Waited almost 30 mins at watch section but no one came up and i moved to some other store, please provide some assistance during the purchase , overall collection is good
I give 5 stars just because of your Employee Edi who works at the entrance level where the running shoes are displayed. He was very friendly, helpful and he gave me great advice on Running shoes and made a great effort to find appropriate shoes. Because of him I purchased 2 running shoes, which I am completely satisfied with. You guys are lucky to have such a nice and knowledgeable sales person. Because of this pleasant experience, I will consider Sportscheck as my first choice in the future needs.

Habe gestern Puma Schuhe gekauft nach Mehrmaligen Nachfragen ob es meine Größe noch gäbe ist eine Mitarbeiterin miderwillig schauen gegangen ob es den in einer anderen Größe gäbe das Personal war nur an Profit interessiert und die Bewertung war naja aber sonst viel Auswahl und gute Angebote an Schuhe wohl die meinten der Schuhe passt sich meinem Fuß an leider schmerzen sie beim laufen behalte sie trotzdem da sie nur 30 euro gekostet haben

Zwei Sterne für die gewohnte Qualität der Ware. 3 Abzug für die seltsame Bedienung. Habe noch nie erlebt, dass der Mitarbeiter eines Ladens die Jacken die ich mir anprobiert habe sofort wieder versorgt hat ohne zu wissen welche ich davon kaufen wollte. Musste sie immer wieder holen wenn ich sie ein zweites Mal anprobieren wollte. Ich habe ja auch gerne Ordnung aber man könnte warten bis man sich für ein Modell entschieden hat bevor man die Ware versorgt. Das hin und her laufen war genau so wenig witzig wie der Verkäufer. Ein bisschen Humor schadet im Leben nicht.

Ich kann nur jedem von einem kaufen in diesem Footlocker abraten. Bei Umtausch oder reklamieren gibt es nur Probleme. Verkäufer sind nicht interessiert daran dir bei deinem Problem zu helfen. Die Verkäufer wollen ausschließlich Profit machen und kümmern sich schlecht um ihre Kunden es sei denn, es geht darum, etwas zu verkaufen.

Spent 3 days in Stuttgart, my experience in this store is the worst by far.
Some helpers were nice, but one girl just started screaming and threw sneakers at my friend. Not sure if it's worth it when some workers treat customers that bad! (Never seen something close to this in Germany)

Rude, impolite and unfriendly young lady who instead of just handing me my shoes, threw them at me and talked very aggressively! Never experienced this before!!

Wollte mir da Schuhe kaufen die eine große war zu klein hab den den Verkäufer gebeten mir die nächst größere zu holen er ging ins Lager Kamm mit keine Schuhe zurück und hat mich Dan ignoriert weil er eine seiner Lanzmänner bedienen müsse. Ich Kauf da nicht mehr ein das letzte Mal
As I entered in the store a young man very kindly was welcoming everyone, I stood while thinking and I didn’t find the shoe I was looking for, on my wat out again I asked for help and he was so kind and customer friendly.
I didnt buy anything but I had the best customer experience I already am ranking Foot Locker as a brand very high , and the salesman should be giving trainings to be honest we need such level of Top noch service !

They need more instore quantity. Online ordering is nice but the 3 to 4 week waiting time (depends on the delivery service used) is a waistes opportunity to do better.
Nice store good prices on shoes whqt I didn't like however was the limited in store quantity of products.

Netter Laden und man findet meistens das wonach man sucht:))waren diesmal auch findig. Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett und haben auch Ahnung von dem was die verkaufen!danke euch
Per usual, it was crowded and the cashier line was long. However, the selection is good and the prices are low.
I have loads of fun shopping here, but recently the customer service was terrible. A cashier there ripped the 10 euros I had given her in half (they did not have a rip at all before) and then asked me if I had any other and told me I would need to go to the bank and change it.
Good designs specially pullovers but the quality is the point that they must improve. Like a little bit
The manager and some staff are very rude and unprofessional, behave like they work for Microsoft instead of who will be quicker at putting things in a bag. ( 🥲 ) Mostly irresponsible, without fixed hours, call you all of a sudden to work, change schedule without letting you know, rude towards customers also.

