Great place to bowl with family or friends. Call before going. There are always leagues playing and they take up lots of lanes.
Terrible staff! We came with kids and tried to figure out the pack they had for one hour for $50 including shoes we were explained by a staff member that this is the best package for us, but 30sec after we paid we realized that won’t be enough for all kids and we need another lane but the guy at the front (big guy with glasses) refused to refund us even though it was less then 5 min we didn’t even get any shoes yet!! When we tried to explain that we prefer a different package he was so nasty and said he repeated 7 times already and will not refund us not even to pay again for a different package! And not only that the whole time he was watching us like a hawk and told my sister “if the kids are taking off their shoes I’m shutting down the lane” and then “I’m gonna shut down the laaane” wow what a NATZI!!! WILL NEVER EVER go back to the dump! Not to mention we had to ask them TWICE to restart the lane bc it stopped working! Don’t go there its a waste of your money!
Used to be okay but got wayyy to expensive, they raised their prices to a crazy amount in the middle of a recession too! We spent over 100 for only 2 games for 3 people. I was surprised to see big families footing the bill. It never used to be that bad! The location in Astoria is way cheaper and prices normally and probably in other locations too so I would say to go there instead. This franchise owner is very obviously greedy and money hungry.
This place is horrible at taking customers and making them feel happy and given their word to children. My son had his 7th birthday here and the employee ensured me that it was okay to bring in an ice cream cake. When I requested for the cake to come back the whole cake was melted. The candle didn’t even stand in the cake. He was unable to sing happy birthday with his family and school friends. A total embarrassment in front of his classmates. My son was looking forward to singing happy birthday with a cake that he picked out himself. I told the manager as she completely disregarded his feelings a what happened to the cake that was in their care. I would tell anyone who is going to throw a birthday party not to because of the management will not accommodate with the wrong that they did. They have bad reviews all over any platform. Trust me don’t come.
Wings and drinks are really good and strong, but the bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I went there over 3 times, and each time, it was gross.
I had an incredible experience at Bowlero in Queens, all thanks to the Operations Manager, Tafadzewa Mucherera. Her service and attitude were absolutely amazing! Tafadzewa went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel valued as customers.

Very nice place to do many fun things. The wings are awesome. One thing to consider is to get some sore of security in the place. Cause a certain time the area outside gets a little less safe. Overall, it's a good safe place to be and hang out with friends and love ones.
I wouldn’t give this place anything less than 5 stars. It’s my new go-to date night place with great music. Bunch of arcade games, always a great time. Food is definitely lacking this is definitely not a place I would eat at but otherwise everything is great!
SOOO this was probably the best bowling place I been too. The music was fire, the vibe was dope and colorful and the food was really delicious! Me and my friends went and had a good time and they have like a game room, upstairs downstairs. The only thing they need to work on is the service. The girls was sweet but they brung me the wrong order and one of the other girls was confused the whole time standing there and didn’t know how to start up bowling for us. There was one girl who knew everything but other than that. I give it a 10/10. Just need better workers there. Better service or at-least a manager to manage. I guess make sure they repeat the order back to you a few times before you pay or you’d be paying for double because they don’t give refunds even if they forgot your order. I highly recommend and the bowling prices is the best bowling price I ever seen. I’ll be back for sure.
Very nice and pretty big. It looks pretty clean too but the outside could look a bit better. I feel like it’s a bit too pricey but would come with family or friends.
The food was okay! The bowling was fun I guess. It was awfully cold I was freezing. The music was very appropriate and good choices. The food took forever to come and they barely even paid attention to our needs 3/5
Cool bowling place. The only problem is the music is too loud and it just got louder and louder from each song. Drinks had barely any alcohol in it but they tasted good.
Decent experience. Dated look but still works. The girl at the counter walked away after charging us for 2 games without letting us know what lane, let alone, giving us our bowling shoes. The gentleman that replaced her had to accommodate us. No technical issues came up while bowling.
I have been to better bowling alleys 🎳 less expensive more vibrant, and much better prices, without hidden hike in prices after a certain hour without any warnings. Not the best or my favorite bowling experience. But my kids had fun. So that's what really matters.
I’ve been coming to Bowlero for a few years now. But as of recently I took my nieces and nephews to spend some quality time with them. Per usual, the service was exceptional. Super quick, attentive and kind. This is our go to spot for good music, affordable pricing, good food & very clean. Will always recommend anyone to this spot.
I’ve attended two birthday parties here and had a great experience both times. Good food and drinks, clean place, and just overall great atmosphere. Such a fun place for all ages. We’ll definitely be back!
Had an amazing time with the family for my son's birthday. Sad they don't have a snack bar anymore only one sandwich.
Great place ! Very low key wasn’t crowded, and the ppl there were super professional and nice ! classic bowling alley , clean with a few fun arcade games, clean bathrooms ! Would definitely recommend, fair bowling price as well
Great time celebrating my nieces birthday/graduation party. It's definitely worth having an event here. The staff was great, the food was good and enjoyed watching everyone bowl.
I would rate this at less than one star But I don't believe that is an option. It's had zero Air conditioning it took forever for anyone to acknowledge us at the bowling counter, the waitress or who might have been. The waitress had to come over to deal with shoes and was very confused. When it came time for a drink The young lady did not know and did not admit Not to know what a jack and coke was and just brought a straight shot of jack and then made it our fault. She then explained it was not in menu item and they would go out of their way to make a simple jack and coke. For at least thirty minutes of our stay, all of the stations were completely devoid of employees.
