I'm persian so I know what Kabob, zafron and persian rice taste like. This was the WORST persian food and restaurant that I have ever had and gone too. Kabob was chewy, had no flavor, LOW QUALITY meat, food coloring was used instead of Zafron and that was a basmati rice and that's why the food had NO FLAVOR and taste. OVER PRICED! The prices were like Rumi's restaurant but food and the environment was low quality and low class. This place is like a sandwich place and the food quality is low so they should charge like a fast food place not like a high end restaurant (Rumi's Kitchen). They're go out of business if they don't either change their food/chef to fix the quality or they don't lower the prices. One dish, small low quality kabob skewer, a small salad and one coke should not cost $50. You order at the counter and pick up your food there and like Panera bread, you have to take your dishes to the trash to empty trash and leave them there. The owner was not very friendly like other persians. My husband is American and this experience embarrassed me as a persian! Avoid this place.

One of the best Persian restaurants in the USA. The owner and staff are the nicest people while the food is freshly prepared and the quality and taste is the best.

This restaurant is on the pricier side. While I can't speak for Atlanta, in DC, NYC, and Toronto, a typical kebab order usually includes rice, salad, and other sides. However, this place serves only kebab, rice, and a single grilled tomato on the plate. Moreover, they charge extra for a small salad. The menu offers two portion options: lunch and dinner. I opted for the dinner portion, but it didn't seem like much. I can't help but wonder how small the lunch portion might be.

The bill for a kebab and a small salad amounted to over $28, and on top of that, there's a prompt to add a tip. While I understand the impact of inflation, the prices here seem excessive, and the overall attitude of the establishment left much to be desired.

This little place serves the best tasting Persian food. I am a big foodie and I cannot say enough good things about their food. The husband and wife team is serving the best Persian Food. The food is mild but full of flavor. We ordered every kabob item with rice and believe me. Everyone in my party was blown away. This place is a hidden gem for sure.
The food is delicious. The bad reviews are way too harsh. The service is a little slow but there’s only two people working trying to serve multiple orders. Would recommend to anybody in the area

Came in with my daughter, no other giest was there place was completely empty other than the staff. Went to the register, not only were we not greeted but no one bothered to acknowledged us. They could clearly see is standing looking at the menu. We left after 5 minutes of being ignored.
We tried their wraps Chicken Koobideh wrap was underwhelming
but the Kookoo sabzi wrap was good. We loved the roasted potato n d French fries they gave as the sides . Costed us $30 for d takeout lunch for 2 including tips.

Very pricey for what you get. A $20 lunch in a strip center better be good. This was not bland food and missing those Mediterranean spices, which did not taste like lamb kabobs. I hate it when I order lamb, and it tastes like beef. I will not be back; this was a very disappointing lunch. I sure miss my favorite Persian restaurant now in Tustin, CA.
