Patrica, was such an unpleasant staff at the Baby gap Millenia asked for help was she approached started throwing things around and pointless because she was no help. I just personally feel that if you have a bad day, don’t bring it to work and stay at home because it does not look right on the store.

Last week, I went in to shop for a new suit and some dress shirts. Payton helped me find a perfect suit and 2 dress shirts that I really loved. I was hoping for a quick and easy experience and she delivered! She was super helpful and professional. She even offered me some water while I tried on the clothes. I will definitely get my future suits and dress clothing from here because Payton and the nice staff here! Thanks, Payton!
Employees treated my elderly family horrible, and the rest of the customers in the store the same. Yikes. Fire that man.

Literally followed around by an associate asked to sign up for a credit card and I hadn’t even looked at anything. Walked out immediately. Also poor men’s selection, everything is too hot for FL.
This Banana Republic Factory Outlet was just ok. I know the Pandemic hurt the retail industry and you can tell at this store. I found a few items which I absolutely love, however not much variety as before the Pandemic. I guess if you are at the outlet it’s worth a quick stop and look you may find something.
Good outlet. Smaller than the main outlets so the stock might be limited but no queues and free plentiful parking right next to the store.

I usually dress like a wealthy bum, but I had an event coming up and everybody made it clear I can't just wear shorts and flip-flops, I walked into Banana Republic because I thought the name was funny. I was greeted by Payton, she was super helpful, and made me look presentable. Thank you Payton and Banana Republic, great quality and service.
Shopped her the Saturday after Black Friday; and again it was an excellent experience. Wow, the sales!!!!!!!!!!!!! Easter weekend 2023 shopping! This is an excellent Banana Republic store - much better prices than the retail stores. Great selection!

Excelente calidad de ropa y diseños! Muy buena atención al cliente. Con descuentos puedes encontrar buenos precios, porque los regulares estan bien elevados (aunque la relación calidad precio esta bien).
I worked for the Company that builds Banana Republic the Developer brought me there and showed me the Sun from the second floor it is marble I had started writing a song I was aloud to sing there the Mall was built yet.Everyone there smiled the said that was beautiful he also want one of my drawings for his Company Logo 😄😄😄😄😄

Major fan of Gap and it’s sister stores but this experience was infuriating. I waited in line to make a return only to be met with really unprofessional employees. I was polite when the woman assisting me was too busy chatting with the customer to my left about zodiac signs to get my order number plugged into the system correctly. When it would not work upon her finally getting it, the manager, also involved in the zodiac convo, came over to tell me “This isn’t Banana Republic.” and tried to return to the her conversation about Scorpios being bad people (… so bizarre.) I grabbed her attention to let her know I had bought stuff at Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic on the same online receipt. Still, she refused to do it based on some arbitrary policy not even she could explain clearly despite receipts, etc. Will not be returning if this is the kind of worker managing this location.

Nice, clean store. Good clothing for kids and adults. The prices were good with discounts throughout the store. We purchased a lot of boys clothes for a great price.
The store is well organized and good looking. The environment is nice and friendly. The reason of my two star review is the checkout at the register. The guy at the register was so slow to checkout his customer and the line was getting longer. I grew tired of waiting so left the store. So sorry for this but the staff needs to improve. By the way I like GAP!
Oh man, I love this brand! With two kids who go through their clothing like it's water this brand can truly keep up with their active lifestyle. Besides the high quality you'll find high fashion and super cute things for the whole family. When they're running their sale you can score some really great deals! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have their Gap credit card you get an extra 10% every day.

I love banana and Banana Republic as well!! They have the best quality, the coupons can make it easier to buy there! However, their average price is fair.
Courteous and rapid service, had an item reserved from a different store and once I got here they were able to deliver the time fast. Shopped around this store and employees were very professional and polite! Would definitely go back!
As soon as walked into the shop the employees Looked very nervous while we're trying to shop. They kept hovering over and around us. We were aproached by 4 employees asking if we need help, but none of the employees would communicate with each other. I got the impression that they were taking turns to aproach us and kept scanning with their Mobile scan gun every item that we were sorting through I only bought one shirt. And I would of made a bigger purchase if they would of gave us a little bit room and space to shop. Especially when my husband and I were the only ones in the store.

I went on March '18 and graphic tees were unbelievable cheap. Real sale for sweaters too. Their quality is very good and their designs are pretty decent. I got some extra discount while I was paying due I had copped tons of tees! I loved spending my time there, the store was messy but it's understandable due to the amount of people attending to it. Highly recommended.

Some of the clothes are a bit pricy and indistinguishable from one another, but it's great quality clothing.
The clothing options are great, however, it can be a bit messy which makes it difficult to find sizes etc. It's also usually understaffed and the queues aren't huge but checking out usually isnt quick. A great choice of items but not brilliant for those in a rush
