Great Place and service
A bit gnarly but good course. The grass was sparse (in Dec) and a thin layer of sand is visible on the Greens. Offers a bit of everything, but not that hard of a course layout.
Friendly people at the pro shop and found it easy to play alone as a walk in past noon. They offer golf carts, but the push cart is still sufficient.
Will definitely be back when in mood for a quick 9.

This was my second golf course that I visited the other one was Shady Grove in Scotch Plains. They were both a positive experience, only wished I had taken up the sport at a younger time not now at 66 years when my knees are going on me.1
First time at Topgolf celebrating my sons 50th birthday. What an awesome time with family and friends. I don't play golf and barely could hit the ball, but what a fun place to be. My husband could hit the ball and had a mean swing. Thanks for the great service!
Thanks to my kind friends who will go out with a hacker like me and to the excellent pro shop instructor Bill Castner, West Nine is ideal. We almost always walk this executive 9, and It's only 10 - 15 minutes' drive from Westfield. When the camp kids leave after summer vacation, it's almost empty between 10 am and 4 pm. Give it a try.
This is one of the precious place to play game which is precious. Clean place . 3 levels .Acceptable menu . Good prices

This was our first experience at this place. For starters do make a reservation before you go so that you don’t need to wait. We booked our bay and was checked in once we were there. The total duration for this is 2 hours.
The sofas and tables were not cleaned properly and the service was a little slow. We tried the food it was ok as it is usually in such places.

Overall a very good experience. Get your bays booked before or add yourself to your wait list before you go in there. Wait times are long. Food quality is good. Nice fun experience for the kids. Plenty of parking. Bays at the level 2 and 3 offer more robust experience.
Great staff but absolutely terrible experience. Went on golfnow and this place says it’s 18 holes. What they don’t tell you is that it’s a nine hole course you just play it twice. Fairways are not even fairways and it feels like I’m driving a golf cart in the woods. Would not recommend going here and definitely not coming back.
I’ve been to a few top golf locations and this one would be my second least favorite. Service was slow. The waiter never refilled our drinks. Food was average, but the pepperoni flat bread was our least favorite. This was my first time on the lowest level and the tracking system didn’t work very well. This location did a bad job at collecting the balls so about 1/3 of our balls hit never made it into a hole just because it would hit other balls while they were rolling. The ball matt wasn’t aligned properly and our balls kept rolling away. I asked that they fixed it and the person who came to fix it was afraid to get dirty so I had to help move it. Lastly the screens were very glitchy. Just not the best experience which is a shame because we love top golf usually.
I wish I had a better experience, but this place isn’t the same as it was before! Pretty dirty on the lower bays. Servers say they don’t have straws and expect you to drink water or drinks straight from the glass ! Dirty napkins! God help them cause this top golf was really dirty and bad ! I’ve had better experiences but today was very very bad ! Service and servers are terrible forcing you drink water straight from glass as they don’t have Straws!
I was thrilled to visit this place and it lived up to my expectations. The service was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My friends and I had ordered Queso and chips and I really loved the queso and guacamole which accompanied along, the fries could have been better. Then came in flatbread with smoked chicken, the flat bread could have been more flavorful and the boneless chicken wings felt on the sweet side. Overall experience was great and brings in the competitive spirit among friends to challenge each other. Would love to visit this place again!
I absolutely loved my experience to top golf, and I think everyone should try it at least once! I’m excited to go back again in the future. The entire process was so easy with their app and even checking in online when you arrive and not having to wait in any kind of line is awesome! The waitstaff was so sweet and thoughtful! The helpers that walk around for any questions or to get you set were also great. The facility is super nice! Tons of parking because it does get very busy there!
The only thing that I really do want to note because I would love for the management to take a look at this process is the food… I know the food is not the most important part of the experience, but I was looking forward to a nice meal while we played. I ordered the chicken fingers with fries and when they came out… The fries were great, but the chicken fingers were so over cooked that I couldn’t even bite a piece off of one and I’m not exaggerating. They were so hard and dry that I couldn’t even break off any juicy parts so that I could just deal with it and not complain. In the end, when the waitress asked if everything was OK, I told her no and I showed her the chicken and she went and ordered me another one. When the second one came out, it was the same exact problem. This time I told her everything was fine because I just didn’t want to complain a second time and she was kind enough to give us 15 extra minutes of playtime after the first food issue. Overall, I still want to give it five stars and tell everyone to give it a try. I just hope the team at top golf in Edison looks at the food prep process a little bit closer. 😊

