The play area was okay. There seems to be weird things like fertiliser seeds and such stored under the play area. They also do not honour the Access2 program for children with special needs. The owner actually had no clue what I was referring to. Prices were kind of high better off going to a franchise like Laugh out Loud who honour the special needs program and are much cleaner and larger.
This place is clean and beautiful. You can bring your kids and sit on the chair and do your own things.
They also have party room for birthdays. Overall it’s an amazing place.
I recently took my nieces to Funland, and it was a great experience. Right when we got there, the staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The place is bright, clean, and safe for kids to play and explore. They have lots of different activities that kept my nieces busy and happy the whole time we were there.
The play equipments were kept in good condition, and the place is really clean, which is important when lots of kids are around.
The new arcade games added even more fun to our visit, with many choices for all ages.
Overall, it is a fantastic place for kids, and I highly recommend it to parents looking for a fun and safe place for their children. We had a great time and are looking forward to going back soon!
This used to be a really fun place for my grandsons to come and play specially in winter and burn off their energy
There used to be a really nice basket ball area where the kids could shoot some hoops / kick the ball etc. They have now installed arcade games there instead . This is most disappointing - and clearly a money grabbing scheme .

Kids today play enough electronic games - they need a place to run around and develop some good skills .

Please clear that area and reinstate the basketball hoops
We had our triplet baby girls birthday party at Fundland last Sunday morning, we celebrated their 3rd birthday. We chose the extreme package which was perfect for the size of the party and luckily not too many people beside us were in the park at that time, I am sure we were between the 75% to 80% of the people in the park which was good since all the kids in the party were btw 1 to 4 yo. The staff was really helpful, everybody had so much fun and we got a lot of compliments, 15 min to set up is a bit tight so you need to bring everything ready to place on the tables if you want additional decorations as we did (theme ballons, table cloths, plates and napkins) we brought 3 family members with us to help, the time was just right, we also brought chips, cupcakes and a couple of treats so they could snack. Additionally 2 hr for the party is tight as well, it only gives you one hour 20 min max to play since food and cake could take 40 min, we would have loved 2.5 hr, I think it could be the perfect timing. We went to the park a couple of times before, and I would definitely recommend a party in the morning on Sunday, especially for younger kids like mine. This place can get really busy, some parents go and do not supervise their kids who could be misbehaving, climbing on the slides, balancing on the equipment and they dont care about others. Even if the staff makes an announcement for everyone to supervise their kids to ensure they play safe, these parents might not listen, this is not a break for the parents! I think the party was such a success because everyone around was so well behaved, the facility is great and the staff was helpful. I am really happy with the party, it was amazing!

I chill at Pacific Mall quite often so I've been to this Claw Me Baby location for more times than I can count. I must say it's like night and day when it comes to comparing this location with their other location at Midland and Finch. They're so different in every way (the way the machines are programmed, customer service, the selection of plushies in the machines, the existence of redemption items, the type/brand of claw machines, etc.) that you sometimes wonder if they're seriously the same store lol. Unfortunately though, the rating for this particular location is overstated and the rating for the Midland and Finch location is understated because there are some positive reviews that were posted under this store when they were meant to be for the Midland and Finch one lol.

That said, here are my thoughts about this store:

1) As an observer as well as a gamer myself, I tend to stand and observe things a lot lol. If you've watched X-Files, you'll know that some of the episodes in the final season were called "My Struggle I", "My Struggle II", etc. lol. When I observe people play here, I can't help but to label their misfortunes as "My Struggles 1, 2, 3, 4" XD. However, because I tend to be opportunistic, I can still win a decent haul here with $20 but the machines here in general are nothing like the ones at Midland and Finch (you have been warned! lol). Keep in mind you're not obligated to play all of your tokens in one go unless you fear that they're not gonna be here the next time XD. You can consider saving the tokens in a coin purse for next time when the pastures are greener in order to spare yourself from further heartache lol. A lot of people tend to blow all their tokens in one go even when the odds are against them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2) Usually when you enter the store, the employee will emerge from the back room and tell you about the deals on something such as the amount of tokens you would get that day (25 tokens) for a $20 purchase. Yet the problem is that this is hardly a deal as I see that kind of pricing at places like Pali Pali though Pali Pali doesn't even advertise it as a deal as it is just their regular everyday pricing. Afterwards, the employee doesn't really proactively restock or reposition plushies in machines where people have thrown the plushies into the corners or have won them. You could exchange for another plushie within the same machine though if the one you won has issues, provided the employee is still there.

