Dim, loud environment to bowl while watching advertisements all around you.
The floor was disgusting!! I imagine they lightly mop once a week, and never under any furniture.
Seats are mostly uncomfortable and some have very little padding.
Staff is mostly nice and helpful. Unfortunately they don't allow water bottles EVEN FOR BABIES 🤯
The staff came to tell us that we can't have a baby bottle for our baby 🤦

I was like a big kid. I attended a company event and it was so much fun. The bartender was fast, efficient and made a great whiskey sour. I wish I could remember her name.
The bartender was nice and made our drinks immediately. We put our name in for bowling and were told 20-30 minutes. An hour later I went to see the bowling attendant and they disregarded the paper we signed and had been rotating other people ahead of us. We were told another 20-30 minutes. The food was ordered when we got here and an hour later, no food still. Told there was a “mistake in the kitchen.” So far not a good experience and not sure we’re coming back.
It's Downtown San Jose. There's not a lot of places where you can feel truly comfortable while eating, drinking, and having a good time. San Pedro Social is the exception to the rule. This is the most fun, relaxing, and enticing place to spend those weekend nights. If you're looking for a fun atmosphere during the week, then this is also the place.
I do miss the AFK Gaming Lounge that used to be this place, but, from a social stand point, San Pedro Social blows AFK out of the water.
I'll be coming back here for sure.

We had a really wonderful time celebrating our son’s birthday at Bowlero San Jose today. The staff was really helpful. I was able to use Groupons that I bought earlier this week on 3 lanes. We got there in the afternoon and there were plenty of lanes available. Our server Angelina was really nice and attentive. Thank you for making our experience so seamless and fun! We had a great time and we will definitely be back!
First of all let me start by saying it was a good experience with good food and the place was clean. I also got a good deal for two hours. But their employees were not kind and were rude. We had a little toddler who fell on the lane by accident. Then they threatened to kick us out and two employees were watching us during our whole experience. I was not comfortable the whole time.
Bowlero provides a great bowling experience with its well-maintained lanes, fun atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks. It's a fantastic spot for a fun night out with friends or family.
My wife and I just moved here and were looking for new places to explore. We stopped by after getting pizza next door. Came in on a slow Thursday night. Miles was our bar tender and we absolutely loved him. We told him what we liked and asked him to make us something amazing. And he did. The whole staff was fun, laid back, having fun together. I will definitely be returning!
Made a bowling reservation for a Sunday afternoon for our teens’ birthdays. The place was nearly empty upstairs, we were helped downstairs to the bowling area. Someone helped us get our shoes and then he disappeared. There were zero ppl working downstairs. If we’d needed to exchange shoes or have an issue with the bowling we would have had to walk all the way upstairs to the other side of the building to find someone to help us. We saw a server walk by only once or twice while we were there. We’d wanted to order food but there was literally no one around. It was a huge bummer and we ended up only staying for one round of bowling.
Also, the bowling set up was really not well thought out. There’s no seating besides one long bench along a brick wall next to bar height tables. The pathway for people to walk through is between the bowling and the seating so there were constantly people walking through.

I had my kids' birthday party. I purchased some Costco gift cards to use on the party bill. They didn't allow more than 2 gift cards on my bill. The staff was somewhat friendly. The food was pretty good and was kept warm. They should let you know that gift cards are not accepted at parties.
I played pool had a good time. We played bowling but the lanes are really old and outdated so was the system the machine kept skipping our turns, and the lady at the bar was very rude.
I took my family here a few times each week as we enjoy bowling and the price is cheaper than other bowling places. I used to enjoy coming here until one of the staff name Jon (short latino guy) was being really rude to us. It was a holiday weekend and we had to wait 1.5hr for a lane on the waitlist. When it got to us we asked if we can have 2 lanes as we have 7 people in our group, but he refused and said we didnt say that we want two lanes when we put our name down on the waitlist. It took us over 1.25hr just to bowl 1 game each for 7 people, so when there were like 5 lanes free and one lane was next to ours opened up, i went and asked if we could use the remaining games on the other available lane but he refused to do it. Its so unfortunate that they treat their regular customers like that. Now that i think of it, this guy always had a bad attitude, never smiles when he is at the counter.
I went to eat breakfast there with a group of people, and it was a great hometown diner experience. I had the Loco Moco, and it was amazing. I heard later that you can customize the Loco Moco. Instead of a hamburger patty, you can choose spam or something else. The key to that dish is the gravy over the rice and the mix of egg yolk! It was delicious! The servers were great, too. Always che king for our group needed. If you want to have a great breakfast and an old diner experience, check this place out!
They open and close late. It looks a lot different than it did before, when I was in a league. The staff were much friendlier then, which you won't expect from the younger generation. Everything is overpriced and virtual bowling is a better option if you prefer that type of atmosphere and experience, rather than wasting your time and money here. If you receive an invitation to go here or for a party, there are more interesting places to visit instead, such as the mall across the street. When you drive by this building, keep going and don't stop, not even to use the restroom.
Best place for watching football. Their outdoor patio has amazing vibes. Waiting staff is very courteous and helpful but food orders do get delayed as the place tends to get overcrowded.
Terrible service. Never available lanes and they lie about first come first serve. I'll never be back. If you want a family friendly bowling option it's worth driving further

