One of the worst experiences, just to get an appointment was a hassle, you have to be very lucky for them to answer the phone then they cancel my appointment a day before with no valid reason. The staff is rude an incompetent, the doctor has excellent reviews, but she is losing patient because of the deplorable staff service.

I have been going to this doctor for more than 10-12 years and she is always been very professional and takes her time with every patient . However , I have noticed that her staff has changed and the last couple of times the waiting time is ridiculous ( almost 2 hrs with appointment) . There was not enough seats

Muy buena atención amable tiempo para sus pacientes

I was his patient a few years ago and I had a horrible experience with him. I was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule, a very small one but my primary suggested so see a surgeon to do a biopsy. When I get there he performed a quick sonogram of my neck and he said to come the next day for the biopsy. I found it strange that he didn’t did the biopsy there, such a simple procedure that takes less than 5 minutes but ok we didn’t say anything. Next day Me and my husband asked for the day off again to go do the biopsy, we get there and when he did the sonogram again he said that he couldn’t get in because my veins were compromised and too dangerous so he said that I had to get surgery, remove my thyroid, (a perfect healthy thyroid) and then do the biopsy of the nodule after the surgery. He suggested that most of those are cancer related but he said that it was ok, that ratiation was going to be great. Aha. After I found out that only 5% of those nodules are cancerous. Ok, But I was still trusting him and very sad a nervous because of the news. Then he said to schedule the surgery as soon as possible and when we went to the front desk to ask for my copay money back because he didn’t do the biopsy he asked me ohhhh do you think I work for free? Then I realized that he was lying about everything and it was all about money. So so sad, The front desk lady gave me the copay money behind his back because she knew what a bad person he is. Then I went looking for another opinion, the other doctor performed the biopsy on the first appointment he said that it came back negative and Im still here with my thyroid and my life. But this man is still out there lying stealing money from innocent people. Beware

The waiting is terrible, we were told to be here at 9:00 and is 10:00 am and the doctor is missing in action, then you have to pay for parking.

El Dr Comperatore para mi es un excelente cirujano.
Lo malo de su oficina es q con una cita a las 9 y 15 am se toman mas de dos hrs en el waiting room.
Deben mejorar este aspecto. El tiempo es muy valioso para todos.

Dr. ROBERT COMPERATORI is an excellent surgeon . He removed some cyst that were benign for me personally. He was recommended by Ana Marino my children's Mom. He was her surgeon for Thyroid and Breast Cancer he saved her life. Two back to back surgeries he is a wonderful Surgeon I highly recommend him. Carlos Marino

This doctor performed a surgery in a friend of mine and he is now back in Emergency with strong pain and he has even pass to see him now after 30 hours in a Emergency bed. His pain is extremely morfine double doses type + more now with Endocaine stuff
This only last him like 3 hours. Stay away from this animal please. He should be removed from all Hospitals

Doctor Robert Comperatori is the Best Surgeon . He performed two types of Surgeries back in August 2003. The first one was a Lumpectomy of my Breast. Thanks to his expertise performance my Breast Cancer until today has not come back and of course with God's guidance. He also performed a Thyroid Surgery I had eight lumps on my throat by my Thyroid Gland. I was very scared sitting in his office I heard another patient tell me her experience that she was able to speak right away when he removed her Thyroid gland. I was afraid of loosing my voice with the surgery. I was asking God for a sign and he gave it to me when the other patient sitting there had the surgery one week ago and she was speaking. Good thing I had the surgery since one of my lumps was cancerous. In a matter of two months my life totally changed and I survived. Today in 2018 I'm still alive enjoying my children and grand children. He is the Best Surgeon any one can ask for that is why his office is so full and there is a wait. Believe me it's worth every minute of the wait if a Great Doctor performs your surgery with God's guidance. I took long In doing this review I will be honest not that good with entering information. I have recommended my entire family, my friends and no one has come back with negative feed back. He is a Wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him. Thank You Doctor Comperatori you saved my Life. I love my Doctor & by the way his wife that works with him is also a good Surgeon they make the Best Team of Surgeons.

One simple word EXCELLENT

My wife and I waited over 2hrs in the lobby to get the results for breast biopsy, that came positve. Afterwards this doctor did not provide card, comfort or direction for us. On top of that diagnosis that he provide from the biopsy was wrong!!! I would recommend this doctor to my enemies! His manners are terrible!!

Great doctor and highly experienced. There is no better general surgeon who can operate on anyone. He and his wife are top professionals who devote themselves to the patients. Despite negative comments probably because of not being able to understand the doctor or lack of knowledge, Dr. Robert Comperatore is great and staff is very welcoming and makes sure you come prepared. No excuse for not having your paperwork or copay. They over explain and make sure you're ready before you see the doctor.

Don't ever go there, my husband had an hemorrhoidal ligation, and had to pay $350 cash because they just take a handful of insurances. They scheduled an appointment for 15 days from that day they but we couldn't go. 5 days later we received a bill for 35 dollars, for "cancelation fee". You don't even know they have a cancellation fee, like an internet provider. And when you call they say you sign a paper bla bla bla. So, don't let this happen to you. At the beginning they make you sign a lot of papers, that was our mistake.

Dr. Roberto Comperatore is the worst general doctor ever seen; this man cannot keep a straight answer. Never once did my husband nor I see any professionalism. This man will let you to die and kick you out knowing you are very ill, vomiting and nauseated. It seems like all he worries about is money. Did I forget to say how rude Roberto Comperatore. Please if you love yourself; love your family listen to this warning run. I say it in the nicest way. I would not want you or your loved one to go through what I have gone with my sick husband. What a shame because this doctors are the ones who are supposed to take care of us.
