The director, Terri Provencher, is extremely unprofessional. The staff provided misleading information in regards to bottle preparations. I was told during enrollment I can bring the formula and they would prepare the bottles on site before feeding my child. Then once I enrolled my child, they changed the rules and stated I would have to prepare the bottles at home and bring them into school to be stored in the refrigerator. I provided documentation stating the formula company recommends against this practice The director, Terri Provencher, was very rude and told me my if I could not prepare the bottles at home, my children were not a good fit for the day care. When I asked for a full refund, she objected and wanted to charge me the registration fee plus three days of child care because I enrolled my children on a Wednesday. I told her this would be unfair due to the fact that I was provided misleading information upon enrollment and should not be held responsible. She then stated she would fully refund me for the disservice and even put it in writing that I would receive a full refund. Despite providing me with this in writing, she still charged me $193 for a day of child care. Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Seems more like they make up rules as they go.

I am amazed by this academy. It is something my children love. I have a sense of security and am able to go to work without worry. I would recommend that any parents consider this academy. The classrooms are clean, I receive updates on my child, and the teachers are pleasant. Ms. Loraime, Ms. Victoria, Ms. Christie, Ms. Tanya, and Ms. Sheila all deserve recognition for their wonderful qualities. I appreciate you taking care of my children.

We love ladybird of Hunters creek! Our daughter has been attending since she was 6 weeks old and fell in love with her teachers. Every teacher has been so amazing from her infant teacher Miss Loramie (who was called her daycare mom because our daughter loves her so much) , to her current teacher Miss Pillar and every teacher, administrator and cook in-between. Thank you ladybird for making a daily impact and loving our girl so much!

If you are looking for a safe, clean, and well-organized childcare facility with excellent teachers, Ladybird is the perfect place for your little one. All the staff members are fantastic! My baby boy is in the infant classroom, and Ms. Christie is doing an excellent job of taking care of him. Whenever I check on my baby on the camera, I can see that Ms. Christie is always comforting him whenever he is crying or playing with him. She also provides me with daily updates on his progress. Knowing that my baby is in good hands, I worry a little less now. Ms. Christie is very skilled at her job, and what I appreciate most about her is her warm demeanor. She always has a smile, and the way she interacts with the babies shows that they love her, too.

The teachers at ladybird hunters creek take amazing care of our baby boy since 6 months old, the teachers Ms Loraine, Ms Christine and Ms Victoria they are done an amazing Job, communicating with us , sending photos ,videos and providing our son with really great care, plus we have a great experience with our first son for 5 years. 100% recommended. The Staff and teachers are wonderful.
I very gratitude for the exceptional CARE and attention you provide to my son. Thank you very Much.

My son has been attending Ladybird Academy of Hunters Creek since he was 4 months old. It really feels like I am leaving him with family when I take him each day. Mrs. Loraime, Victoria, Shirleyan, Christie, and more! The ladies are all very warm and friendly, they take interest in each and every child and ensure they are well taken care of and attended to. Not only has my child gained many new friends and social skills, he has also developed into a very independent 18-month old and I attribute it to the team there. They are an extension of my family and help to reinforce the behaviors we teach him at home in addition to providing structured learning and playtime - a love of reading, dancing and exploration. I would recommend Ladybird to anyone, I have had nothing but a great experience there!!

Lady bird is great academy! I love the open and nuturing environment that ladybird provides for my child. I feel very safe and comfortable allowing my child to spend the day there. Ms. Lisa has had a significant impact on my child and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done! This has been a spectacular year!

This past week I took a tour here at Ladybird Academy, and I just wanted to share the beautiful experience I had. After doing my research on many daycares I decided to go with Ladybird for my child and here's why. After seeing how well the staff communicates and cares for the children there I was hooked. The environment seemed very positive and kid-friendly
. I enjoyed the learning styles they have for each age group. I need to place my child in an environment where they provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment and I'm sorry glad Ladybird checks all my boxes. So far the communication with the staff has been very fluent with all the questions I have, so I am very happy to say that my child will be starting in Fall.

