Ranger Bob and the cart girl were two of the nicest people I’ve met on a course. After having a terrible experience with rangers at the last two courses I played, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone try to bend over backwards just to accommodate and ensure everyone was having a good time.
Send help!! We've been out here 4.5 hours, and we are only on hole 13. Pace of play on a Thursday afternoon is laughable.
A must if you visit the area. On the intercostal, this offers breathtaking views and a test of golf ability. They also have free concerts at the stage.
You will play it again and again.
Never ate here but my mates say it is favorable.

Place is friendly and the course is in great shape.. not an easy course which is fun and the personnel is great! Also the clubhouse has very fair pricing! H r no idea what the other reviews are talking about cart girl was awesome came around a few times could have a cooler and also the clubhouse is open all day
Did a last second tee time It’s a long 18 everyone was super nice and accommodating. Pro shop is amazing and has a lot to choose from. Carts are in great shape. Course was in good shape and challenging. Will be back.
One of the worst golfing experiences I’ve had while on vacation. I recently traveled to the area with a group very excited to golf here. Upon arrival, the staff was rude and the greens was in terrible shape. It felt like I was scammed out of my money then left to die in the heat. They had no waters. They have a policy set in place so you can’t bring your own beverages but fail to provide beverages. The course was something you’d expect in the hills of Kentucky for 10 dollars. Then and maybe only then, it would’ve been okay. I do not see the place staying in business, unless changes happen very soon.
Greens and tee boxes are horrible. Fairways are not great either random main made hazards and poorly cut grass. The one place to get beverages was closed randomly @2pm even though we where told by the starter that it would be open until 4-5. Cart girl only made one trip around. You can’t bring a cooler to this course so there is no way you can stay hydrated. If you get lucky and catch the cart girl you better stock up but beware you do not have a cooler on the cart. I would not recommend this course to anyone. It’s hands down the worst course I’ve ever played which it’s tragic for such a beautiful location. Lot of the recent reviews all say the same thing not sure what changed but old reviews show this places used to be one of the best courses at the beach. I would stay away from this one and book elsewhere.
Greens on the front nine were in terrible shape - the worst I've seen in years of playing. Staff seemed annoyed with our presence upon arrival for no reason. Temps near 100 today. Snack/beverage shack was closed before 2pm. Ranger came around twice - first without water, second with. No coolers allowed. Cart girl came by once in 18 holes. Just not a great experience. There are much better courses in this area at this price point.