I would like to say that it is not the young lady's fault. She was more than willing to do multiple jobs. That she was clearly and at the fault of management trained to do anything, but did her best.
It is irresponsible for the management to leave their employees in the weeds with no training.
We will nvr return.
And i would save a trip to this very worn, dirty establishment.

Whenever I have bad day boring day I put on my sneakers, shorts and t-shirt and enjoy bowling for hours. Arcade was like just amazing here.
Whitestones Lanes is the Best of the Best. It provides First class service for you and your family. The perfect place for a date. I really recommend this place.
I had a fun time there, nice music, there’s a parking lot across the street (with the green fence) for the customers and the pizza was pretty good. Only issue for me was that I won’t go back there when it’s dark because the lot had no lights and guys were in there smoking so that felt unsafe to me.
The bowling is fun. They have nice lanes and good music. BUT I can’t remember a time I had worse food + drink service. During our two games which took over an hour, we never received our food nor did the server ever come to check on us. I went up to her twice to ask for service and she never remembered to come back. We finally reminded her about our food after we finished our games. She said there was a ‘mix-up’ with our food, but she never let us know until we asked an hour later. When our food did arrive, it was lukewarm at best. The “nachos” we got were, I promise you, a tray of crushed tortilla crumbs and a cup of barely microwaved cheese. For $60 (just on food and two drinks) this was egregious.
Nice and clean. The staff was very nice and the food was really, really tasty . The portion is hugh 2 people can eat from one portion. Go check them out, guys.
Clean place with very nice staff. Had a blast!! Only had drinks but we saw other people’s food and it looked good! Mixed crowd of ages and backgrounds and a very welcoming vibe. Look forward to returning!
Such a fantastic bowling spot! We did my niece’s 12th birthday here and it was SPECTACULAR. Franklin was most patient and helpful in making this experience so memorable. Also— best bowling food and drinks I got.
I came here with my friends and classmates here for a school trip. The place was good, there was nothing wrong, except that where they were serving food, there were only 2 people working there, and I had to wait at least half an hour in order to get my food. This place also had air hockey, basketball, and driving games.
First they make anyone who is not in a league bowl in the fluorescent lights. When you go up to the front desk, the people ignore you at first until you wait there long enough. The service is horrific and they don’t let you go to the bar to get your own drink? You have to wait for a server to come and then another 25 mins for them to bring the actual drink. But don’t worry, when it takes too long the server will let you know that they are eating their dinner so that’s why it’s taking so long. The whole building could be empty and they will put two parties in the same booth lanes. All of the balls are chipped and broken, it just looks like poor management.
It feels and looks old and run down. The place was quiet compared to many other bowling alleys I've been to which was nice, but it seems like it hasn't been renovated in a while as of March 2023. There is also a lot of seating available, which is convenient if you are with a large group of people.
We hosted our son's 9th birthday at Bowlero a few weekends ago. We got the Legend package which included arcade cards worth $7 for our 14 guests and $10 for my boy as well as discount cards for next visit, bowling shoes for the child, 2.5hrs bowling time, 3 entrées and two sides a cookie cake and unlimited soft drinks. You can also bring your own cake, which we did. Let me tell you, we had such a great time at Bowlero. The kids did, too! They kept refilling our food and drinks, and since one of my kids didn't show up, we got ptchers of beer, which parents were very thankful for. Our host was always there if we needed him, and so was the manager. We highly recommend Bowlero. It is a great time without the stress of cleaning up after. The kids lived bowling and arcade and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be hosting something else again.
A particular mature lady at the front desk gave bad customer service. It didn't look like she enjoyed working there but I went in and had a great time
Went for a bday celebration, kids had a great time bowling and playing in the arcades area. Food was okay, drinks were okay. After 8pm it got super busy. There's a parking area right in front but it's small and there was no parking. The music was great though 😊 all types of hits. Overall a good time. Would recommend.
The bartender on shift made good drinks. A bit pricy but drinks were so good. The food there is good too I had mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings and chicken tenders. We had a good time bowling me and my friends.
Haven’t been here in decades. Had a small weekday get together with a few of my sons friends. They had a great time and loved the food.
This bowling 🎳 venue is terrific. The staff is very friendly and the space is clean and spacious will many lanes available. I attended a birthday party here. We bowled 2-3 games and enjoyed pizza 🍕, chicken 🐔 tenders, chicken wings, and fries 🍟 with soft drinks while bowling. One of the screens malfunctioned on one of the lanes, which was frustrating, but they moved us to another lane and solved the problem. An outdoor parking lot is available.
WHILE THIS PLACE IS LACKING DECOR.... IT'S ABSOLUTELY GIGANTIC INSIDE IT HAS TWO SIDES OF LANES. THE PRICE IS ABSOLUTELY WORKABLE. IT COST US $44 FOR THREE PEOPLE, FOR 2 GAMES +SHOE RENTAL WAS INCLUDED. ONCE AGAIN WE DID GO ON A WEEKDAY AND IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT PACKED. IT SERVES FOOD AND IT HAS A BAR BUT MOSTLY SERVING BEER AS THE MAIN DRINK. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IF YOU'RE NOT WORRIED ABOUT BLACK LIGHTS AND YOU JUST WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.
Can be quite pricey, but the lanes are usually well oiled. There is also a section where you can get food, which is portioned very nicely. The houseballs are also quite nice.
