I’ve been renting this space for my business for 3years and LOVE IT! The management team (especially Mimi) are great. So welcoming, accommodating, and understanding to everyone.10/10 experience with this space and would recommend to everyone looking to rent a space.

Working here has been phenomenal. From the staff to my neighbors, it’s a gem for entrepreneurs. Super affordable, 24/7 access. If you’re not ready for a storefront and just desire your own space this is the place to be. Thank you Mimi (property manager) for your outstanding service. Kreate hub is a community that provides creatives with a space to work their magic. Great space for your business and so many business connections and friendships to be made. Management is super helpful keeping the building looking great. My clients always mention how beautiful the artwork on the walls are. Mimi is always finding new ways to put everyone’s businesses on display as well as planning cool events. Absolutely recommend Kreate hub 👌🏽

This is a great community for anyone who needs a space for their work/kraft. Moving here was the greatest decision I could've made for my business. This building is secure, clean & management promotes creative expression/freedom; which as a creative is very important to me. It doesn't stop there because they are also very big on growth & support. All in all I am so happy I came across this building. I would and do recommend Kreate Hub to everyone

Great place for business owners. Mimi is such a gem. She is so uplifting and inspiring. She wants the best for everyone. My time here was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Highly disappointed with this art/studio space. Management is rude, vulgar, and agrees when dealing with issues. I highly recommend finding another space for your business as me and my team have.
P.S. multiple complaints of the same nature have been made and talked about amongst tenants.
