Excellent private hire of the cinema for a private screening of Dirty Dancing for a 40th birthday. Manager Ryan was really helpful in arranging everything to create the perfect surprise. Thank you!

As a Cinema it’s decent, but when it comes to movies coming out it’s awful. So many movies haven’t came out in this cinema, so many re realises haven’t that are worth watching in big screen.

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday by hiring the private hire cinema experience and enjoyed pizzas afterwards, from start to finish the Cinebowl staff were really well organised, kind, approachable and went out of their way to be helpful. My son and his friends had a fantastic day and all the help offered really made a difference to me as the host.

I visited Cineworld Uttoxeter last night with my husband and we would like to say thank you to the (deputy?) manager and staff for their friendliness and courtesy. The manager was particularly helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The film Kneecap was brilliant. Thanks for showing it.

Two almost 17 year olds who travelled 14 miles yesterday got to the cinema to be told they couldn't get in to watch a '15' rated film. Despite neither of them having a provisional licence yet, they wouldn't accept birth certificates, an IN DATE passport with an older photo on. Bare in mind the passport is in date! Or accept details of birth on a deed poll or even a parent phone call to the venue to confirm their ages. Clearly both do not look under the age of 15 either, very disappointing having spent money travelling to uttoxeter, they did however catch the bus from outside and make the journey to the Showcase Cinema in Derby and got in for the same film no questions asked and spent their money elsewhere and had a lovely date! Please stop being harsh to young people who are not out causing trouble and just want to watch a film together and enjoy life after GCSE's !

My grand children come here for ice skating lessons. The teachers are excellent. I have never come across such a warm friendly team, every member of staff are really friendly. It's a really great place.

Went to a staff Christmas party here and I have to say, it's a small place but it felt great. The bowling lane we had (lane 4) kept breaking.
It did take staff some time to fix this, we had to move lanes but each time it took 5-10 minutes to sort, would have been nice if they communicated why it was breaking so we could avoid it happening again and again so that we didn't take more time away from the staff serving at the bar to fix our lane/s.

Not sure how many people work there normally but I saw 4 people there at a busy Christmas party.
