1. Their online schedules do not work. I tried on my phone AND my laptop. It does not work. Period.

2. I have called them over and over again throughout the last few weeks (they never answered or got back to me), reached out on Facebook, instagram, and even visited the place when I wasn’t working to see if they would be open to tell me about the hours, or at THE VERY LEAST have hours posted in their window. Nothing.

Their insta says “typically replies within a few minutes” when they don’t even reply within a few days. It’s like they don’t want business! Crazy!

Really great place to free skate with family

Got to be careful of the kids practicing hockey in the hallways. Management definitely tolerates pucks/balls bouncing off walls and people. Sit and dress in the bleachers if you can.

They charge $10 for high school games. I get it. The owner needs to drive a yellow ferrari. But when my son playing hockey forgot his neck Guard in the car and my 14-year-old went outside to get it for him. They refuse to let him back in. After we paid for his admission, they refused for him to re-enter the building. my 14-year-old said my mom's inside and the guy at the door said it's not my problem. So now my son is trying to call. But there is no signal inside building. This is wrong in so many ways such Greed by the owner.

Great facility with three rinks. Large seating area at the snack bar where you can watch the play on rinks 1 & 2. Plenty of parking and two hotels next door in case you’re in town for a hockey tournament. Reasonable pricing for stick and puck.

Well there you have it. Totally gross and unsanitary. I expressed my concerns to management and was told to just go home if I didn’t like it and that perhaps my child was to blame. Really? That’s how you treat customers with concerns. I believe I heard him say his wife was a nurse. Well she didn’t teach him very well. 🤢

The place is great. Very clean. Lots of handicap parking. Bring a jacket because all the rinks are exceptionally cold. Concession stand is located on the 2nd floor. Clean throughout. Restaurants close by.

Nice facility. Really good pro shop. Rinks 1 and 2 are cold; rink 3 is frigid!
Negatives: they had security set up so no one could sneak in without paying the (ridiculous) $25 entry fee and had only one narrow path open and accessible for all players, coaches and parents to enter (pay) and exit the building. I was bumped into multiple times and almost knocked over twice.

We had a team dinner after a late game - not worth the money($12pp). We had grilled chicken with vegetables, roasted potatoes and salad. The only available drink was water. No bread was served. There was not enough food provided for group (some declined to go back for seconds because some hadn't eaten yet. We had a similar team dinner through Olive Garden for the same price at last showcase: quality was better and had plenty of food left over.

The three rinks here aren't too cold and have some limited seating and viewing spaces including from the food court area for rinks 1 and 2. There is wifi, but terrible cell reception in the building. They have mostly reopened but pretty quiet on most weekdays during the day. Busier for public and weekend skating
