I haven't been to see a doctor in years and I need to cant even get an appointment and had to settle for a phone call and even then they want 50 pounds for a statement letter what a joke not happy at all

Heartland is a Good surgery.. with two great nurses Maxine and Nicola, they alway listen to your concerns and always welcoming when I’ve seen them.. they are a great asset to the surgery..

The best one since I am living in Birmingham. Good professional, effective answers, quick appointments and caring personal.

This is a brilliant surgery. They are professional, dedicated and extremely kind. They will always go the extra mile to cater for your needs. I've never struggled to get an appointment here, even during COVID and I've always been treated with respect. Their staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and the medical team is superb. I have always had an Excellent Service at Birmingham Heartlands Surgery, and I must emphasise the word, 'Service', because nothing is too much trouble whenever i have had the need to contact them. The receptionists are always very welcoming and both the nurses and doctors have given me every help and service with my particular health issues. I can't Speak highly enough of the service that they give the community.

Reception staff was really helpful. She helped me to set up online app to book appointment with doctors and nurses. Now I can book appointment of my choice on same day or mostly within couple of days. I can see significant improvement in the last one year. Congratulation to you all and thanks for providing such a wonderful service.

The worst GP Surgery ever, the receptionist Ram is the most rude and unreasonable person I have come across. She doesn't know what she is doing and I called to book an appointment from a minute to 3pm, I was number 3 in the queue however it took over 20 minutes for them to connect me. Eventually she answered and acted like an appointment was available, then as soon as she took my details she chose to tell me there
was no appointment available. Horrible service and the staff need training on being empathy
to patients.
