Played a quick 9 hole on a weekday evening and enjoyed every minute of this place . Well maintained, cool course layout, great pricing, and the guy working at the pro shop was awesome and really helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town . 10/10

The course is in good shape and the people are nice. The problem is the SLOW pace of play. My last two rounds took 5 hours, very frustrating. Management needs to send the ranger out to move things along.

5.5 hours round. Good golf course and pro shop staffs but they really need to do something about slow play. A group of 3 old guys in front drove the ball 160 yards, waiting for the green to clear from 230 yards on Par 5. Then waited for a 280 yards par 4 green to clear then teed off 120 yards to the right. The group also refused to let us play through. The ranger is no where to be found to keep up pace of play. These old guys need to play from kids tee.

Well, Its a golf course. Unfortunately the only thing about playing Maple Moore that makes it better than chipping in your backyard is your wife not being there. Long grass on tee boxes, rocks in fairways, and awful drainage are all factors to this course. On the bright side, there are no ball marks in the green because the people that play here do not hit it! For $69 this course is ridiculous. Nice workers though.

About 5 or 6 years ago, they overhauled the entire irrigation system, and the course conditions were some trash. Boy, did that investment pay off. The course is currently in great shape and is a must play for Southern Maryland.

This course is awesome! I always love coming here to relax after a long day at work.

Beautiful course! Got to see a deer and its fawn. Afterwards got a bite at the North Street Tavern

The course was in great shape.Greens rolling well. My wife and I had a great time.

I had fun pace of play a little slow.

This golf course is excellent. I lost by 11 , but I had a great time playing golf with my brother, yes I lost, but nothing better than losing to my brother! Fantastic!

I’ve never left a review but felt I had to after today. Went to this course on a weekday afternoon after work and out of nowhere in the middle of the round there were 2 carts in front of us with 6 kids hanging off the carts of each. They call it “junior camp” and apparently they can play wherever they want on the course. My friend and I wanted to return to the pro shop after sitting around for so long and of course there was no ranger in site and nobody answering the phones. Can’t believe the course actually allows this. I don’t plan on coming back after this, never seen anything like it on a course.

Price was for this course was good. The greens were in pretty good shape. The staff was great. All of that being said, I hate playing this course.
The fairways are all sloped and are barely different from the rough. They're extremely patchy so even if you had a good shot you'll end up hitting off dirt in between patches of shorter crabgrass. I hit multiple shots that shot at sharp angles off of chunks of grass in between patches of dirt. If you lift and place after every shot, then this would be acceptable.
The plot of land is not large enough for a golf course. If you can drive the ball longer than 250 yards you might be able to drive one time on the entire course. Almost every hole is a dog leg left or right and the trees are so overgrown into the course that it plays extremely narrow if you can elevate the ball at all.
I understand that there are not many courses in the general vicinity of this one, and as I mentioned the price is reasonable, but I don't think it is an enjoyable golf course to play. There's no benefit to hitting the ball long on almost any of the holes.

Maple Moor is another wonderful (affordable) and scenic Westchester course. The course is challenging enough for all levels of play and extremely well kept. Playing this late in the season, you would expect an abundance of leaves. We found the fairways to be clear and really enjoyable to play on. Plenty of parking and restaurant. Will definitely be back next season.
The 2023-Course is in nice shape, with the greens feeling a bit more challenging. Always a good time here.

This golf course takes the time and effort to ensure their course is lush and beautiful year round. The fairways are open and forgiving, the rough isnt wildly obnoxious, and the greens are always a great speed. Go for a visit, its worth the price of play.

Nice course, but had I known the carts needed to be back by 6 I wouldn't have paid for 18 holes at 2:30. Had some slow groups in front of us and only made it through 13. Feel like the people working the check in could have mentioned that we prob wont get close to 18 holes. Still. Great time.

I played this course for the very first time and I felt like I’ve played this course forever—and it was only made possible by the extraordinary service of Tom and his crew!
I couldn’t tell you how much it means and how important it is for a newbie in a new course to be treated as a regular! Top marks for the service!
Same goes for the course, as it was kept in amazing shape for a late autumn/early winter round in December! The pro shop is well stocked, and the service, again, is superb, to say the least!
As a golfer who plays nearly two-to-three times a week in and around NYC, I made a commitment to go to Westchester, a 40-minute drive from NYC and didn’t expect much, but I’m completely sold on the overall experience.
A minor wrinkle would be the lack of snack amenities; however, there is a fine restaurant above the pro shop, but trivial things like a bottle of water, or snack, was hard to come by. Had I known earlier, I would’ve bought my own stash—perhaps maybe in the peak seasons, they do, but I didn’t ask; I will update on this next time I visit.
The pace of place was amazing, so water/snacks was not even a concern. The restrooms were well kept, and the free parking was also a great sell!
I wouldn’t mind trekking 40-minutes out of the city to play this course again. Highly recommend this course! Cheers for making my day! I’m sure they will make yours!
