This program has been excellent for my 9y old's development! Not only is she learning dance choreography, singing and acting, but she is also growing in confidence and self-discipline. And compared to other programs, I very much appreciated having a year end show that DIDN'T require me to buy tickets!

It’s a great program for both kids and parents: 3 hr learning, out by late lunch, and responsible release time. The school took care of costume, no additional cost or stress for end of term performance. Best thing is kids get opportunities to work on stage presence from a young age, great for confidence development. My child enjoyed it for many years.

What a great kids swimming lessons program. The patience of these young instructors is something to be marveled. What an amazing experience, an immensely convenient location in the heart of Mississauga and some of the best employees I have had the privilege of interacting with. The city of Mississauga would truly be at a loss to lose such an popular and well situated service. A city with so much culture and now Canadians deserves this top notch facility.

Spending almost 120$ per month, and that’s what happened in the member plus room… Random people can just sneaking into the member plus room and do whatever they would want to. It’s like a free open ATM for those people to grab and go. Front desk saying that hopefully someone can take care of this and yet, I can’t even get a free and new lock.

Unprofessional, rude, not respectful receptionist Sana in the front desk ruine reputation of the YMCA Mississauga. Management should choose polite and friendly staff on this role. The swimming lessons are good, pool looks clean.

I have been harassed by a staff female reception her name is Sanah at the Mississauga YMCA

The incident happened at 6:30 30/10/2023.
she kept us waiting to issue a parent card and when was our turn, she lost the paper which she requested to fill out info on it and when we complained about that she refused to serve us, and I have requested to speak with a supervisor and no one at the facility helped. All staff stand and watched with no care.

You should hire people to respect and do their jobs which they take a salary for it not people who harass people for no reason.

I am filing a serious complain and you should investigate.

I'm expecting someone to reach out.

YMCA GTA (Mississauga) Employment Service very bad

I have been connected to the YMCA for 6 months. I got good service at the initial. After that no reply, no response from them. Even for the next appointment, I have to call and tell them that we did this before but I didn't get any response from any clients so please tell me what to do the next step. They didn't talk like that and said you have to book an appointment at that time we'll discuss then they booked my appointment after one week. During the appointment time, they took only 10 min to say that this is the list of jobs we found for you now you have to apply. So, we have to apply and again didn't get any response from where you apply. Again call them and the process they done. I have done 4 times this same process.

Now, I have to close my account and do the other program with another employment agency. I tried to call them, and also to my consultant personally via mail via call but they didn't reply or respond. They took my call and said do you have your consultant's mail if I say yes then they tell me to reach out to her via mail. The receptionist service is also not friendly. It was rude behaviour. So many times I tried to directly with my consultant, Serwaa Owusu-Ansah but she didn't pick up my call and even she didn't respond to me. Still, I'm suffering with this situation. I have had the worst experience with this consultant and the office of the YMCA.

Don't expect good employment service from YMCA particularly Mississauga.

We have been attending Stagecoach Mississauga and Oakville for 6 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Our children run to class and come out smiling, singing and dancing. The staff are all incredible and talented and it makes for a very positive and wholesome result.

Stagecoach offers a wonderful experience with the right balance of fun and creativity. My daughter is always excited to attend singing, acting, drama class and has developed confidence in public speaking and stage performances. Tosha and her staff provide a respectful, fun environment for the kids. I highly recommend this program and absolutely enjoy watching the kids dedication and discipline shining through with these entertaining stage performances.

Our kid is 9y, and in her 4th year of Stagecoach. It is consistently a wonderful experience for her and she looks forward to it every week. The quality of programming and instructors is top-notch, and as a parent I also very much appreciate how organized and well run the admin end of things is. Highly recommend!

We are very grateful to Stagecoach Mississauga for its amazing program. Since attending Stagecoach’s regular season session as well as summer camp, our daughter has become more confident with performing and presenting - whether it’s on stage, at school or as part of a sports program. Please be aware that the YMCA has decided to debit member's accounts arbitrarily for their membership. They are supposed to send out a notice via mail at least 2 months in advance that your membership is up for renewal and to come in and fill out another application. This morning I find out they went into my account without my authorization and took out two payments totalling over $115. I call up and they tell me it is a system problem, some renewals were missed and some members are being charged the full fee and you have to come in and sort it out. No apology and they do not care that this happened. This is outrageous and wrong and no one can afford to have money taken out their account on a whim.

I love the Y, its so conveniently located in the heart of Mississauga and easy to walk to if you live in the area. It has very nice natural light, a modern building and nice staff. However, the gym section is a bit small and you have to wait a while to use a machine during peak hours. My other issue is their weekend timings, 4pm is way too early - at least make it 6 or 8pm. Overall, its a good gym in turns of convenience but it has room for improvement.

We can’t say enough about Stage Coach! The teaching staff is professional yet so fun and their love for children and the arts shines through. The shows are creative and entertaining. Thank you so much for creating an environment for our kids to grow not only their talents, but their confidence and friendships as well.

My children have both attended the program here and it was such an enriching, confidence-building experience for them both. Teachers are professional, engaging and so talented. The shows were amazing! They loved it!

My husband came across Stagecouch in Mississauga for our son when he was just  9 yrs old and he is now 12. I remembered  the first time we took him, like all parents, I guessed, you'd feel unsure and nervous for them. When he come home he tell us how much fun ihe had and see his personality and confidence develops. During Covid, he was not able to go and been just at home and doing  online school. He was lonely and upset about it a lot. This summer we took a chance and we asked him if he wants to go, at first he wasn't sure, after a long time thinking about it, he decided he will  go again. I am very thankful and very happy to see his love for acting ,dancing and singing had been gained back  through the help of Stagecoach. The teachers and staff are all wonderful and very professional.

We’ve had so many great experiences with Stagecoach Mississauga! Both of my kids developed confidence and skills in the arts after attending the program. They both got the courage to audition for their school musical and got roles!! Great teachers who truly have a passion for children and the arts.

Stagecoach is a fantastic program all around. Great fun and confidence booster in singing, dancing and acting classes. Our kids love it!!

A fantastic, creative program! My 5.5 year old son has done summer camp with Stagecoach and he loved it. The teachers are wonderful with the children and my son enjoyed learning about acting, singing and dancing (things he loves to do). Memorable experience all around. We will be back!

My nephew gets so much out of this program! His confidence and sense of self is supported by great teachers and a fun program of singing, dance and movement all in one place! I would highly recommend this outstanding school to anyone looking for a place for their kids to explore their creativity.

Excellent program for children wanting to expand their talents in the arts, and build their confidence!
