I use to love this place but I have considered other places to take my family for entertainment. This place was paid off prior to opening. You won’t let customers enjoy the wheel. We still spend money but can’t enjoy the wheel. This place has become greedy. Come up with a membership like the McWane Center. This will allow members to enjoy the wheel an unlimited amount of times. You’re still able to profit off the monthly membership. This thing of being greedy is getting old. You can’t be greedy with the games not functioning.

Best for 1 or all family members , Birthdays of any age just the best entertainment center I've ever been to and I've been Six flags, Disney world, Sea World and many more. I could not believe that this little town had this big attraction to me it's rare I've traveled 46 of the 48 states even Yellowstone and all the west. Yeah! For this place in my own back yard

Bought my son here for his birthday. The establishment offers basically everything in one place (go karts, mini golf, laser tag, bowling, virtual reality, arcade, and ax throwing). The outside and inside of the facility was very clean. The go kart track is big and inside (a plus with the crazy weather in Alabama). My son loved the go karts and laser tag. However, I took a star off because most of the arcade games didn’t work and front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming.

From the outside and first appearance, the facilities felt nice and "extra" in a good way. So we were excited when walking in to attend a birthday party.
The pizza was honestly really good.

We were however quite disappointed with the arcade. About 1/4 of the games were out of service, empty (claw machines, etc), or broken (would take your money and not function). This was 2pm on a Saturday, so machines just flat out being empty without being refilled, doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Additionally, the birthday party cost the parents $400, but only gave the 7 kids 1 $10 card each. Which, when the games range from $1.50-$2.50 per play, gives each kid about 5-10 minutes of game play.

Why on earth whack-a-mole costs $1.50 for 30 seconds and at best gives out 15 tickets is beyond me. So, as the parent of a kid attending a party, I had to shell out an additional $40 (as did the other parents) for the kids to be able to play to fill out the remainder of the party time.

On a positive note, when the arcade game or ticket machine would break, staff was easy to find and quick to try their best to find a solution. They were all running around trying their best to service broken machines and unhappy kids who had their money stolen by the machine.

Bathrooms were clean. Staff was generally nice and attentive. But the arcade prices and percentage of broken machines was enough to think twice about returning.

Fantastic amusement center for families and adults! Attractions include child soft play, a small but modern arcade, mini golf, laser tag, bowling, axe throwing, a Ninja Warrior course, and a multi-level go kart track. There is also a cafe with standard fast food-type fare and a lovely patio out back next to the axe throwing. Prices for the attractions were fairly reasonable (though food is pricey). Staff were very friendly and helpful!

If you are planning a gender reveal this is an amazing place to do it! The VIP lanes are the perfect place to gather your family and friends for this special event. They have pink and blue pins and even set up the lights to flash pink and blue was we bowled and had Gender Reveal up on the screens! It was such a great set up!! They have beautiful party rooms, plenty of table and space and let me not forget to say how really good the pizza here is! Denise and Danny will go above and beyond to assist you in your party planning. I highly recommend Big Time Entertainment for your events! You will not be disappointed. Everything from start to finish was smooth, easy and stress free!!

Love the indoor go carts was super fun if you have toddlers there is a small play area for them to play but not much else that they can do I liked the axe throwing and laser tag. There have a little pizza wing and burger place that's pretty good but they close early last two times I've went it's been hard to get food. Employees are pretty nice 👌 and its super clean. All in all it's a great night to spend with your family and have some fun

My son has yet to stop bragging about his birthday party. He had a blast, but be prepared to spend a ton of money. The party itself was over $400. That was with the 3 extra pizzas we purchased. You are not allowed to bring outside food or drink (other than cake), so be prepared to buy everyone a coke product. Decorations are not included, but that's ok. We didn't have enough seating in our room, but we also didn't ask for more. They may have provided more chairs. I'm unsure. My children were not allowed on the ninja course as expected because they were given the wrong color wristband. We were sent away at the Ninja course, so we stood in line at the front desk to get it resolved. We were then told our bands were just a different color because it was a party. Eventually, we were given the band color needed to get on the ninja course. The kids were chased down and given the correct one. BTW, make sure you wear closed toe shoes if you want to ride Go Karts!

The arcade was great I attended a birthday party there. It was a clean, and safe environment for the kids. The website needs instructions to find their locations inside a mall, such as which entrance to use, and which way to turn once in the mall.

Staff was very helpful and the kids had a blast!

I knew it was going to long lines but dang. You spend most of your time in line. They need a better setup when paying for events. Only one set of registers to pay for event.

Timeout is inside the mall and just the right size for my 4 yr old grandson. There are games he can play & have fun with. Prizes are much the same as any of these small indoor mall places. But he spent his $10 and 45 minutes later we were ready to go, although he wasn't. What kid is ever ready? Worth the $10 just seeing him enjoy it so much.

Could use more claw games and a few more ticket prize games. But other than that for it's location it's not a bad little area for kids to go to and roam free. Nice area to set up birthdays or get togethers as well.

Very disappointed in the service here. After my son won the game numerous times and $15 later, we learned the system was not keeping up with wins. The man was very rude to us and wasnt helpful at all. With each win he would've earned 1000 tickets resulting in over 10k or more he would have won. The rude man behind the counter gave him ONE win and cut the game off.

Will not be going back. Several machines broken and when they went to refund money to my card for this reason it wiped out tickets and didn't give me correct refund. My 8 year old was very disappointed. Girl working said it was her fault she messed it up but all she could do was credit me a couple of games. I do not recommend taking your child here!
