Great location, friendly team and absolutely great rooms. The overall experience is excellent. You have to try this new hotel in Amman. The Spa is impressive and the team there is professional and friendly, Roberto’s restaurant at the 20th has a great view, the staff is friendly but the food was below average.
Visited December 2022 - Fantastic hotel & staff. Had use of club floor - excellent food, drinks and most of all the staff.
First of all have to say the wedding venue is amazing and wonderful over the top. The amazing staff for our wedding ,Rawan, Fadi Hadad ,and Alaa we are more than thankful for the above and beyond hospitality. They made our special day amazing and beyond words. These great people care about everything every little detail they made sure everything went smooth and it was over top. I definitely recommend. Thanks for making our occasion amazing
It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love the idea of the smart things rooms have. The sightseeing is also outstanding. Everything is perfect. This hotel deserves 7 stars.
We tried iris tea lounge for afternoon tea about a month ago. First time we went the person who answered our call said we could come and no need for reservation on that day. Then, when we arrived we were told they were fully booked for an event so they could not receive us however the staff member we saw that day was polite and courteous.
Next time we went we tried their afternoon tea. I must say it's below average and pricier when compared to tea places in other Ammani hotels let alone compared to the London Ritz. Their staff were polite and friendly on both occasions though.

5-10min uber from just about everything. Modern rooms. Great customer service. An amazing breakfast. There is a nice relaxing evening waterfall with images projected on it, a pool, spa, gym, 24/7 room service, a few good restaurants, legends bar with it's larger than life TV and games. Always a very comfortable stay at the Ritz Amman!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a work trip and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The condition of the room left much to be desired, with old and dirty carpets and curtains. To make matters worse, there were small mosquitoes buzzing around the room. The toilet emitted a foul odor, likely exacerbated by the practice of using the same mop to clean it daily.
One major issue was the air conditioning system, which seemed to carry the scent of the kitchen into the room when turned on. However, the most frustrating aspect of my stay was the automatic music system in the corridors. Every night, without fail, loud pop music would start blaring around 3:00 am. When I approached the reception staff to request that the music be turned off, I was met with the disappointing response that they couldn't do anything about it as the system was new and they were testing it. Consequently, I endured five nights of being abruptly awoken by the intrusive music, which significantly impacted the quality of my sleep and overall experience.
Considering the state of the room, the mosquito issue, the unpleasant toilet smell, the kitchen odor from the AC, and the disruptive music system, I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay, especially for those on business trips. Nice hotel. The hotel is located on a very busy road on the seventh circle in Amman. Rooms don't have good double glazing and so the traffic noice from outside is very loud especially at night. Still, good location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants and supermarket for emergencies.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They clean the room daily and replace towels even when we forgot to place the cleaning note at the door.
Rooms are ok. Bedding very comfortable and fluffy. They need to work on their bathrooms cleanliness especially the bathroom tub. Very good Wifi connection but you can not use whatsapp calls or video calls.

Breakfast buffet has a good variety includes a live cooking station. Very nice and clean pool but very small. Be aware the floor around it is very slippery. My son fell twice.

Stayed two days. Library lounge & Cigar Bar had GREAT food. Champions Tavern is a great place to grab a delicious burger for lunch. Staff was wonderful!
Lets just say I only always book at this hotel because of the breakfast which is EXCELLENT. I cannot recommend it enough. Great variety and incredible taste.
Rooms are quiet and the service is excellent. Location is spot on. Walking distance to some great restaurants in the city. Great value for money.

It is good for the price-quality perspective. Breakfast could be better, and more varied; lunch and dinner are good. Rooms are ok, despite having a single available wall plug. The front desk staff are great, always helpful and smiling.

