It's a nice museum, I liked it. It is very kid oriented, so adults may not have as much fun. All in all, I'd come back.
We decided we needed somewhere air conditioned to kill half a day before our cruise ship boarded.
Two adults in our own and we lived this place - which is mostly meant for children. The exhibits were interesting and we highly recommend taking in an IMAX show.
Absolutely love this museum! 2nd time going and would go a 3rd time. It's large, geared to ages young and old. The sensory areas are amazing! I love all the rides and my daughter's enjoy every time they go!
I grew up coming here and now taking my toddler left me feeling very happy and grateful. The interactive experience was incredible for both kids and parents. There are many activities to do so you have to spend a good amount of time. Definitely a bang for your buck. Also want to point out they have photographers that can take photos for you and your family but they are not pushy on you, they’re just there to help create memories but not in a dreadful way. Many places will try to convince you for photoshoots but the staff here is so chill.
We bought our souther Florida pass here and spent a few hours exploring. We watched an imax movie about dinosaurs, and did the playroom area, but that we decided was for younger kids if say 6 and below. There were a couple exhibits that were down, but otherwise a great place to visit.
We got there on a weekday in the summer and didn’t expect too many kids but there were a couple summer school programs visiting. Once the morning group left an afternoon group arrived. The center has the capacity to handle a bunch of kids though so there was no issue.
We were disappointed that most exhibits were closed, or non-functional. It was very overcrowded because of that. I tried to ask the admissions staff on how to get a refund but the only answer I received was that they were sorry. We paid $50+ for 2 adults and a 16 month old child. There was one exhibit open but we were told it was at capacity and we could try in an hour, we came back after one hour to be told it is at capacity and it will be open to all at 4:30pm (30 minutes before closing). We were able to get in at 4:35pm but we were surprised that they started asking people to leave at 4:45pm because they were closing!
Fantastic Museum for little kids to young teens! The otters would swim up each time we went to the window. There are so many areas to explore and hands-on learning! We will be going back in 2 days! I'm so happy we found this place on our vacation!
Fantastic museum for kids!
Very interactive, not busy during weekday.
Great playroom and quiet room for babies.
Loved our time here! Def recommend for families.
Museum is very cute but definitely geared towards younger children 0-10. My teens were less enthused although they loved the animals, the giant marble machine, and the cloud maker.
Love this museum! We had such a good time we wound up going back the next day😄. It’s great for adults and kids alike, it’s informative, interactive, and overall a lot of fun. I personally like taking my time when I go to museums, so I would say it took us about 3-4 hours to look through everything, but it’s really worth it. They had fun simulations like a mars adventure and a roller coaster. Kids love it here! The customer service was also great, everyone was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!
I have seen many otters, but the pair of otters here are incredibly interactive ! There is also this sweet turtle that is incredibly responsive to humans in the ecological portion of the museum. I loved the displays given by Florida Power Light. My husband and I didn't have any time to see the 4D shows, but we did finish most of the exhibit quickly as we didn't have our kids. The museum is truly designed with kids in mind, and with that being said I can't wait to bring mine!
A fantastic interactive to go with the kids. Tickets are $27 for adults and $22 for kids above the age of 2. Do get your reservation for the discovery spot. They get sold out and kids love this interactive area. You will also see alligators, turtles, python, fish and oters. They have two simulator on the second floor a toy ride and rover recommend both. In addition they run movies in their IMAX.
My 9 year old had fun with the aviation exhibit. He even got a private science demonstration.

I'd give this place a 5 star review if more of the exhibits were working. I'd estimate that 20-30% of the exhibits were either out of service, missing parts, not fully functioning (lights burnt out etc) or damaged. For the price we paid, I was a little disappointed.
Hello everyone, the other day we were in the museum, it was interesting for both children and us adults 🥰 There was a lot, but I took a picture of what I managed to do, I liked the cockpit and the big shark statue more. In the toilet, I did not like that the liquid soap was not fixed and for the children there was no small ladder for the sink, it was difficult for them to get it. In general, it was fun and educational.
We had a blast. This museum offers a variety of activities for all ages. Also, you have access to IMAX documentaries available until 3:00pm. Don’t forget to choose your documentary at the time of purchasing your ticket.
Really cool and amazing place for the entire family! We all had a blast! The amount of activities and interesting information they have available is extensive. We went within the last 2 hours on Sunday and they stamped our receipt so we could return for free in the next 30 days. Definitely recommend the trip. Amazing experience with aerodynamics, dinosaur models, human physiology, and real animal exhibits.
