phone so no need to worry! Locker and wetsuit supplied, what more could you want? Great day out!

It was my first time riding a jet ski, so I was a little bit nervous, but I had an absolutely amazing time! The guides were so helpful and friendly, the scenery was amazing and I love that we got some time to just zip around by ourselves once we were out of the harbour. The photos they took for us were incredible too. I’d highly recommend south coast jetskis for anyone who wants a fun day out this summer!

This is sooo much fun that you will question why you never booked it earlier. Following excellent communication before the event, to the briefing On the hottest day of the year in a stunning location. The instructors Ross and Dan were fantastic, really encouraging even for us hippos that kept crashing/falling into the sea! Love it so much that I will be booking to do it again!

We have returned on multiple occasions to Sandbanks Jetski and everytime has resulted in the same first class experience with John.

Most recently we went with friends to celebrate a birthday and timed it just right to get a sunset safari - was stunning to be out on the water at this time with the wonderful views.

John took pictures whilst on the water and then air dropped when we got back so we had instant memories of the experience. I know we will be back again soon !