Nice and well kept facility, the only issue was with the bar, the guy making the drinks didn't do a good job and he charged us more the second time than the first time.
Eastridge is fine, it has basics now. Round 1 is a lot of fun. Macy's and pennys are gone. It's situated kind of away from everything else. It's not the best mall around but it's local and i love it
If Eastridge could clean up its outside appearance maybe more people would come in to eat, shop and go to the movies. The outside is just trashy. The walkway we take to go to the movies is full of old gum and people's trash. Once you are inside though, it's nice. The movie theater is great. We got to see a new release of a top rated movie with no crowd.
The place was not super expensive, and it had everything you need inside! The restaurant even let us take out a highchair for our baby, and the food was good as well. The atmosphere was good, and it was great for the kids to go. I liked the fact that it wasn't super loud and open decently late. Customer service was on point, and parking was easily accessed and available. Overall, it was a great time with the family and a place I will continue to go for bowling from now on.
Not anything I remember this mall to be. I woke up in the United States of America 🇺🇸 this morning as I have for many. I do not understand 😕 why many of these places are able to play Spanish music in their stores. I'm NOT in Mexico. Big turn off. I didn't stay or shop here. Nor will I. Place is run down, not very clean and just not a place I will return to.
one of the interesting places here has round1 which is very fun. many shops selling goods. The mall is small but not too small. There is an area selling delicious food you should stop by and try it. Having a movie theater is also ok.

The crew is pleasant and attentive, ensuring that you have all you need to have a good time. Their food is bar food quality. The menu includes conventional items such as burgers, fries, and coffee. It takes too long to get food. There’s a full bar also.
Bowling balls are old but also it’s very reasonable in price. Best to bring your own gear. No laser lights or crazy TVs here.

Went for an AMC show. A good food court with Mongolian, Chinese and American steak options. They have a a McDonald's too.

If you're in your 30s looking for the mall you hung out at in high school/middle school, and not a bougie gentrified mall with only designer brands, try this one! It's got all the old staples...Claire's, hot topic, cinnabon.... Also, it has shoes. With Payless dead I had an unbelievably difficult time finding shoe stores in my area that weren't overpriced designer brands. This mall had so many shoe stores in one place, wish I'd tried it first.
Nice shopping mall with a decent food court. Also has a theater (AMC). The atrium area is also good. I believe they did a renovation in recent years and the facelifts give this place a really new look and urban vibe.
The place has a 2 drink minimum for the privilege of playing their $2 a game pool table. The drinks were super expensive but I guess that's to pay for the free video games they offer. I think this place is a good idea, but they don't have to price gouge the people. I don't think we'll be going back. There was a small bowling alley downstairs also.
You know, I really like this mall for my toddler. Before you laugh, hold up. It has a giant food court with toddler friendly seating. It has that cute cotton candy machine and the huge family bathroom/lounge where he can watch TV. He also has a huge walk to the mini cat town for kitty time and then bouncing around the quarter machines and before you know it, he's tired and it's nap time! Love it! Eastridge you do me right!
Had a great time bowling Saturday. A bit of a wait but not bad. Lanes are in pretty good shape. Approach to lane was pretty dirty. Server was on point this time bringing our food order fast. French fries and bread sticks were great and hot. We go alot and enjoy every visit. Our grandson celebrated his 8th Birthday not too long ago. Everybody had a great time.
The place was packed! The staff handled everything in a very efficient manner. I didn’t know I could bowl (not an athlete 😅) and enjoy the experience of watching my bowling balls go right into the gutter. What a blast especially when I was told that the facility was one (of a few) that had reasonable fees, 32 lanes, a cafe, a lounge and billiard station. Saw a lot of families, and groups of young people who played a casual fun filled game (while the others were a little more competitive). There were teams (league players) who were there who took their sport (very) seriously. Guess what? If you are itching to go get the much talked about dishes from La Victoria Taqueria, the restaurant is right next door. How about that. Good times 👍🏽.
I had a semi-private event here for after my wedding with family and friends and the service was fantastic and the snack food yummy. I really appreciated the staff was willing to box leftovers for us since we'd overestimated how hungry people (wouldn't) be. :)

Nice place to hangout after work or even a night out with friends. I love that they have a DJ, few games to play & a bowling alley. They have 2 bars, food & plenty of seating space. I think you can also host a party. It's a great addition to the San Jose nightlife. Will be back.
The place is really nice & cheap. Only flaw is that this place looks like they hire just about anyone. Most of the staff are pretty rude unless you're a female. Please unhire the hiring manager.
Great place for students. Even though the building is not gigantic, it’s space is managed well, divided well between study spots, dining spots and restaurants.

This is honestly my favorite place to bowl! It is so cheap and clean, not to mention how helpful the staff is! The desk attendant that helped me was the tall dude with glasses. 5 star service, he was even able to show me how to bowl, this guy should totally get a raise!

They put Taco Bell back in and sorted out some of the growing pains of switching companies. Still haven’t tried the new boba place and the poke looks disappointing but they have improved since my last review. 3.5 stars now. Implement better breakfast options such as returning Steak and Shakes breakfast items would be my recommendation.

This is a great place to meet up with friends, study or even take a nap if needed in between classes. I love especially the Music Room. The new and improved student union was long overdue.
New SU is fantastic! It's beautiful, open, and has plenty of seating! They really stepped it up now. It looks like a University Student Union should.
This building has almost all basic facilities, but its a small place. Also there are limited number of food outlets. SJSU's new student union building is under construction, hope that would be better than this place.
Also, timings are little weird, don't know why. Sometimes it closes at 5, sometimes at 6. They don't keep it open late night, when students need it the most.. during exams weeks.
There is a printing shop available, but it is expensive and they don't do paper bindings. So ultimately you have to go somewhere else.
So overall its just OK place.
