If you want good shawarma in the London region, then you have to try out shawarma guys!

There are so many shawarma joints now, but this one truly sets it self apart. The food is fantastic. They make their own wraps, and I have to say it makes all the difference. Then they add the juicy chicken and it's spot on. Would recommend.

The only reason I don't give the place 5 stars is because the location dissapoints. It's truly not good looking, doesn't look hygenic. It's not a place I'd like to sit and eat.

I just waited 25 minutes for a shawarma.
3 people in the store.
I get home. The thing is a dry as a bone.

No hot sauce or tahini zero hummus zero garlic. So damn annoying. Thanks for the cardboard sandwich

Very disappointed today! Their food quality has gone down to very low and the science of food prep and presentation is just missing. I ordered a chicken showerma. After long wait, I got left over and chewy meat reheated on the griddle even overcooked. The showerma was dripping badly and the paper wrap stuck to the pita bread multiple places thus difficult to eat.

Cleanliness issues everywhere in the restaurant. Old, dirty and worn out seating.

Not coming back here again!

Used to be the best, no contest. Now 20 years of pita pita enjoyment in jeopardy

Now they didn't have beef ready at lunch time. Drink cooler barely stocked. The hummus which I considered the best in the country was already fermenting when it went intothe takeout box.

The tiles are whipped, walls need a paint, dust and grease hanging on strings right above the food prep area.

I hope this isn't the beginning of the end for this wonderful establishment but I am unhappy with the state of affairs.

This is the place that made me fall in love with Middle Eastern food so many years ago! Their shawarma is absolutely perfect and even though I no longer live near London, whenever I am anywhere close, I make an excuse to stop by for their awesome food! I highly recommend everyone try this place out. There is a Subway next door and every time I see someone walk in there I think "No you fool! You need to go to Pita Pita Plus!"

I placed an order in advance for pickup at 7:10. When I got there the person working there said the person before him didn't mention the order so It wasn't made I was on lunch during work so this sucked but it's fine people forget it happens, the worker there was super nice he made my order as quickly as he could so if this was based purely on service this would be a five stars. However what I ordered was listed as 11.99 before tax but I was charged 13.49 before tax. I would have told the employee but I felt bad because I think he was the only one there (unless another worker was on break) and was getting alot of customers so I'm not gonna ask him if he accidentally overcharged me when he's making 5 sandwiches for one customer whilst trying to coordinate taking the order of 5 others. So the review is more directed towards the ownership for understaffing which will obviously result in mistakes like this happening more often.

Crispy yet tender.. not dried out and stringy like chain locations.. I Truly fantastic shawarma!! Support a proudly Palestinian business with 20yrs heritage.. come hungry and leave satisfied

The workers here are good people and friendly. The multitasking of these guys is ridiculous. Hell be working on 2-3 orders at once. Garlic sauce is AMAZING. They serve crispy fries, AMAZING, and their chicken shawarma is to die for. There's only two places in London that I will eat shawarma at and this is one of my top two.

I love this place!! My husband and I come here like 2-3 times a week. Staff are amazing, friendly and nice. Shawarma is also always amazing and great price!10.00$ for beef/chicken or even mix, and the same price!! If you want extra toppings they will put them on free of charge!! They have the best shawarma plates, and shawarma fries. Can’t go wrong here 100%

I love this place. Service is excellent. The food is always fresh fast and delicious.
Tonight I ordered the Shawarma plate and for $19, It’s plenty of food. It’s nice to eat something fast, fresh and healthy for a reasonable price

Arrived at 3pm, Long wait time despite no other customers.

While waiting for the meat they put in fries too early making it soft, no longer crunchy when served.

Food is ok, only amazing apart is their portion

Just went here tonight, a while ago! The tall guy who was at the counter barely added meat in the shawarma and didn’t even grill the wrap properly moreover we got regular fries which hardly had 10-12 pieces we asked him for spicy garlic dip and instead of giving in a small container he poured over the fries. It was all soggy and mess. Been here many times the service and food has always been top notch but this guy always disappoints us. Will make sure to never walk in to the store if i see him at counter. Disappointed!

Ordered a shawarma guys special plate with beef and salad, and kabobs. The beef was a bit chewy, but the seasoning was good. The kabobs were okayish, it could've been better. The shawarma plate was for 19$+ , and was a bit expensive for the quantity.

Taste wise, it was good, it wasn’t the best I ever had but, I was pleasantly satisfied. However, the food falls short with pricing. $19+ for a Shawarma plate that has 2 scoops of rice, 2 scoops of protein, and a small salad… EXTREMELY overpriced.

Service was fine, atmosphere was fine but, extremely hot in the store and, you’ll likely never want to dine-in.

Would probably recommend if you purchase something other than the plate.

Been here a few times and food is always awesome. Good size portions and decent price. The chicken shawarma plate is overpriced at $17 for what you get, but the Felafel wrap at $8 and shawarma wrap at $12 are decent value.
Service is good, the place is a little hot so you won't want to eat in.

I ordered a mix shawarma wrap which was delicious and was ready quickly. Decent portion size and fair price. Respectful and friendly staff. The dine in area is okay and there are plenty of parking spots available in the plaza. I would’ve gone for 5 star if they had put more toppings. I mean he put enough cabbage or lettuce, but the rest less than a handful. Overall it was a good experience.
