Been here multiple times but I think it’s time to give it a break.

Avoid This Restaurant: Disappointing Experience
We went to Restaurant Boustan(Located in Tabagie Samson)
hoping for a quick meal. However, it took them 35 minutes to serve us four sandwiches, and what we got was disappointing. The shawarma was drenched in butter, which made it unpleasant to eat. I even felt unwell for a week afterward. Adding to the frustration, none of the workers spoke English; they only spoke French, which seemed odd and made communication difficult. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The worst service I ever had , their food wasn’t even good also their so cheap imagine counting the tomatos the pickles…that they put in the sandwich ( they are not allowed to put more than 2)

Ordered three meals using Uber Eats. We only received two. We called Boustan to ask if they perhaps had forgotten one of our meals, they said they remembered putting them in the bag themselves and blamed it on the driver, however, the bag was intact and stapled shut. Then the manager told us the same thing. They won’t admit to their mistakes and treated us like we were stupid. Yes, the food is fantastic but the service is horrible…
Super tatsy. Very generous with fillings and toppings. Always good. I am here a lot! The line up can be long at times, but there's a darn good reason for that :)
ordered mix special kebab for take away for two, the meat was good but the bulgur (wheat rice) and fries were not cooked enough, french fries i could feel the raw potato.
If you are looking for an authentic savoury middle eastern sandwich, this is the place! The long wait is worth it. My favourite sandwich is Chicken Sage or Beef Sage made in the Syrian way (with pomegranate sauce).

We arrived around 8:00 pm on a Saturday. The line up was extremely long. The wait was long but okay. The atmosphere was vibrant with everybody talking and having a good time. It made the wait easier.
The food was good and portions were big enough. I would love to try the "sushi" next time.

Best Lebanese Shawarma I got since I moved to Canada 🇨🇦 clean place, nice vibes.
Be prepared to wait a little bit for your order. For the sushi chicken and meat shawarma. They were both great 👍🏻 Liked the taboulé and fatouch as well.

My family had dinner at this restaurant tonight and were served raw chicken. When this was brought up to the waiter, nothing was done, not even an apology. My husband had to request to speak with the owner to be heard. On top of being served undercooked meat, the service was extremely slow and it took forever for a waiter to even welcome us. No menus on the table, besides the Ramadan special 2 options. When asked for the restaurants menu, we were brought 1 menu for a table of 9 people and the waitress/receptionist didn’t like us questioning the menu. Overall, a very unpleasant service. First and last time at this restaurant.

I heard the line is long and also the wait time is long in the evenings so we went at 3:00 pm, there were few people ahead of us and it moved pretty quick. The gentleman behind the counter was nice helpful kind and quick. The food is pretty much good and a lot, no one of us was able to finish their order, so normally 2 people can share one order. The most important is that the food was very good.
I ordered 4 mix plate from Uber yesterday and went to pick up the food. They forgot to put pita, luckily I checked before driving back home. What’s more disappointing is the amount of food you get for plate they charge 19$.

Excellent service. I eat halal meat. I recommend it. They have meat, chicken and doner, very tasty..
Wow! Wife and I discovered this place yesterday near our home and to our surprise the Mixed sandwich was really good and the portion just great. They have a thin pita bread and their sauce was just awesome! Will come back to try other foods on menu. This was my half portion, wife ate other half :)
Regarding the food, I enjoy the kabab and chicken but the shawarma and the BBQ meat are not good. Especially shawarma it's salty

We were ans Laval and wanted to try a new place, having heard a lot of good things about this place. The greeting was ok, they don't seem to speak French though which didn't matter much to us as we're bilingual. The food was really good we had the kebab for two, very tender chicken and meats. They also serve you bread and a salad with it. I definitely recommand that meal. For dessert, we had their authentic Künefe, it was delicious.
Have never been disappointed with this place! The service is always quick and efficient and they're literally busy all day long! The staff is friendly and lively. The potatoes, the meat, the salads are all so enjoyable! Definitely worth a try if you've never been!

Just ordered through Door Dash the mix shawarma pita trio with extra garlic sauce.
Pita was a nice size , hot and tasty.
The rice that came with the trio was delicious as well. Very well cooked.
My only small criticism is the garlic sauce had hardly any taste of garlic. Still though, I was
very happy with this meal. It was affordable and filling.
Would definitely order from Boustan again.

Perfect meal! Very good quality. Good service. Good enough space indoor for dining, so social distance is ok. Very good menu, absolutely Turkish vibe! One of the best Turkish restaurants I have visited in Canada!