My son is soon to be a Ladybird Alumni. When I first signed him up for preschool I really thought it was for him to learn social skills and maybe some reading and writing but wow was I wrong. Just weeks in I realized pre school was so much more, at least at Ladybird. This school, all of the staff rally around your children with more love and compassion than I could possibly put in words. My son’s teacher Ms. Andrea has gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to teaching and caring for my child. In weeks his vocabulary, social skills, discipline and even his eating habits saw a change for the better. Not to mention she does this with the most grace and compassion. She has the ability to care for each child like they are the only one in the class while simultaneously caring for the other 18 kids. I am forever grateful for her and how she cares for my child. I would recommend Ms. Andrea and Ladybird Academy to anyone looking for daycare, summer programs, preschool for their child.

PLEASE READ DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS SPECIFIC DAYCARE, THE PRINCIPAL IS SCARE OF THE TEACHERS IN ROOM 2 TO 3 YEARS OLDS. THE TEACHERS ARE THE WORST YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR KIDS WITH (MS. I do not recommend this VPK facility due to poor communication and lack of structure. When enrolling, the director assured me of bilingual services, but English was rarely spoken. The staff had limited English proficiency, making it challenging to discuss my son's behavior. Video surveillance allowed observation, but class time seemed focused on play rather than learning. Homework or any form of daily communication was not provided. Attempts to address my son's behavior were met with difficulty, leading me to switch to another VPK program where he thrived academically and behaviorally. Choose a provider with structured learning and effective communication for a smoother experience.

Worst place I wish my child never went there and I am glad I took her out. Since I removed her from this place her new daycare has been great. I forgot about writing reviews because I should have written this 1 year ago. The teacher hit my child and nothing was done. The children are blamed for their behaviors after being mistreated all day.

My 2.5-year-old son had a dreadful two-week experience at this daycare.
On the first day, I spent around half an hour in the class with my son and noticed how unkind Ms. Gio was towards the kids. She appeared harsh when speaking to them, yet she smiled when addressing me. Ms. Gio would point fingers at the children while communicating and even pushed their beds with her foot while they slept. Despite lacking alternative options, I still wanted to give the school a chance.
This marked my son's first daycare experience, and initially, he was excited about going. On the first day, he cried for only half an hour and quickly adapted to the daycare. We were thrilled to witness his adjustment. By the second day, he didn't cry when I left him and continued to express happiness about going to daycare. However, from the third and fourth days onward, he started crying upon my departure. In the second week, he cried throughout the day, and the teachers' response was simply to leave him alone until he stopped crying. There was a noticeable lack of care, and when I observed the camera footage, the teachers seemed more like cleaning staff, with no interaction between them and the students.
I monitored my son's progress on the camera every day, realizing that the curriculum was a complete lie. The teachers did not follow it, and the kids were not learning anything. Throughout the two weeks, Ms. Gladys played with the kids only once for about half an hour, while Ms. Gio never engaged with them. I found some relief in Ms. Gio staying away from the kids, pinning my hopes on Ms. Gladys, but unfortunately, that didn't turn out well either.
As the weeks progressed, my son's situation deteriorated. Seeing him still crying at the end of the second week, with no improvement and no one caring for him, prompted me to call Ms. Vicky, the daycare director. I saw on the camera that Ms. Vicky went to the class and talked to the teachers. When Ms. Vicky called me back, she explained that the teachers were reluctant to care for my son because my wife had told them to do their best when picking him up. This offended the teachers, and they refused to take care of my son.
Despite Ms. Vicky's intervention, the situation worsened. Ms. Gio began fighting with my son, and the teachers continued to neglect him. During lunch, instead of offering him lunch kindly, Ms. Gio forcefully tried to send him to an empty table where he would sit alone. My son cried more and more, refusing to move from that spot. It became evident that Ms. Gio was punishing him because I had called Ms. Vicky. She yelled at him, shook her finger, and forcibly took him to a spot where I couldn't see him through the camera. I have no idea what transpired there, but my wife mentioned seeing Ms. Gio harshly holding a kid's hand and reprimanding them in a place out of the camera's view. This was the last straw, and I went to the daycare to pick him up because it was no longer a safe environment for my son. When I arrived, Ms. Gio was not in the class. I informed Ms. Gladys that Ms. Gio should never fight with kids. Ms. Gladys claimed my son had kicked Ms. Gio, and she was "protecting" herself from a 2.5-year-old's "harassment." This is what I heard from her, and it marked the last day at this daycare.
Now, my son detests daycares, and I'm unsure of what to do. Every time he gets in the car, he tells me that he does not want to go to daycare. Even when he sees places similar to his old daycare, he starts to cry and insists he does not want to go.
As a suggestion to Ms. Gladys and Ms. Gio: I recommend considering taking karate and taekwondo classes to "protect" yourselves from 2-year-old babies' "harassments".

