My dad and I went here the other night and we really enjoyed everything. The music was great, beers were cold. The only thing that put a damper on our experience was how bright it was in there. My dads a bit older and can be sensitive to really bright lights and it became his main focus the whole time. We’d love to come back but I think it might be too much for my dad. We’ll check it again down the road and hopefully it’s something that gets noticed and possibly adjusted
. Overall place was great though so if you don’t mind intense lighting you’ll enjoy it.
There's tons of parking and this spot is absolutely a gem. There's a wide selection for all drinkers and it's clean, the staff is wonderful and they're always doing awesome events. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for somewhere really cool to check out be sure to give them a gander. Five stars across the board. Highly recommend.
Decent food items, pizzas & pretzels and good service. The night I was there, they were brewing something that made the inside just stink, you really couldn't be in there, fortunately there were outside tables, but you could still smell it from the inside. It was not a pleasant smell.
Matt helped us out and was super attentive. The beers here are amazing!! The sours we tried were divine passion and strawberry swirlplay, 10/10. The Bavarian charm beer is excellent and Old Town Station is a great red ale. The fesbier is delicious. We tried breakfast chainsaw massacre and it's a sweet stout that tastes just like breakfast! They use all real fruits and flavors are on point. They had a food truck called the munchies report, the expanadas were well seasoned and flavorful. Their smash burgers are fantastic!
Must visit if in Ft Lauderdale. Food was amazing. Came here because I enjoy trying new Breweries and it was absolutely perfect. I gave the bartender the rights to create me a flight and he NAILED all of them. The Sours and Beers were all amazing.
Andres is a great host serving up some really fun and tasty beer. Especially Loved the Last Straw Berry!
Great beer and looks like good food. Very friendly staffs.

Such a cool spot. Absolutely loved it all! The flight was amazing! My fave was definitely Waldo! 💚 I was too happy to find out that this spot offers plenty of vegan and vegetarian options! I got the Sunday Special, Two @beyondmeat patties, 🧅 caramelized onions, 🧀 cheddar cheese, secret burger sauce, 🥬 lettuce, 🥒 pickles, and 🍅 tomato on a toasted bun served with homemade chunky fries. It was the best ! Thanks for having a Smash burger for people like me! I also got the Sunday Special dessert, Spaghetti Ice Cream! Vanilla ice cream extruded into thin, noodle-like strands topped with our 🍓 strawberry sauce and Grated white chocolate.
I love this spot! Can't wait to visit again!
Have you had Spaghetti ice cream before?

