Ots very popular place with the General public all year around especially during the Summer.
Its very close to Amenities right in the centre of Bristol City.

I love Bristol but got to say this is not a nice part of it give it a miss

Fascinating site, if you know your history. Sadly the Blitz took it's toll on Bristol, but here we can at least see what remains today. Just adjacent is Broad Weir, where a Jn 86p dropped a single 250kg bomb at 9.20 am on 28th August 1942 and destroyed a car and three buses.... Over 40 people died.
Most of the area around is rebuilt postwar, but here around the castle and church you can get an idea of what happened to Bristol in the war.

It's not a castle, it's a bunch of ruins next to a church lol

Nice Park in city center , wide green area to relax

Nice little old castle to pass by in a nice park by the river and shopping outlets.

Amazing place and good day out.
