My recent visit to this kebab house in Melbourne was nothing short of a nightmare. To start, they managed to mess up my order completely. Despite clearly requesting a chicken kebab, I was served a lamb kebab instead. This blatant disregard for customer orders is beyond belief.

What truly appalled me, however, was their cavalier attitude when I pointed out their mistake. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, they callously brushed it off with a careless "it's okay." As if serving the wrong dish and disregarding customer preferences is acceptable behavior!

This establishment's incompetence is matched only by their disrespect for their customers. It's disgraceful that they would be so negligent and unapologetic about their errors. The fact that they also ignored the religious aspect of my dietary requirements adds another layer of insensitivity to their already abysmal service.

I strongly advise against dining at this establishment unless you're prepared to be served the wrong order and then be told it doesn't matter. There are plenty of other kebab places in Melbourne that actually value their customers and take their orders seriously. Avoid this place at all costs!

Worst kebab shop ever . Chicken was not good and also raw . Instead of taking my problem seriously staff says that it’s okay .

One of the worst services. Ordered Chicken HSP and specifically mentioned Chicken 2 times. While eating found lamb pieces mixed which made us feel very bad. Never experienced such a thing in Australia but if an order this easily can go wrong I wonder what else is happening .

this kebab shop deserves 0 stars i mean the young lady and the granny one who did my order was so unprofessional they did not smile and had that rude tone of a voice. and after they did my order wrong. please next time smile a bit more if YOU TWO are dumb enough to take a simple foh

Just got a lamb kebab from here and it was literally the worst kebab I've ever eaten in Melbourne. The wrap was doughy and the meat was soft and mushy.

As always a great kebab freshly made as you wait. For me a small is big enough and it is always full of meat crisp lettuce Fred tomato and onions. My only go to place if I want a kebab. The service is excellent the young lady is happy to serve and always on the go. Thanks guys.

I ordered a chicken kebab, but i got lamb and chicken mix kebab. Meat was chewy. Also, Really bad customer service. The girl with bun hairstyle was very rude and disrespectful. Please learn to greet and respect your customers. Learn to say hello and thanks to your customers.

Reasonably sized restaurant served Turkish and Lebanese BBQ and Kebabs. Food is very fresh and tasty, good portion sizes, and friendly restaurant service. The average spending was about $45 per person. Will come back for more.

Extra meat apparently lol and poorly made uber eats delivered it on time if not 25 min earlier than the eta cannot blame uber for this one.

They are ripping off, worst experience, charge me $15 for this. Having so much pain in my tummy after having this bad quality meat.

I had a diarrhoea after having this kebab. I'm not surprised after reading the other reviews. The meat is also highly processed and has no flavour. Overpriced for the quality. Not the most friendly staff.

I usually like to have Chicken kebab,no salad just chilli and garlic sauce .. !!