What a great experience we had starting from hot cleanliness to service to hospitality. We spent 3 days with unexpectable experience. Unforgettable service was handled by the whole staff. I remember the name of the one down in the breakfast lounge”badran” he knows exactly how to pamper the customers and how perfectly to serve them. Thank you for adding all nice memories for my stay.
The Ritz Carlton is truly an exceptional hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were captivated by its stunning beauty and exquisite decorations. The staff members were incredibly kind and even treated the kids with toys, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was fantastic, boasting a spacious layout, a large TV, and an incredibly comfortable bed that provided the most rejuvenating nap. Not to mention, the room also offered a magnificent view.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive, including a well-equipped gym, a spacious pool, and a dedicated play area with toys and a PlayStation for the children to enjoy. Additionally, on the pinnacle of the hotel sits Roberto's, an extraordinary restaurant offering breathtaking views that surpass any expectation. But the quality of the food is not what I was expecting compared to the price but exceptional but I still recommend visiting .

Worst hotel I have ever been to, where do I start
1)reception are all sarcastic and rude and don't offer any help or advise just there to grab money from you, also called me 930 pm while we were asleep to ask for some payment...
2)Bathrooms were so dirty and the cleaners keep using dirty mops that smell awful. Carpets all old and dusty.
3)we booked a room that was a non smoking room, but as soon as you turn the aircon on the cigarette smell seeps in and of feels like a smoking room at an airport.
4)general staff have no manners and are so rude and everyone just stares instead of being polite and professional like every other hotel.
Every night there is a wedding so you have drums and dancing all the way through the night place is a joke.
There is only one power point in room. You cant turn on the kettle without having to stop using something else.
And the pool was under construction nearly the entire trip. Not happy.
Breakfast is poor and always has the same breakfast so dull and boring.
Never again will I come back to Geneva. Also this hotel does not deserve 2 stars let alone 4.

Absolutely out standing customer service from the moment I walked in until my last second in the hotel. Everyone is very friendly, professional and welcoming. There is a guy at the breakfast table, his name is BADRAN if I am not mistaken, that guy must get a 600% raise. He went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. Love Jordan and it’s people.
We had an amazing stay at the Amman Marriott. Everything from the facilities, security, and guest services was wonderful. Check in was incredibly easy and the staff attended to every need. The real treasure of the hotel is a Gentleman who is the Concierge in the Executive Lounge. After a long day of touring Amman, we decided to stop by the lounge to relax before bed. There we met Ali. After a brief introduction, he was so excited to hear this was our first trip to Jordan and helped up adjust our touring plans based on local knowledge and daily traffic patterns in the city. His kindness and excitement over our first visit to Jordan will never be forgotten.

One of the best Marriott I have ever stayed in. Very different experience to the Marriott hotels in Europe. The staff were extremely helpful and added breakfast as complimentary service. Room amenities from cleanliness and products to laundry services were top notch. The spa is one of the best you can get in hotel and so is breakfast. I stayed more than 6 different hotels in Amman but Marriott Amman is by far the best in every aspect
Near main street networks. Staff are polished, outgoingly polite and helpful, and speak English, among other languages. They accommodated our extra luggage during a 2 day side trip, opened the breakfast buffet 1/2 an hour early for our group of 38, and we're gracious waitstaff in the restaurants.
Geneva Hotel always feels dark. The restaurant buffet area is significantly smaller than it used to be, so less variety. There is a lot of work going on in the hotel and the noise is currently very bad. The rooms don't have good double glazing and so the traffic outside is very loud.

Room dusty cramped and tiered. Bathroom tatty. Constant noice from road all night. Air-con stunk, and not fit for purpose. Breakfast buffet good variety. No pool, looked like builders yard, no idea where photo’s of pool on site from. Hotel in mobile area of town, poor holiday location would not stay again or recommend. Our stay was booked through Mercury tours. Didn’t take photos. Lobby best part of hotel 😂
Our tour company booked this hotel as part of our Egypt/Jordan private tour. Located on a very busy road in Amman, our experience included room service which unfortunately made a member of our family vomit, a closed pool, and air conditioning not working in the hotel requiring guests to open their windows for ventilation and being subject to the traffic noise below all night.
The rooms are very plain and our bathroom was small and run down. A 4 star rating for the hotel is a very generous rating.
