The course itself is in decent shape. The lunch in the clubhouse was delicious. Recommend the Honey Hot chicken sandwich. The staff in the pro shop were much friendlier than whoever I spoke to on Wednesday. The biggest complaint is a 5+hr round is an absolute JOKE on a thursday, early afternoon. They need to get a handle on this it's pathetic. Makes the day less enjoyable.
Redwoods Golf Course is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional golfing experience. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by the lush, verdant scenery that perfectly complements the well-designed course layout. The fairways and greens are meticulously maintained, providing a smooth and enjoyable playing surface.

The course itself is both challenging and rewarding, with a mix of holes that test your skills and strategic thinking. The towering redwoods and natural beauty surrounding the course create a serene and picturesque environment, making each round a memorable one.

The staff at Redwoods Golf Course are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that your visit is seamless from start to finish. The clubhouse is cozy and inviting, with great food and drinks to enjoy after a round. The practice facilities are also excellent, allowing you to warm up properly before hitting the course.

Overall, Redwoods Golf Course is a must-play for any golf enthusiast. The combination of stunning scenery, well-maintained course, and top-notch service makes it a standout destination. I can’t wait to return for another round!

Played here for the first time since reopening. Terrible course conditions, incredibly slow play, and no starter was even present at 7 am on a Sunday morning in August. Currently 4 hours in with 3 more holes left. The marshall drives around offering water but doesn’t move slow golfers along, even though it’s packed.

Overpriced city dump, pay the extra $10 and play at Morgan Creek. DONT PLAY HERE.

EDIT - Coincidentally I was invited as part of a large group of 4 x 4somes to play here again today, greens were in great shape, pace of place was much better, course marshalls were doing a good job patrolling and checking everyone for speed. Much better experience.

Changing my rating to a 4.
Was very excited to play here again after the course being closed for a couple of years. I enjoyed my round as it’s a great track but was disappointed in the value I received. $89 for a weekday round at 4pm is a bit steep. I would understand paying that price if the course was in great shape but it wasn’t. Many greens were patchy causing putts to bounce/move around, tee boxes not mowed/chewed up, many bunkers under repair and unplayable. I was shocked to see the greens like this considering they haven’t had been played on for years. I’ll definitely be back if they adjust the pricing or improve the quality, but for now I’ll play elsewhere
We had our wedding here, and despite the pouring rain it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and all of our guests were blown away by the event. The event staff had an entire ceremony setup outside but were able to pivot unbelievably quickly to re setup the entire wedding under the tents as it began to pour. We felt so taken care of the entire time and we never had to lift a finger. Huge shout out to The Redwoods and their amazing staff for making the day everything we wanted!
The staff were very kind at the front desk, and the course was mostly in great shape! Some of the bunkers were not playable, and a few of the greens felt a little inconsistent but overall, a beautiful, well kept course.

After being shut down for two years, I was really hoping for better conditions when I played on opening day. But I was seriously let down to find the field in such poor shape – soft, muddy ground, hardly any grass, and those rock bunkers were a shock. It seems they're not at all ready for opening yet. I'd suggest checking out Northview or Morgan Creek instead! They're around the same price but way better in terms of conditions.

Excellent layout. Conditions reflect the lower price point. Don't expect a well groomed facility.
Wow. What to say? I’ll let the pictures tell the story. If you’re still open when conditions are like this either (a) tell people so they can decide whether they want to waste their $55 or (b) charge accordingly.
Came for a swiftie event. Wish I would have bought vip. Very busy and un organized event. Loved the homemade things but way too crowded. People holding spots for their friends was not ok.
Went for a 90th Birthday party. The staff were amazing
The food was awesome
Prime Rib and yorkshire pudding so good
Soup also delicious.
I can hardly wait to go again
Played on New years day, great conditions for the season. Greens were excellent, fairways were ok, not too much mud.
Only 3 temporary tee boxes, and I give credit to whoever designed them as they were excellent.
Price was very good.
The course is closed right now for the pipeline, however this is giving them an opportunity to do so much work on drainage and the sand traps. I can't wait to try it when they reopen next year. Today I'm here for a Christmas party. An awesome room for up to 100 people at an affordable price
Helped plan a wedding held here this past weekend. I really can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Anna and Sarah were amazing coordinators always kind, quick to respond to questions and they kept everything running smoothly on the actual day. The space was lovely, everything was set up beautifully and probably most surprisingly, the food was AMAZING. If I could give it more stars I would. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone who needs to hold any kind of event.
Disappointed at the golf range at The Redwoods as the grass is kept in very poor condition and the hitting turfs all of them have small white rocks on them making the experience even less enjoyable. Also it is one of the most expensive range I have been to. As most range charge between $14 to $15 for 120 balls. But here at the Redwoods they charge $11 for 60 balls or $16 for 100 balls. Pretty ridiculous pricing for the quality of the facility. Hope they can change that.
Had my wedding here at the end of July 2023 and it was incredible! You pay a bit more for their package than other places but what you get is top tier service and peace of mind that the essentials of the big day are taken care of. Having Scotty as my day-of coordinator was great, he was very easy to communicate with and ensured everything went off without a hitch. The decor (Tracey at Cinderella Slipons) and the DJ (George at Dance Party) booked through Redwoods where also fantastic and made an effort to make sure my vision was achieved. Lastly, I had so many complements on the food! Especially the dessert buffet - the mini donuts were a hit! I would 100% recommend Redwoods for future couples looking for the perfect place to tie the knot.
Ok golf course. Terrible facilities. Driving range was closed for a year due to pipeline construction. They stated they would improve the range while out of service. Same range, very little improvement. There is very few practice facilities that are worse than Redwoods in the lower mainland
Well maintained course and very forgibing course if you slice. Lots of fun but the greens can use a tad bit work.

Good for golf and great for weddings. It has been awhile since playing here, but the venue for weddings is great, food, staff and the scenery is wonderful.
We had lunch here with the kids. The patio was nice, the service was great and the food was good. The wings are great. The buffalo chicken wrap was really good. The kids enjoyed the quesadilla. Unfortunately this time we just came for the food, next time we will play a round.
Great time today on the course had to wait for a bit of fog to burn off, it's a great layout for being here the first time and you could tell our hot summer sure left its toll on the course.... but all in all a great round with tricky driving holes, and unmaintained bunkers and spotty teeing areas... I will probably wait till next year to play it, because it seems like it has great potential if the course was in better shape
We had a lovely ladies lunch this weekend at Redwood Golf Course. The wait staff are on point! I really do enjoy restaurants that have excellent service. It makes it so much easier to write reviews! Our waitress was Paige and she was lovely.

The menu is a little lacking for vegans or food allergies but their traditional menu offers much in flavour! I had the Salmon Sockeye burger (my go to if it is on a menu). It was cooked perfectly but had way too much sauce on it. It was very messy to eat, but tasted wonderful.

I would definitely go back! I would recommend this Golf course for anyone who would love eating lunch out on the patio - Especially if they want to go golfing before or after!
Redwoods is one of my favourite golf courses in the lower mainland. Conditions are always great. Multiple tee boxes to create a challenge for every level of golfer. Great for kids too! They have a really nice practice area as well.
