Nice place to have birthday celebrations. Good for all ages, but better 10 and above. The staff is very jovial and helpful. It was one of the best birthdays we have celebrated.
Very fun, definitely good for big group activities. Richard was so accommodating and sweet. :) Book in advance for sure if you are coming in the evening as it gets pretty busy
We went as a team of 22 and enjoyed the 3 hours package. It was very interesting and challenging. Very fun to spend time with our friends . Josh and Irish from the prison were really full of energy and engaged with us very well. If we get a chance we will do it again
Fun and nice, however some prison cells have no clue at all, hahahha. Multiple cells with various difficulty, i can say it is enjoyable experience.

A good place for play. Although no proper guidance for kids play in the water room.
It was an amazing experience for my child to play here. Ill defenitely bring him back here. So much fun with their indoor playground and humble staff. 🤗❤️ the only thing is the small space to go round but everything are perfectly good for my child. ❤️
Prison Island in Abu Dhabi is a fantastic family or friends destination for all ages featuring 26 diverse rooms that cater to all interests, including mind puzzles, strategic challenges, and physical activities. It's a vibrant and engaging experience that allows families to bond and have fun together. A special thanks to Richard and Irish for his enthusiastic support, which made our adventure even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a 1 or 2h of excitement and interaction!

It was a fun experience and some of the rooms are very challenging, I enjoyed it. I highly recommend it to try out with a large group of friends and family.

Its fun. Perfect for a team of 4, but the 1 hr time passes quick, this makes the challenges not fully enjoyable and makes you want to skip or cheat the hard games
The 2 or 3 hours is good but still expensive
Discount cards(Humat al Watan/ Fazaa) offer is only applicable for the 3 hours package
Suggestion: remove the timing and add instructions for each room, and maybe lock the players inside the rooms till they solve the game or quit the room

AMAZING in all mean! I just adore this place for my little one!! They always go above and beyond expectations… but i never thought they would make my dream come true!!! I thankfully chosen them for my baby bday party they rocked it.. they were stunning everyone loved it, was impressed and enjoyed the party to the extreme!! My visits to Bounce with my children have always been enjoyable, but a recent experience has truly highlighted the value of excellent support staff. A bouncer named Elamin stood out during our session for his remarkable engagement and enthusiasm. He wasn't just overseeing; he was actively involved, teaching the kids various tricks and genuinely investing in their enjoyment and learning. This exceptional approach directly influenced my child's excitement and interest, leading us to enroll in the academy. The presence of staff like Elamin can transform a good experience into an unforgettable one. More individuals like him at Bounce would indeed make a tremendous difference.
Great place. Kids loved it. We always take kids to places like this and kids rated this one no 1. Special thanks to John and all other personal they were are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend to everyone!
It's really good if you are going in the fun-day...most of the games costs one dirham which happens each tuesday unless its a public holiday..where you can play alot of games with highly affordable price unlike the other days..

Lovely space in Galleria Mall. It’s not too spacious, so I guess it may get to a point where they limit numbers..? However there weren’t many people when we visited, so that was great. Sad that the water play room was under maintenance when we took our son, because that was the main reason why we went to this place. Our son loves the water activities. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Staff is friendly. Plenty of toys in the Baby & Toddler section. Educational, Sensory Montessori etc. They have an arts and crafts station as well. Bubble time was OK, but maybe the staff could just let the kids enjoy the bubbles without the extra loud singing and dancing. I felt it was a little overstimulating for the kids.
Loved the place, nonetheless. Looking forward to our next play session here and hopefully the water play room will be back functioning.

I just observed that there are lesser crews now unlike before that there are enough people carefully checking on the safety of each kid. Much as this place is intended for a free play for kids, there are really some kids who are less mindful of others' safety.The reception/ waiting area, although it looked clean, didn't really smell good :(
The new facility for smaller kids is open already and it seems nice.
Overall, it is still worth a try and a good place for kids to play specially during summer.

It is my second monthly membership. My daughter loves it. Sure I will extend. Affordable rates, super clean, all caring staff and outstanding customer experience. Keep going.
A very cramped and a tiny space unlike the pictures.. on weekends it's packed with kids. We went there and there was a waiting time( which is fine) , but it was crowded like crazy... l would suggest they should introduce booking a slot online or on phone especially on weekends!
Nice place for kids to play such as slides, build their own shapes, jump in the trampoline and also there is a place for parties 🎊 🎈

Oh this is a huge place for kids to just play and enjoy! The staff is courteous and supportive and they make all the kids play in a group with different techniques. You can buy an hourly package which comes with food by paying an additional 30 dh that kids will enjoy (pizza and juice). Parents have a good sitting area to sip coffee, cool drinks while kids are enjoying themselves. Prices are reasonable

Place is good for kids to enjoy. Too many video games and lots of rides... Even for families. Next to it we have food court as well. Over all a decent place and not too expensive.

This is where the kids and I spend most of our time in Al Ain. There are two soft play areas in the back. One is for toddlers. The other is for bigger kids. We paid 99 Dhs (per person) to have unlimited access to the toddler area and it really paid off.
My boys get a chance to run around for an hour. They have an imagination area with costumes and cooking materials. (This area is usually destroyed in the evening). There are also pedal cars and large blocks. The large space is really safe, except for two areas. They have really steep wooden stairs and three wooden slides. My eldest managed to bruise his tooth (which I didn't even know was possible) and bust his lip. Even still, he wanted to keep playing.
Outside of the toddler area, the games are pretty fun. There are plenty of miniature rides for little ones.
I only removed one star because of the bowling alley. It's difficult to find lightweight balls and some of the lanes have technical glitches. Unfortunately, the staff member didn't try to help us much. Beyond that, we love playing here.
