No need to look anywhere else for office space than the Industrious Courthouse location. The space is light-filled and beautiful with ample COVID-19 precautions to ensure safety. All of the offices are furnished with a desk and chair and the amenities make for hassle-free, relaxing work days.

Everyone in the office is friendly and Mandi and Bridget are lovely, helpful, and professional. It has been a relief to be out of the house in such a safe and serene space, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at the Industrious Courthouse location. When you first walk in, the space is beautifully decorated with inviting couches, hanging plants and tons of natural light streaming in. My work area fit my needs perfectly and had the most comfortable office chairs which is necessary for anyone with lower back pain like me. It is an office that is truly pleasant to be in. In addition, Industrious provides any snacks you may want from yogurt to beverages to special seasonal treats (I was treated to pumpkin pie) but if they don't have something you need, there is a Whole Foods right down the street. Lastly, Bridget and Mandi were so attentive and checked up on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the staff. Overall, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable in this co-working space and would recommend it to anyone looking for office space.

I worked a fantastic Friday at the Industrious location in Courthouse. Hosts Mandi and Bridgette were delightful from the start. Giving me a tour of the highly modern spaces, and offering me several office spaces of varying small-large sizes and operational capabilities to suit my needs. The glass walls definitely keep you from feeling any senses of being trapped or cut off. Several areas offer as much privacy or as much exposure as you desire. There were ample amenities to suit me for a full day of work, to include an array of complimentary snacks and beverages with a personal touch in the large break areas that include refrigerators. The location is also highly convenient just one block from the Arlington Courthouse Metro. I had a great time both on and off the clock. Industrious gets my full endorsement by very completely serving my mobile working needs. 😃

Industrious Court House is lovely! Space is absolutely beautiful and the staff is thoughtful and hospitable. I appreciate the ability to come in for a “normal” work day. So many perks in the office and the space feels so safe! Coming into work here is easy, relaxing and productive. Overall great working environment.

Working from home can get old, so it was so wonderful to spend the day at the gorgeous Industrious office space. Everything feels super safe, with temperature checks and enforced mask wearing in the common areas. The individual offices are clean and modern. I loved having a desk with a window and changing up my workspace for the day. The staff members/managers are so kind and professional, and set you up with everything you need. I enjoyed a great breakfast and snacks throughout the day along with many coffee refills! I highly recommend Industrious Courthouse to any working professional needing/wanting a luxurious office experience.

Industrious Courthouse is an incredible space with an amazing team to match! I hosted an event there a few weeks ago, and the team went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met.
