Originally estimating completion by the end of May or early June, they ended up being two weeks ahead of schedule and completed the 17’ X 17’ patio in only 4 days. Absolutely a fantastic experience working with GP and his crew! GP suggested the design, integrated our ideas, and executed the job with utmost professionalism and quality workmanship. The job, a full interlock driveway, veranda, steps, and flower boxes, was completed in 1 week. GP and his crew were quick and efficient. The pride in their work and care of our property was evident. We recently had Chris and his team perform a lift and re-lay of our 13-year-old Techo-Bloc patio, and the results are excellent. The patio looks like new, and I'm confident it will stand the test of time given the thorough approach they took. We had quote from other landscapers and they all lack details, Chris quote was the only one that was detailed and we decided to go with him to do our retaining wall and he and his crew did a fantastic & beautiful job, couldn't be happier and will definitely retain him for other mini projects that we've around our place.

The work Chris and his team did for us was done on time and on budget. Unfortunately the quality of his interlock work was poor and needed repair within a year and continues to degrade over time. If you’re looking for workmanship that stands the test of time I’d look elsewhere.

I called Chris at Custom Interlocking and arranged for an estimate. He came when he said he would and when he showed up he was personable and professional. We talked through the job I wanted done and I received a well put together quote outlining the products to be used as well as a clear and easy to read description of the work to be completed, including a drawing of the design.
Although Chris was booked up well into the future when I explained that I was getting my front walkway done to accommodate my wife who has mobility problems he fit me in. The only wait was for materials. He continued to communicate to provide me updates and Chris and his crew arrived when we'd arranged.
They worked solid days from 0700 to about 1700 and completed the job in two and a half days. Both I and my wife were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Custom Interlocking if you're thinking of getting work done.

It was such a wonderful experience dealing with the owner Chris Libbos . His professionalism, his attention to detail, his pricing, and his workmanship was something I haven't seen in a trade in years! My job was a complicated one with poor access, while at the same time crossing over into other neighbors yards in addition to very difficult weather conditions. The job took a little longer than expected but no corners were cut to finish it. His concern for my neighbors and his employees was impressive. The neighbors always commented that his job site was always immaculate at the end of each day. I would highly recommend his company and would gladly speak to anyone considering using his services.

Our front step looks so beautiful that we couldn't help but share our gratitude with everyone. We contracted the remodeling of our front walkway to Interlock Innovations. The walkway was original build and shifting significantly which not only looked less than ideal, but also created problems with water build after heavy rainfall. Gian-Piero fully understood what we were looking for and was able to provide us with a robust and great looking new walkway! He was also highly responsive to questions; a trait that is very much appreciated when working with contractors! Although we experienced a delay due to a material shortage in 2020, once supply was available GP and his team were able to complete the work this year in a timely fashion. All told, we are very happy with the work and the service provided.

Interlock Innovations installed interlock in our back yard last year and we are so, so pleased with the work. Work was delivered on time, to our expectations, and with great quality. We absolutely love using our back yard now, and so glad we chose to work with Gian-Piero and his team. We will absolutely be using Interlock Innovations again to have work done on the side and front of our house!

I have to say we are so pleased with the work done, the professional approach and collaboration each step of the way. The owner was on-site every day to ensure everything ran smoothly. The crew was incredibly hard working, knowledgeable and pleasant. The work was done without skipping steps (my husband is an Architect).

The work (2019) entailed pulling up the existing patio, re-leveling and relaying the interlock, and tying in an new tier on the patio, as well as adding a path and river stone.

We also had them back this year (2020) to dig up a very large area between our fence and garden, and lay river rock. They never skip steps or cheap out on materials. They do great work for a fair price.

The job site, and road, area are cleaned every day prior to leaving. This company takes great pride in what they do - on every level.

We will be booking them for next year's project to redo the front of the house. I honestly can’t recommend them enough!
