Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever tried. This was not the starbucks chocolate I always try, it tasted waterty (like just watee, sugar and just a pinch of chocolate). Horrible.

My drink & pastry were good. Even though there was a long line they offered great customer service to each customer.

Being from Seattle area I don't typically review or enjoy starbucks. But FUR used great english and made me an amazing white chocolate mocha frappuccino with 2 extra shots that brought me back to a peaceful place.

I had the most ridiculous service here. I ordered a small normal café latte without crema or syrup, but got one with caramel syrup & crema. I went back and said I would like a normal café latte & got the same caramel latte again 😂😂 In the end I was asked rude and annoyed "what do you want?". Is it so difficult to communicate in the team? I ended up getting a slap on café latte with boiling hot milk & had to wait 10 minutes to drink it. Glad I had to wait a little longer for the flight. Otherwise I wouldn't have time to play this game. Very embarrassing.

Watch out for the thief’s surviving at the cafe.
Gave them 500 pesos for a small latte and they gave me 200 back. I didn’t check right away and walked away. When I came back 2 minutes later to tell them they told me they didn’t have enough change and that I had to wait???!!!!???

Great service!! Very small location..

They didn't have either of the two items I asked for available, Cold Brew and Lemon Loaf. Fast service in a 24 hours environment, as long as you are willing to accept substitute products. Very well located within the section of the terminal. No issues with the service of their personnel, only with their provider.