This place is great! The course has a bit of everything from long par 4's to uphill and downhill par 3's. The greens are wonderful and I have noticed recent improvement to the t boxes. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend!
Made a reservation here a week in advance and showed up and the staff was telling me “that’s not possible, that’s not true” and then they check and saw that I was in the system. Then they told me i needed to leave anyway. I even called and checked if I could come before I showed up in the morning and they told me yes then I show up and they said I couldn’t play because of a tournament. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was there and even lied and said he never spoke to me. To make matters worse these people told me and my friend a fake name for a fake course “close by” so we would leave. Most unprofessional group of people I’ve met in my life.
Great 9-hole course. Was pretty crowded so it must be popular.
Very fair pricing and really the course was nice and well kept. Considering we had some extremely poor weather the day before the course appeared in good shape.
Staff were very friendly and as a new player they were very accommodating.
Can't wait to go back.

I went the day before to see the three golf courses that are on the edge of Plainfield with Edison. The CC was only with Membership, the second was the West Nine Golf Camp, with only 9 holes but at first sight it seemed to be very good grass on the fairways and greens, it gave me a very good impression.
Then I went to see a course that is around the corner, with 18 holes the Ash Golf Course looks like a great course but they did not have clubs to rent.
Therefore, the next day I went to West Nine, the attention was excellent, very friendly and nice people at the Club House. They gave me a set of clubs in very good condition, even with a new Odyssey putter and Adams irons.
I loved the course, I went out through the par 3 of hole 3, a challenging hole since you have to leave it on top since the green is elevated and out of limit on the right ..... great shot I left it on the green .
From then on I liked all the holes, 1 and 5 have some hidden swamps that for those who do not know them you have to be attentive before the green. The 6 and 7 are down so they are challenging to drop on the greens that are not in sight. The course in very good condition with excellent fairways so all the seats were very good, and the greens in very good condition. The great state of the court helped me to play in great shape.
I want to thank Mike who offered me a delicious Tea, Tom and the Starter in the morning that I did not know his name for the attention received, it was like playing in my own club in Buenos Aires !!!!

As the sister 9 hole course of Plainfield Country Club, the greens are amazing. More on the smallish size, but nice greens. However, many of the tee boxes need to be leveled and most of the bunkers need to be sifted to remove the rocks and new sand added. Irrigation would really make this course a great course so bare areas could grow in and give everyone more consistent lies to hit from. It’s a great course for beginners as there is very little trouble plus the staff is great!

This was my second time going there, I invited my cousin who is a tennis player but he enjoys playing golf. I called made the reservation, we got there, pay and went on to start . On hole 7 this golfcar stops by with an older couple. He gets off the car approached us and ask us if we wanted to get a ticket, I swear I thought some sort of ruffle ticket. So I asked what king of ticket. He said a fine for jumping over the fence. I am like what. I showed him my recipe and he turn so red out of embarrassment I guess. He said that he got a call saying that we jump over the fence. So I went to the office and said that I was offended because I wasn't asked anything, straight up accusations. The guy at the front desk when I told him what happened he said that the men was his boss and that the sweat pants on my cousin might've thrown him off. Unbelievable...
For the price is okay, but the fairways are a little dry and with no grass in parts. The greens are in good shape. I had the sensation of flying balls all around, especially in the 9th hole tee box.
Highly regarded and well-known golf summer camp in NJ. Excellent instructors and the kids all have a fun time and learn everything from putting, chipping, full swing, and etiquette/rules. Lunch and snacks offered as well as morning/afternoon/full day sessions.
Amazing course! Greens are kept really well. This is one of my favorite courses and it is so affordable. The head coach is so friendly and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend a private lesson or their first tee class. The staff is amazing.
Worn out fairways, dirt patches, so much sand on the aerated greens that there were clumps of it on the green. Might be fun if it was in good shape