Good deals on pullovers. Offered products are decent and can be taken without second thought. They also have good variety of tack suits and prices are reasonable not too high.
This sporting goods shop looked more like a sports apparel shop than an actual legitimate sporting goods shop.
The weight lifting department definitely was lacking. The sports supplements are also lacking, no pre-workout or creatine. They did have some protein powders.
Definitely no equipment for boxing or MMA sports. If you are looking into combative sports this is not the right place.

Praktische Lage, direkt im Ok des E-Center. Daher kann man im vorbeigehen, doch immer mal wieder ein Schnäppchen machen. Freundliches Personal.

I was trying to ask more about the heart rate monitors. I was in the store for 30min and I was unable to get any kind of customer service. I approached many members of the staff and they just turned away so they dont have to speak with me. Finally after half an hour I approached an elderly male staff member and asked for assistance and he was angry that I bothered him and told me off 😳. But I suppose you have too many customers and you dont need my money so have a nice day I am more than happy to shop somewhere else...
Normally I do not write any negative review however my experience was quite negative indeed so I changed my decision and did not to buy the shoe which I already tried and box was in my hands...
2 things happened.
1. Staff responsible for bringing the shoes and at the cash were really reluctant to give a service, looked quite unhappy. 2 of them were trying to talk to a guy asking for an address and none of them was coming and trying to help the customer. You needed to run after them. One of them was already having a discussion in the shop with another customer as we were in the shop.
2. After I treied my shoe, I went to cash for the payment. All labels were showing 119eur for hoka rincon 3 and on the cash price was 129eur. I asked them to check again they said sorry rincon is 129eur. I asked them to look the labels inthe market which I could even see from the line at the cash. They said they cant do anything and tried to call staff responsible. It took 5 minutes and a lady came and said "rincon3 price is 129eur!". I asked again to walk 30 meters and check the labels. She walked slowly and looked the price and shouted to the cash saying: yes he is right, labels are 119eur. And added with a really disturbing manner: " make him a 10 eur discount"
So I left the box at the cash and left the shop. There are always mistakes, we are all human. No issues there. However the behaof the staff during my visit was not acceptable. I dont know , may be it was due to a bad day but it was not friendly.
I just therefore put a 2star without a comment but as you asked for an explanation, I replied.

This is a good possibility to get the most things for a city family. But to be honest I will probably go to the bigger one outside of the city to see more specialized products. But great to have them in the city center now as well.

Start of sale period! This is my first visit in a JD Sports shop. I value their selection oriented more towards lifestyle than authentic sports, including a brand that i see for the first time, Supply & Demand. Very American, baseball inspired. Nice. Very well prepared staff and an effective software to tell you immediately of a size/product is still available 👍
I am surprised that I got one of the worst shopping experience at the store. I got a pair of gloves in the store, which was sold for 29.99 Euro. It is an incredibly high price for me but this is not the most important. The thing is that when I asked for a refund for them after about half an hour since I realized that I didn’t need this pairs anymore, they rejected me for no reason. For no reason! And the salesperson showed no willing to explain the policy or something else but just asked me to stand by the side. Actually since she processed the deals really slowly, I have waited for a long period of time, and there came another waiting for it. She finally asked the manger to come but she manager ignored me and said a sentence then left. She handed me the gloves and said no then didn’t pay any piece of attention for it anymore. I felt angry but could do nothing.
I asked for sports shoes and did not like the very first model the staff showed. When I asked for another one, the staff said the other shoes are not in discount and it is under MRP rate. What does it mean? That I don’t have ability to go for non discounted ones. It was so unfair to talk to customer like that. Very unprofessional and disappointing

There are good offers here ,. For Men and Women. Trial rooms might be full , so do prepare for a waiting time there. Apart from that the collections are pretty nice, and you get almost all sizes here for most of the apparels for a great price.
Sehr nettes Personal. Wurde z.B. darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass im Laufe der Woche neue Ware eintreffen soll. Und auch auf den "VIP-Rabatt" wurde ich aufmerksam gemacht. Große Auswahl an Kleidung, auch für Große Größen. Vielen Dank.

The prices are on the higher side, but the selection is quite varied and wide, covering a great range of sports and equipment brands, from the average ones to the expensive, no-compromise brands. The shop also offers some facilities for testing the wares, like a treadmill for running shoes and an artificial patch of rough terrain for hiking and climbing boots.
