Used to be okay but got wayyy to expensive, they raised their prices to a crazy amount in the middle of a recession too! We spent over 100 for only 2 games for 3 people. I was surprised to see big families footing the bill. It never used to be that bad! The location in Astoria is way cheaper and prices normally and probably in other locations too so I would say to go there instead. This franchise owner is very obviously greedy and money hungry.
This place is horrible at taking customers and making them feel happy and given their word to children. My son had his 7th birthday here and the employee ensured me that it was okay to bring in an ice cream cake. When I requested for the cake to come back the whole cake was melted. The candle didn’t even stand in the cake. He was unable to sing happy birthday with his family and school friends. A total embarrassment in front of his classmates. My son was looking forward to singing happy birthday with a cake that he picked out himself. I told the manager as she completely disregarded his feelings a what happened to the cake that was in their care. I would tell anyone who is going to throw a birthday party not to because of the management will not accommodate with the wrong that they did. They have bad reviews all over any platform. Trust me don’t come.
Wings and drinks are really good and strong, but the bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I went there over 3 times, and each time, it was gross.
The food was okay! The bowling was fun I guess. It was awfully cold I was freezing. The music was very appropriate and good choices. The food took forever to come and they barely even paid attention to our needs 3/5
We took are our grandkid to check the place to book his bday party. The staff was very friendly. Staff Arroyo take us to know the whole place and answer our questions during the tours. We decided to book immediately, the girl who did our reservation was over again with the details and help us to upgrade the package. We are Looking forward to celebrate on Launch!!
My family and I celebrated my sons 5th birthday here and it was a blast! Anthony was our host and he made everything so easy and stress free for my family. Launch Trampoline Park did not disappoint! My son and his cousins did not want to leave.
Pretty small place. Have to spend a lot of money in order to get some points but that's everywhere. Once in a blue moon it's ok to go there but not a lot to do so it's not my favorite place. They have a jungle place for little older kids. Small playground for little kids but my 2yo doesn't like it much. Also bumper cars but also for bigger kids. So if only one kid is going its no fun bc it's nobody there to play with. Plus the playing machines but also nothing special.
I have been to better bowling alleys 🎳 less expensive more vibrant, and much better prices, without hidden hike in prices after a certain hour without any warnings. Not the best or my favorite bowling experience. But my kids had fun. So that's what really matters.
Customer service was great. Specifically from Maddy and the manager tenes.they were understanding, calm and very helpful. Made my experience with 9 kids from ranging ages of 4-15 a lot easier! Thank you! We will come back!

Worst place to go if you have a child with special needs. My son is 6 years old and is too big to be in the small play house, so he wanted to play in the big fun house. In the front, it states that there's a height requirement of 4"10'inches. My child's mother is only 5"4', not much of a difference. My son needs to be with or be around someone at all times. I begged the manager if she could have a special entry to the big fun house because my son has special needs and can't be left alone. They allowed us special entry previous times. However, the manager stated that she would no longer allow entry and stated it is only for kids and that if my son wanted entry, he'd have to go in alone. Otherwise, he would have to play in the small play house that he is too big for. We opted out to leave because of this, and of course, my son cried the entire way out, begging to go into the big fun house.
I would rate this at less than one star But I don't believe that is an option. It's had zero Air conditioning it took forever for anyone to acknowledge us at the bowling counter, the waitress or who might have been. The waitress had to come over to deal with shoes and was very confused. When it came time for a drink The young lady did not know and did not admit Not to know what a jack and coke was and just brought a straight shot of jack and then made it our fault. She then explained it was not in menu item and they would go out of their way to make a simple jack and coke. For at least thirty minutes of our stay, all of the stations were completely devoid of employees.
I would like to say that it is not the young lady's fault. She was more than willing to do multiple jobs. That she was clearly and at the fault of management trained to do anything, but did her best.
It is irresponsible for the management to leave their employees in the weeds with no training.
We will nvr return.
And i would save a trip to this very worn, dirty establishment.

Visited with my wife and daughters on Monday. They're pretty similar to Chuck-E-Cheese in terms of offerings; a few extras of their own. The place was very clean and the staff was very nice.
Taking a star off because a few arcades and a full activity room (ball shooting) were out of order. Some games are questionably pricey as well.

Great place with amazing stuff for An active day out. It’s really nice that parents can jump too (my son appreciates it) and/or stay nearby to watch for those too tired to jump but who want to feel part of it. The staff is really exceptional too. Was very impressed by how friendly and proactive they all were - fast to jump in if someone got hurt, managing lines etc. I enjoy going with my son but it’s the rare place I’d feel comfortable leaving him alone if it ever came to be and that’s saying a lot.
I visited with my son , it’s a great place for kids . But I really requesting management to change some of green barriers between trampoline as they really hurts due to damage or lack of foam — ventilation was ok but felt warm when it’s get crowded —

They have trampoline, basketball hoops, arcade and even wall climb hiing. And the place is clean and employee are nice.

I had a fun time there, nice music, there’s a parking lot across the street (with the green fence) for the customers and the pizza was pretty good. Only issue for me was that I won’t go back there when it’s dark because the lot had no lights and guys were in there smoking so that felt unsafe to me.
Came in on morning of Mother’s day and there’s really few people perhaps 3 families including us so there’s no wait time. We’ve been going here for years and we love what they did with the Jungle Gym, they now run it every hour with 45 minutes of playtime and 15 minutes to clean the gym. Good thing with this is that the gym isn’t too crowded as it used to be when everyone can just go in at any given time without any time limit. Entrance is $10 per person both kids and adults, they’ll give a reloadable card which has credits that can be applied towards the gym and of any of the other games inside. They also sell food and drinks. Staff are nice. Highly recommend! Always a fun place for the family! 😊

My kid had fun but this place can be too crowded. You need to sign waivers so careful with your child which has possibilities to get hurt since grownups can play there as well.
It's ok.....everything you have to pay for and even the jungle gym...your kid only gets a fee minutes to play inside. It's ok..not a bad place
Nice experience here with my family. Entry fee is fair and games ask for reasonable amount of credits. Food is available on sight if interested. Prizes are available too and can be used at that moment or could be saved for another time.
Gamestation was nothing short of amazing. We held our football party there for our 7u team and the hospitality was great. They made sure we had everything we needed and was very welcoming. The boys had an amazing time playing video games and the adults also had a great time taking part in Karoke. It was a great time and we look forward to having more team events here. I recommend Gamestation to anyone looking to have a great time for kids as well as adult. Thank you again for hosting us you didnt disappoint

Absolutely wonderful place to have a party. They were totally accommodating to my schedule, late notice and my guests. There was something there fif everyone. My son said after his party there it was the best birthday ever! Rick and his wife are fabulous hosts and Matt was great with the kids. Definitely using this place again!
Had my son's birthday party here today. Everyone was great. My son had an amazing day. The staff did everything they could to make sure his day was great. we had a party room. If I needed anything they made sure I had everything.
I’ve been Coming to Funtopia For a few years now . Overall me and my daughter love the place she always has fun with the other kids , she loves the playground and I love the new VR game they have . The food is alright wish they would add a couple of more things to the menu but besides that’s very nice place .
I had my son’s 13th birthday party at GameStation and it was the absolute best. My son and all his friends had such a great time. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.