3) This location doesn't have a redemption counter for you to trade in plushies for other prizes like the one at Midland and Finch. So expect to keep the plushies that you do end up winning.

4) If you ask them for a bag for your winnings, they will generally have a small white generic plastic bag for you instead of bags that have their store name printed on them. I know I'm probably spoiled rotten by the other claw arcades that I frequent, but they have much larger bags that are like backpacks to hold your winnings so it makes it much more convenient as you don't have to carry anything with your hands.

5) As for membership packages? What membership packages? XD

However, in spite of all of this, I've gotta give it to them when it comes to it being cheaper to play than the Midland and Finch location as each machine only requires 1 token to play whereas at Midland and Finch, the machines require anywhere from 2 to 4 tokens to play. For the so called deal on the $20 package at Pacific Mall, each token costs $0.80 ($20/25 tokens) so each play would be $0.80. At the Midland and Finch location, a $200 package gets you 445 tokens, which means that even at that pricing, the cost to play the cheapest game is around $0.90 ($200/445*2 tokens).

TL;DR - The only saving grace at this location is that each game here is cheaper to play compared to the Midland and Finch location when you do the math. However, expect to walk out less happy than when you first entered if you do decide to play. You can still have a great time though if you just take a tour lol.

Staff was super friendly staff and cute toys!
I’m going to keep this review short and sweet. First of all, I read a review stating that this place sucked because it was unkept or dirty. That comment and the lacklustre pictures about this place had kept me from visiting. So let me first comment on cleanliness of this place, as far as I was able to discern the place is kept in a very decent state considering that you have dozens of toddlers and children running around all day.

I believe that the person who wrote the bad review about this place being dirty is probably not a parent because anyone with kids knows well that children are messy. It is impossible to keep a children playground in a sterile state akin to a hospital. From a parent’s perspective I witnessed nothing unacceptable but I am sure there must be times when kids in three must make terrible messes. So long as the staff cleans up daily I don’t think we can ask for anything else, specially when the entrance fee is only $11.

Now that I have addressed this, I will say that actually playing inside of FunLand was actually a lot of fun. They have different age specific mini playgrounds that actually allow for parents to go in with their little ones. I cannot comment on the snacks for sale there because only pizza was listed as the edible thing there other than bags of chips and candy bars. I sure as heck am not going to be buying pizza there but if I did I would certainly not expect it to be good and it would not affect my rating.

So give FunLand a try and I will make a list on my profile for indoor playgrounds as I keep reviewing more and more of them.
This place has amazing fun activities for kids, slides and other activities. Entry fee per child is reasonable and an adult per child is free to enter the playground.
The staff is very kind and always willing to help the children.
Washroom area is clean and well maintained and staff always takes care of the cleaning.
The snacks are good and prices are affordable.

I recommend this place🙌🏻

The place is another fun experience for children, must visit once!!! :)

Asked about level of difficulty. Definitely not our cup of tea. Kid left pretty sad not getting or winning anything. There’s ones in the mall that provide better win rate and actually ones with helpful staff for support. Find those ones

All machines were rigged! Not even one machine was working properly. They were designed to knock the toy to the top of the machine and make it drop! So sad

First time at this place. The staff was more then friendly. Vincent did a clear job explaining how to play and helped us out alot!
I loved that the play place was small. It was immaculately clean and in good condition (just a bit of dust on the roof of the play structure, which I understand is hard to get at).

The cost of 18.99 per child over 4 + 1 adult/guardian for free is reasonable. Additional adults at 10.99 is also fair. The snacks food and drink available for purchase are quite reasonable (slice of pizza $2.50). You are also allowed to bring in your own food and drinks.

All in all my kid had a great time, and I would definitely visit again.
I have been with my kids to Funland about 4 times. We went before COVID for birthday parties and I recently went back because my daughter's birthday party got cancelled from the lockdown and we had $100 credit from the deposit.

