Top Beer halls in Barcelona, Spain

I definitely recommend ordering drinks in this place - especially cold, fizzy, wine cocktail. They are very cheap and tasty. If it's about food it's 100% fast food, not really filling. The place is really loud and quite dirty (especially the toilets).

It's an affordable dining place, better to go in groups because they have a "100montaditos" dish where there's 6 sandwich on a plate.

You can order many sides without worrying that you will go broke.

This was recommended to me by a friend. It is a very inexpensive place to get a quick bite in an area that is quite pricey. The sandwiches were smaller than I thought they would be based on other photos, but it’s hard to complain for the price. On a side note, the washrooms were filthy and in need of a deep clean.

Big mug of beer for €2 and a plate of olives for €1 in the city centre is amazing value for Barcelona, the food is very good and cheap as well just a bit on the small side

At first glance, the place was for students, although all the seats were occupied by older people and even families. Very affordable beer and snacks. A good place to hang out with a group. But at the same time, the toilet is terrible. The women's restroom didn't even have a toilet seat. I haven't seen this for a long time. Brrr

We found this place by accident and we are so content!
Big frozen beers in various tastes for 2 Euro, delicious small sandwiches in numerous versions, tapas for 1-2 Euro. Menu in English available, the staff cleaning the tables just after the guests left. In the eveninig it might be hard to find a place to seat, but during the day the tables are available.
We are coming back for good beer and good sandwiches and definetaly recommend this place.

Ironically I had the BEST food and service in all of Spain in this Argentinian restaurant in Barcelona the first course for me was a plate of delicious soft and pillowy gnocchi that so far the best I’ve ever had in my life, the milanesa de ternera a la napolitana blew my mind how huge the steak was served with some patatas fritas, I couldn’t finish it cause it was so huge so I had to take some back to my hotel. The drink “El Argentino” made of sweet cherry juice and vodka made me so happy from how good it tasted that I bought two. The people working here are super welcoming, helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Did a reservation for dinner. In general the restaurant service was good. Decent and relax atmosphere. I wasn't fan of the actual space/ interior design. The Milanesa and Steak were really good, big portions and and price was not overly expensive. However the empanadas and the blood sausage was not to my taste. I will recommend to try it out.

Street food, small bites, cheap on Wednesdays and Sundays (1€ and beers less than 2€) —Great if you’ve been sightseeing and are looking for a quick bite and super relaxed atmosphere.
If you have ever been to Mexico this is the version of small street tacos. Cheap and good food and drinks.
We were glad to find this place as an option to try a bit of everything and enjoy a place the locals enjoy as is not your traditional tourist option.

unfortunately we were very disappointed, quality of vegetarian food very low- and service so lala… there was a loud fight in the kitchen which was not very pleasant 😣 i think for only meat eater without ambiente it’s okay. ice cream was not fresh but the tiramisu was alright.

The food is ok, but not good. Nothing that you can't make and reproduce at your own home. The service is more or less, once that you have to come to pick up your order at the balcony. The tables are small and the chairs are uncomfortable, because there are no chairs with back support.

The decoration is nice. Old pictures from Barcelona history. But due by the layout, you can't come close to see and appreciate. I came once with my friend, and that's the kind of place that I won't come back.

Sumptuous and divine atmosphere best at night if you’re looking for somewhere romantic. The food is absolutely fabulous that each bite melts in your mouth even the beef, especially the beef!! Deserts to die for!! Service is so friendly that makes you feel like you’re eating at home. I highly recommend this place.

Overall It's a great places. The place inside is gorgeous. The food is amazing. Good portion except any dishes with chicken. They are bigger portion. The drink selection okay. A lot of wines, whiskey, bourbon, vodka, rum, cognac and cocktails. The san miguel beer is also good. Much smoother and lite. The recommend appetizers is the empanada argentina. But any other are good choices. Any beef,and veal dishes are great choices also. The waitress are extremely beautiful and pleasant. This is a must visit place if your in Barcelona.

Very tasty meat, roasted to perfection, the people working there were polite, fast and knowing how to guide you in order to make the most of your visit. Absolutely recommended for meat lovers 🐐🇦🇷
