Having been a member of WorkSmart for the past two months, it has been a delightful experience. Located in the heart of Glens Falls city center, it's conveniently situated near local shops and serene green spaces, making it ideal for work and leisure. The interior boasts spacious open areas with standing desks, meetings rooms, shared tables, and private phone booths—perfect for collaborative projects and personal tasks.

The additional perks of delicious coffee and various snacks energize me throughout the day. The big windows allow beautiful natural lighting to touch every corner of the building. I especially appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of a spot to park my bike and a dedicated parking lot for those days I decide to drive.

However, the authentic charm of WorkSmart lies in its community. The members are not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming. I've had the privilege to meet some truly remarkable individuals here. The comfortable environment, crafted meticulously by Cristy, makes me feel like a valued member and part of a winning team. Highly recommend!

After a couple years of remote/hybrid work, I knew I needed to either upgrade my office space or move!! I chose the former and am so glad I did. This community has been so warm and welcoming, providing me a little sanctuary of calm when I needed space to do focused work. Many thanks, Christy (and everyone in the WorkSmart community) for being so fantastic this past year.

We utilized the Boardroom for a workshop geared to developing communication skills for small business and nonprofit leaders which lead to welcoming spaces of belonging for diverse staff and clients. As such, it was critically important that we utilized a space that demonstrated those values, and WorkSmart more than fit the bill. We especially appreciated the personalized outreach to ensure the space met our needs and that we were aware of the array of services available, along with an invitation to tour the space and chat more about our shared values in developing welcoming spaces across our region. We can't wait to come back!

I am a photographer and social media content creator so I don’t have typical 9-5 hours. But I really wanted an “office” space to pop into in between sessions and meetings where I could connect, collaborate and get uninterrupted work done. WorkSmart was the perfect solution to balance my work/life schedule. It’s in the perfect spot downtown and the members are so friendly. My first day people came up to me and introduced themselves and also offered their connections when I would chat about my business goals. Don’t be intimidated if you don’t have set hours of work. I usually pop in for a couple of hours at a time to crank out editing photos or sending emails. It’s like renting an office without being stuck in the office all day because it feels like a little family.

WorkSmart is great! I've very much enjoyed coming to WorkSmart and will plan to return in the future. It was so helpful for me to be out of the house a number of days and have a comfortable space to work at, at WorkSmart. In addition to just a great workspace - folks there are welcoming and kind, plus the location is centrally located to a variety of coffee shops and eateries. Getting some steps in during a quick coffee run or lunch outing was a nice perk!

I work in NYC, but was in Lake George for a long weekend. I dropped in for a day at the WorkSmart Glenn Falls, NY location. It was perfect. WorkSmart can support any business needs you may have. Glenn Falls is a beautiful town. The connectivity was excellent. The business owner was super helpful. The building was spotless. Even the other professional people in the location were very kind. Highly recommend, and I will be back.

WorkSmart has been a huge benefit for my business. Having the ability to meet with clients in an office location as needed has worked out well. The renovations they have done to the building are quite impressive. Everything is very clean and the staff has been great to work with.
