The Honey Island Swamp tour wasn't available due to recent weather, but Deb was super accommodating and took us on a kayak tour of Cane Bayou. She was very friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. And, she is an exceptionally interesting individual. One of the best kayak tour guides I've had to date. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be returning.
What a wonderful way to spend our morning. My husband and I are both beginners to kayaking and were nervous about going out on our own. We're so glad we booked with Deb. She explained the history of the bayou and pointed out things that we would have missed on our own. If you're thinking about booking this adventure, just do it. It was well worth it.

My wife and I had a wonderful first kayak outing this year with Kokomo Kayak Tours and Adventures. The trip was a leisurely paddle on Bayou Lacombe that lasted around 3 1/2 hours. It was a beautiful day enjoying the wildlife and scenery with other paddlers. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and we expect to book another trip soon.
