From thick to thin lens ‼ since highschool I have a very bad eyesight and used to wearing thicker lens and I just recently found out that they offer ultra thin glasses 😍 their staff are professional and very accommodating to answer all my queries,. they offer free eye-check up as well as free cleaning and warranty services and in just 30mins of processing you can get ur new specs. their glasses are excellent quality also got a 20% discount for PWD/SENIOR. The customer service is outstanding and I must say that their product is 100% excellent quality. The staffs assisted me very well and give me advices on the proper way in taking your prescription glasses and how to take care your eyes. Staff was super helpful and I love how my ophthalmologist was also meticulous about the eye examination. He was also very considerate of my dry eyes condition and made me rest in between the eye test so that my eyes won’t get strained. Moreover, he really took my eye grade in great consideration. He recommended not to do a high jump with my eye grade so that I wouldn’t have a hard time adjusting. I don’t remember his name, but I’ll call him Doc P (with glasses, I can only remember the first letter of his name).

The staff is also proactive & helpful. This is my first frame w/ Owndays, but I already had multiple glasses done before. This by far is one of the best. Would definitely recommend this place.

I must say the customer service was excellent in this place. I haven't bought anything and just wanted to find out if I have any eye complications through their free eye check-up. They treated me well and entertained me just like the others who bought their products. Their machines are also up to date and the lady who assisted me was also kind.

My husband and I love our experience at this branch. The eye exam was very comprehensive and they gave clear instructions on how to take care of our new specs. I like that they have a lounge area where our family members can comfortably wait for us. We really took our time in choosing our frames and they were very accommodating and friendly! 💗

I’ve been loyal to Owndays Abreeza since it opened. I own three pairs of their eyewear, and my first pair from 3-4 years ago is still in great condition. They have a wide range of styles to suit every face and eye shape, and you can easily get a new pair just 20 mins after your eyes have been examined. The customer service is superb; I can quickly get my glasses repaired for free if I accidentally sit on them (which happens way too often), and I’m a very frequent availer of their free cleaning service. Their optometrists (especially Doc Fam!) and staff have always been nice and accommodating without being too pushy. Definitely my ride or die brand when it comes to eyewear!

Consistent excellent service regardless if anong branch. Personnel are very professional. You can also feel that they are for the best interest of the customer and not merely for money. Here in their Lanang branch, they even fixed my glasses that are not bought from them - without charge! Very satisfied customer here.

Good experience sa store. Previous customer ko na ni balik kay na tagak akong isa ka lense may gani naa akong record/info sa ila na taud balik with same grade and lense, gi alisdan pud nila apil ang nosepads mura nag brandnew 10/10 ,👍👍