Great place for kids with interest from Dinosaur to space. It was a bit busy on the weekends, but none the less the kids had a great time. They enjoyed the kinetics labs, stem room, and even the movie in the cinedome.

This place is amazing! I was thought it would be small and definitely didn't allot enough time to fully explore this place. They have tons of little labs, events and exhibits here. I immediately grabbed tickets for the AI art lab when I saw it on their event pamphlet. It was a 45 minute interactive class where they explained what AI is, how it works, where you see it in everyday life, and each station had a computer with an AI that you could type prompts into, and they gave you a rundown of what wording to use to get what kind of art. It was fantastic! Then I went downstairs and discovered that the have 3D printing labs, which are sadly weekend only and we weren't able to go during the weekend for the rest of our stay here. 100% I would come back the next time I'm here

Such a great time every time we go.
Last weekend we went to adult science night and we were able to catch one of the star-link launches.
The staff was amazing by letting us know about the launch and guiding us to the outside balcony so we can see it.
The organization, the food and the drinks were amazing!
Shortly after we were able to go upstairs to see the moon.

We celebrated by daughter’s 8th birthday at the Science Center. When I booked the space, the team of people were so organized and professional. She had the Jurassic theme. The party coordinator kept a very good line of communication with me up until the party. She went over details and even when things changed; I was able to email her with the updates. She always responded very quickly. My entire family and friends were blown away by how beautiful all the decorations were and how the party host were so friendly and accommodating. Special touches that I appreciated, the party room had its own bathroom, they incorporated my daughters favorite colors, the activities were tastefully done. The team of hosts, Carmen, Brittney and Shelby were way beyond fantastic. Anyone that helped with the birthday party deserves so much kudos!

4 floors of education and fun all in one!! My kids spent 5 hours exploring each exhibit. The space area and dinosaurs were favorites. Great coffee shop on 2nd floor and excellent food area on 1st. Everyone Is very nice. An absolute gem for all kids! We will definitely be back !

My son went here back in 2019 for the VPK program. I have to say thanks to them he was one of the only children in Kingerdarten who was a reading at beginner level, his handwriting was very good for his age and knew all his ABC’s/numbers up to 100. I loved they had the children using lots of paper and pencil and not iPads/laptops. They also made the paper books with sight words. Ms. Clemente was the head teacher and she was awesome! My daughter ended up going to the VPK at my son school so I wouldn’t have them in seperate schools. I have to say TKA outdid the VPK at Public school. All the learning was through iPads barely any actual writing or reading.

beautiful display at the entrance! wonderful homage to those we lost. otherwise, almost all the shows end early in the day and a lot of the exhibits were closed. the cafe also closed much too early.

