I went today with my 2 grandsons. They had a great time on all the equipment. It wasn't very busy, and they played at each station. We brought and ate our lunch there. The tables were clean and they had napkins and wipes.

I forgot a LandsEnd fleece mandarin orange and aqua blue pullover there. How could I find out if it's in the lost and found?

This place was absolutely filthy! The under 2 area had black buildup on all of the equipment. Definitely not cleaned daily!

We had our daughter's 5th birthday party there. It was a great time! It's a great way for kids to be able to creatively play at their own pace. The place is very spacious and clean--however there is no staff to be found anywhere if something were to happen. It is expensive to go there, yet the operation itself is VERY low budget. You are provided a code to enter the door and there is no service at all. All bring your own food and supplies and do it yourself. Clean up after yourself. It would be nice to see some new activities added. Nothing has changed and some of the equipment is getting old. Basketball hoops with missing nets and old balls, etc. Overall, it is a great reuse of what would otherwise be abandoned warehouse space, but I would like to see some occasional investment in the space and its offerings.

This was great for a weekday indoor playground. We went on a Tuesday (NOT during spring break at the local schools) so it wasn’t too busy, which helped our experience.
Our young Kids loved the variety of things to play with here enough to keep them busy for 2 and half hours with dad supporting them. Balls in basketball and soccer field were very worn, but other than that the place was in very good condition.
Only issue was Massage chair charged me $14 and did not work, but chair company quickly refunded me after emailing them.

My daughter’s 6th Birthday was a success. I would recommend over and over again. All of her guest including my family were first timers at the playground. We all plan to return. Party room is specious and beautiful.

It is an amazing place for kids of all ages. There is something for toddlers for little and big kids even adults can have fun there. My kids loved it especially the big bouncy inflatable half ball they spent so much time there as well as the soccer field. They have soccer and football area, basketball area, playground with slides and climbing stuffs, music instruments (kind of) snacking area like an area with tables and chairs and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks from. The toilets are clean and there is a changing table for babies. The place has a tablet at the entrance where you can buy tickets from it was free for 2 adults only our kids paid. I removed one star because the place is unmonitored I didn't feel safe at all with everything happening in the world. There is no one to secure the place and the guest at least I didn't see anyone no security guard nothing. Beside that the kids had a great time there.

This place is super cool! We went once and just had to buy the yearly membership. A perfect getaway when the weather outside isn't cooperating. It does tend to get really busy on the weekends, but there's enough space for so many kids to play comfortably.

We mostly visit during the weekday and are normally only one or five or six families there!

It's an enclosed space - you need a code to get in the door and there is no person available on site. Only one entrance/exit which always makes me feel more comfortable having multiple kids to keep an eye on.

Fun for a huge range of kid ages with the climbing structures, music space, baby area, jumping space, basketball area, soccer area and average playground slides and stuff. Very neat!

Great idea. Yea they could do better keeping things cleaner (customers could do a better job cleaning up after themselves too!) as for those wigged out about masks or controlling people that exercise their own caution, most wore masks but opted not to when their fellow disease carrying humans had their own areas. Party rooms where unique and lobby has lots of nice amenities to store stuff. Older kids can go across the parking lot to Zero Gravity :). Mom/Dad can work in open air cafe and still keep eye on 4+ year olds - but a good parent would focus and play with their kid :) no staff, must use kiosk hiding by outside in door to gain code.