Very nice place!
Fast and friendly service!
Lots of free parking, WiFi, nice souvenirs to pickup as a gift!! Plenty of different styles to choose from high school clean glasses!
Cool local spot with about a dozen good craft beers. It's tucked away and enjoyable!
We loveee this place! Great beer and variety. Two locations both cool. Pompano has bands. Andreas is super cool and makes lol the guests feel at home! Go here! Dog friendly too!
Ended up stopping by from out of town, as we were visiting a brewery near by. The beers were decent, certainly something for everyone to drink. They did offer flights if you weren't sure of what to get. Had fun playing some games with the kiddos as it is kid-friendly. There were dart boards, so plenty of things to do while you drink beer. The food truck did not show up though it was scheduled, so probably would recommend calling ahead if that is one of the reasons you are heading there.
We were visiting from out of town, and this place was a bit far from where we were staying. However, after seeing the names and flavors of the beers on their website, we knew we had to check it out. This place has a great, funky, chill vibe. Seating inside and out, with both lounge-y couches and tables for playing cards or drinking flights. They had great beers with kitschy names, particularly the sours. They had a food truck out back the night we were there and stand up comedy. It is kid-friendly, however, the comedians can be a bit 'PG-13' to 'R' rated. We would definitely go back.
Great brewery! Family friendly. Dog friendly too in the outdoor seating. The beers i tried were great. My favorite was the Stradamus. Will be going back for sure. FyI...for Moms...they have a baby changer in the bathroom 🙌🏼.
For me it's such a big deal, specially in a brewery. I didnt expect it, but it was definitely nice to see one there. I have been to too many restaurants without one, and it is annoying. So this little detail was a good one for me 🤗
Great atmosphere and delicious food. Our service was fast and friendly. Lots of table games to play while having a few drinks.
Black Flamingo Brewing has a storefront brewery and tap room in an industrial park off Powerline Road. It is the location that originally was Holy Mackerel and then Weed Reaper breweries. I have visited here under both those names. It is a walkable distance to another brewery too. Other places have brewery districts and I always hoped these two breweries are successful and may attract more to the area. However, first impression of Black Flamingo wasn't all that great. It was Friday and I checked to see what time they opened. Their website said 2pm. I arrived at 2:30 and found the door was locked and hours on the door indicated that opening time was really 3. I took a walk around the area and returned at 3 for a couple beers. The board showed 15 choices. As I was deciding what to get, the bartender told me only 3 of the 15 were available. Fortunately, the two glasses of beer that I tried of the three that he had were both very good. Since I liked the beers, I'll return here sometime and give Black Flamingo another try.
Warm and friendly service with a smile!
Fresh brews of all kinds to try and enjoy!
As soon as you walk in the decor and music paired with great beer!! Hosting several Live music events definitely a great vibe!!
We went to Dangerous Minds for lunch and brews. There were many varieties of beer to choose from and all were good or better. Generally, all that we tried were delicious, and we tried most of them! Personally, I loved the way the straightforward beers (like the single malt schilling ale) and the heavily flavored (like the razz red ale) and everything in between were excellent. Something for everyone. One negative about the beer is that there is no special pricing for flights. My bargain hunting friends should be warned, however, to order pints, not flights. The pints are reasonably priced. The flights are priced as à la carte 4oz servings and it sure adds up quickly. We love to sample everything though and our wallet took a hit. The pizza was the only food item we tried and it could have been better. A thicker crust option would have been great. All our pizzas were on paper thin crusts and we prefer thicker and chewier. The toppings were generous enough. We've been to this brewery a few times now and this was the first time we went specifically to eat a meal. The awesome beer variety is the reason we will come back and we will probably stick to a pint at a time.
Great brewery with creative pizzas and pub appetizers. The tikka masala pizza and scotch eggs were both really flavorful and delicious.

They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with occasional live music as well. Great service too!
Totally fun place!
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the beers!
They have plenty of space with high ceilings!
There are dart boards and a jukebox!
It was fun playing old favorites and darts
Sipping my beer!
So many different types and tastes!
My new place to chill!
I was at another local brewery and when pulling out to go home, I noticed this gem and decided “Hey, why not!” I have never seen or heard of any marketing regarding Black Flamingo Brewing Company, which is a shame. This is my kind of place, calm, dark, relaxing, and a small but great variety of beers. In addition, a band called “The Magic Bus Band” is there every Saturday from 2-5 and they were really good if you like a variety of classics! Definitely worth a try if your looking for something different to try!
Went on a Monday evening so it was not particularly busy. Was nice to have a quiet space for a beer for once. Ended up getting a flight of several different brews. They are really tasty and the sours they have are especially good. Plenty of games if you bring friends and lots of seating. Look forward to coming back on an event night.
I absolutely love this place!

It’s truly a gem hidden in a quiet part of an industrial park (which also means that you will find plenty of parking when they open in the afternoon).

You enter through their outdoor patio (facing a lake) that has a few top-tables with some games on them. The first thing you see when you go in is a classic-style and cozy sitting room by the window, but then you realize right away that you’re actually in a garage/warehouse!
There’s a bar on your left side, a few tables + some sofas and a space for a small band on your right; and at the end of this big room you can see their custom-made homebrew system.
Btw, I love where their door for the complaint dept. is!!

Behind the bar there’s a big blackboard on the wall with the list of their many beers with sometimes funny names. Don’t worry if you don’t know which one to get: their very attentive bartenders will help you choose according to your taste - but of course, you can never go wrong by ordering a sampler.

The prices are very decent considering that you get good craft beers.

We went there a couple of times already in the last few weeks, and both times they had a live rock band: we saw two different groups so far, and they were both just amazing.

Although the music can be loud, I found this place great for chilling either with friends or alone: it’s a very down-to-earth place where (at least on Saturdays, the only time we could/can come here) you will only meet people with your same passion for beers and music.
Love this local brewery! Must try Blood Orange Grapefruit Gose and Chocolate Banana Milkshake Stout. My 2 favorites! Love Pumpkin Beer this is the place to get some.