My son had a wonderful birthday party I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORLANDO SCIENCIE CENTER for your kids birthday party, they had so much fun, learning, doing different stuff, the part of the experiment was magical, thanks to the host Carmen, Bobby, Reagan and the coordinator Shelby, I really love it! So far have been the best birthday party for my Son

I scheduled a tour at this location via their website. Upon arrival I stood outside and rang the doorbell at least 3 different times. I could see through the window there were employees buzzing around, one in particular was standing around eating and not one time did anyone answer the bell or come to the door. I couldn’t give you a review on their childcare services because I never made it passed the front door for a tour. Wasted my time, my gas and my nerves for the first tour of a possible school for my daughter only to be completely ignored. I would have happily addressed the concern over the phone with this location but the phone number on the site took me to an answering service of which a gentleman answered that was unable to help with getting one of their employees to the door. 0/10 for first impression and I will gladly be looking elsewhere!

A very fun experience! My first time here. Came with my family and I will say that their exhibits are pretty cool. The "be a meteorologist " exhibit was definitely my favorite! It was a great place e to visit for both kids and adults 😀! A must visit

This is the best place in the area my son was part of this school since he was a little boy through vpk the teachers are excellent and treat him as their own. Thank you miss Jennifer you are the best!!!!!

La Petite has cared for our three children over the last 5+ years. We are super pleased with the communication they provide us and the love they give our children. Now that our older kids have started grade school, LaPetite picks them up from school. We are grateful for all they have done and continue to do for our family.

Best daycare in town. Their teaching approach is phenomenal. Kelly, Ms. Bernadette, Ms. Erin and of course MS. EVELYN are the best!! My kids love it here!

This institution is like part of my family, my 3 daughters have gone through this school and it has been their second home and they love it. The teachers are the best and they do everything so the children learn . Children arrive at kindergarten with all the necessary knowledge. I recommend it 100%.

Our family is very grateful to Little Jan for the significant progress our daughter made while in K3. Thanks to her teachers, she not only made progress with her speech delay, but also learned a lot. At the beginning we were afraid of how she would integrate into the group because she is neurodivergent but it was the best experience we have had. We only had to changed to another because we moved an hour away but we still loved this place.

My child has been complaining about everything she has heard. And if I put my child on the bus to bring her to school, they bring her to her school late and they even pick up my child late also most of the staff are rude. They have a very strict schedule is what my child told me. And. Once I came to pickup my child, there were kids fighting and there was also another adult and he had to go inside to separate them and I am going to be honest he did a significantly better job than the staff also some of the staff leave because of the kids fighting that is just ridiculous. And also my child has said one of the staff members says curse words or any horrible words. I have no words, but horrible.

We did not enjoy our tour here. We arrived and they were not prepared with any information. Seemed like they didn't know or forgot that there was a tour scheduled. Could not find the pamphlets regarding curriculum or tuition but wrote it down on a sticky note from her memory. Because of the time we arrived, it was very busy at pick up, we were trying to be understanding of that. The school is very small, she showed us very little of it. No key fob to enter, not always someone at the front desk. Anyone can come in and leave.. I received a call the next day from the director stating that I missed my tour and I told her I did not that we in fact came and expressed why we were not impressed. She was apologetic but didn't seem too concerned. I then received an email requesting to reschedule my tour (which I did not do), then another email thanking me for rescheduling and they look forward to seeing us soon... and then it continued over again until I unsubscribed from the emails. Very unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion.

Well established and run childcare facility. My son attended childcare from age one to VPK. Prices always seemed very mid tier compared to other facilities in the area. Not too cheap, not too expensive.
Ms. Evelyn for VPK was an awesome teacher. Friendly, compassionate, and fair. Ms. Erin in the front has always been a great help.
They keep it fun/interesting with the kids. Seasonal decorations, splash days, etc.
They bus in/out for nearby elementary schools.
Electronic door locks and keypad/thumbprint entry system.

Absolutely love this school. We were welcomed the very first time we walked in the door to schedule a tour. Ms. Erin and Ms. Kelly were so friendly and answered all of our questions. They communicate if there are any issues right away. My 2 year old loves going to school. She is learning so much and I couldn't be more happier with this amazing school. Highly recommend this school.