The indoor playground includes an average sized play structure, small area for eating and a small basketball area.
There is a small toddler area (1-3 year olds). There wasn't much for my 2 year old to do in the toddler area. Be careful with the slide in the toddler area as it is actually much faster than the other slides in the big kid area.

Unlike some other indoor playgrounds, there is no supervision inside. None of the rules are reinforced. If you have a smaller child, expect to go inside the play structure.

And lastly, if you plan on having a birthday party here, sometimes there is very little time between the use of the party rooms. For example, our friend had her complementary tea and coffee removed before the end of the party room time because they had to clean up the room for the next party.

Overall, it's pretty pricey for the size of the playground and what was offered inside but my kids had an enjoyable experience.

Save your money. These machines are rigged. The clamp will clamp the toy but as soon as the clamp is pulled upwards, the clamp string hits against the base of the clamp machine at the top which then knocks the toy out of the clamp.

Toys are cute and all but are a set up lol

Me and my friend were in this plaza and popped into this spot spontaneously, the workers immediately recognized that we never tried this experience before and gave us the rundown on how everything worked. They even gave us a few free plays to get the hang of it as well as was providing us tips and tricks to succeed the best way possible. Super sweet workers, it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended!

Amazing customer service!!!! Nicole and another person (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) were so incredibly kind and helpful! They have easy, hard and medium level machines. Stuffies in the machines were extremely cute and much better than those at claw&kitty, which we are regular patrons of. Really fun place with the nicest staff!!! Will be back for sure!
We arranged a birthday party here. The staff were very helpful and were ready to customize to our needs without a second thought. Fantastic guest services. We opted this place since it was comparatively less crowded. The place is reasonably priced. It is a small indoor play area, but children can definitely spend couple of hours without complaining. Also, the facility is neat and clean and very much family-friendly.
We weren't told the birthday booking is shared with public. Was very busy on Saturday with no place to sit for guests. Their service was good. They close to public at 5 so if you book after you will be fine. You could just buy tickets for 15 kids under 100 bucks so not sure what's the deal here. I gave 4 be cause everything went well for us their lute bags were cute. Guests liked everything.
Cost is a bit high as my one year old is also a charge of $7, but the facility is clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. My two year old had a great time.
Had my daughter's party here, and the staff was great. They are easy to work with and had everything set up and ready for us. Unlimited plates, utensils, napkins and cups were provided. I'm not sure why someone said they had issues? We were completely taken care of.

We were able to bring in our own food as long as everything was nut- free, which is completely understandable.

The only suggestion I have is that they install a change table in the men's washroom.

Thanks for a great time, Markham Busy Bodies!
The place had renovation. Other than they added a wall in-between the entrance and the play area, as well as moved the cashier. Other than that I didn't see any other thing that has renovated. The area for toddler is so small and unorganized already. The worst thing is that there's no ball in the ball pit. This is unacceptable when the ball pit used to be my son's favourite. the staff is friendly and helpful. I suggest the owner at least keep the washroom clean. Last time I went, one was out of service, the others were not flushed with pee inside. I can flush the toilet no problem but when there were also water on the floor, it's impossible to ignore it with only my socks on. It would be nice to provide some slippers. I used to like this place, so I hope I will see some improvement the next time we go back.
Absolute FILTH of a place that should be shut down asap. Children should not be exposed to these type of hazards in a play area, they were breathing in all this dirt and playing inbetween these hazards. Heed the warnings !!! I am not that picky and have been to dozens of play gyms but this place was a dump, its like a construction storage area with makeshift rooms and dozens of random toys dumped into an area, bikes etc mostly broken. My 3 yr old kept saying "look daddy so dirty in there". The inside of the slide joints arent even in line..kids probably get hurt but dont even realize. Stay away at all costs...I hope health Canada or someone shuts these guys down asap.
I went to check out this place because of recommendations from friends. I must say that I was quite impressed by the facilities they have. I can see that the owner has really put some thought into ensuring that this is a kid-friendly place that is safe and fun at the same time. When I am at home with a toddler, I constantly need to say 'don't touch this' or 'don't touch that'. When I am here with a toddler, I can be more at ease because the facilities allow young children to roam freely and do explorations on their own. I would definitely consider this place in the future for birthday parties.