My daughter started this school when she was 18 months and she is 5 years now!! Treasure Kids Academy takes great care of the children, she loves going there every day, loves her teachers and has lots of friends. The teachers are super friendly and fun with kids, they do learn a lot and have extra homework for the kids to do at home. After all, when your child is happy to enter the school what else would you need as a parent.

I had my son (who is in the k-3 classroom) there since October 2020. Pros: learned the basics counting, they helped with potty training, colors. Cons: he has had 4 different teachers in a matter of 10 months, poor communication they didn’t tell me every time they change teachers, no mask reinforcement, they hire inexperienced teachers, unprofessional - had an appointment about my son with director and was cancelled twice. The last time I was not notified , nobody knew I had an appointment, I thought I was having a meeting with the teacher ends up it was with director and assistant which I had no idea. My son was biten and they “forgot to tell me” the day of. Unfortunately, I did not have good last impression of them. I pulled him out. I would not recommend this school for the K-3.

As a first time mom, I was incredibly nervous to make the transition from family and friends caring for my daughter while I'm working to a preschool — but La Petite Academy has put so many of my fears to rest. The program director, Ms. Acosta, has been remarkable, as has the entire staff. Everyone has been communicative, professional and warm and welcoming to both my daughter and I. Furthermore, I appreciate that I'm able to receive daily updates from her teacher (who is kind and adaptable) through their app and even watch my daughter interact with the other children through a live stream. I'm so glad we found La Petite Academy!

Little Jan is everything you could ever want for your child as far as an early learning environment goes. My son attended Little Jan for VPK and sadly could not complete the year due to Covid-19 but it was the best first school experience for him. The directors Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Katerine are running an amazing school. Many people don’t realize how crucial early childhood education is, but Little Jan understands this and will make sure your child can learn and grow in a loving, positive, supportive environment. My son’s teacher Ms. Claudia is incredible, and my son truly formed a bond with her. He was so scared when he first started school because he always stayed with his grandma while his father and I worked during the day but Ms. Claudia made him feel comfortable, happy, and eager to go to school everyday. I know he will look back on pre-k and always remember her. I’m thankful for this school and if I have other children and still live in this area they will be definitely attending Little Jan.

The Teachers are very loving and caring! The place has a fun enviroment, my son loved every minute spent at Little Jan! ❤️ Fully recommend

My oldest went to Treasure Kids when she was little and LOVED IT! She loved it so much she still says she misses the school and she hasn’t attended in almost 6 years! When we moved back to Florida, I knew this was exactly where my 2 year old needed to be. The staff is caring, nurturing, and teach these kids remarkable things. My daughter has been attending since August of 2019 and she has flourished since she began. You can tell they are very hands on with the kids and the children seem to love it here. My little one tells me daily that she loves her school. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kids.

I love this place! The staff knows every child by name and they make each child feel welcome when they walk in each morning. The things my 4 year old is learning is amazing! He tells me facts about so many countries that he learns about at Treasure kids, and is really progressing well with his writing, sight words, and math. I will definitely have my son come to aftercare at this location when he begins kindergarten next year!
My previous review was before I had my daughter so I wanted to update my review to talk about the 1 year old care. My daughter was born during the pandemic so as expected she was used to quarantine and not used to being around people. The staff at Treasure kids was so amazing at easing our minds and so kind when we called several times during the day to check on her, and made us feel comfortable doing so. Now our daughter loves this place she is so excited each morning as we walk up to the building. She absolutely loves the ball pit in Treasure Island! We no longer call to check in because we know she is in a loving environment and is happy there. 😊

I am absolutely so grateful for Little Jan Playground. My 5 and 2 year old daughters attend here. In the past year, I have seen all of the staff go above and beyond when it comes to our children. They teach the children so much more than is required. My daughters have excelled tremendously. My 2 year old began the year very shy and didn't speak much. Now she has sprouted into her personality and her confidence is through the roof! She is very social, eager to read, play, and draw. She recognizes all shapes, colors, some letters, many different songs and dances. I can't take any credit for her advancements. Thank you Little Jan for being a safe, fun and encouraging environment for my children =]
