Waiting for lynx bus 350 for 90 mins and zero turned up
Posted wait times for buses are fake, are not real. They are actually not running. Ferries at Disney Springs say they stop working at 11:30pm. At Riverside Resort it says 10:30pm. Buses stop at 11:00pm. It’s a joke. Had a very unpleasant experience today, left stranded at Port Orleans- Riverside. Had to uber to Disney Springs to get back.
This is the place where your resort bus drops you off when you go to Disney Springs and picks you up to drive you to your resort. If your stop is higher than nine you have a bit of a walk. The busses come at a pretty regular schedule. There are pavilions by each stop for shade with fans to try to keep you cool in the hot Florida sun.
Always love coming here. There so much to do from eating, adult beverages, sweets, live entertainment and, shopping. This place is definitely a crowd pleaser.
Buses run regularly with few delays. Area is exclusively for that purpose, and it stays clear of unnecessary traffic. However, in slow week days, it is a bit far to the nearest entrance until 16:30 when the Cirque entrance is opened.
Horrid layout, to get to 2/3's of the bus stops you need to go all around the station, which can easily lead to a missed bus. If you try and cross at any other point the staff are either rude or confusing and sending us to the complete other end on the station that is impassable.
All disney spring is wonderfull 😍🤩💗💖
This is the turn for charter buses to drop. The second right is for rideshare pickup and drop off.
Disney Bus Transportation severely broken. Waited nearly an hour at the Riviera for a 10 min ride to Disney Springs while other busses sowed and waited while no one border them and left multiple times. Now the same is happening at Disney Springs for the return to the Riviera.
So the past few nights my rating would’ve been a 4/5. That’s part of why tonight was a huge problem. We’re staying at Pop Century and have been going to Disney Springs after the parks close the past few nights for dinner. Before tonight there was at most 10-15 people waiting in front of us and it was manageable. Well, we get there tonight and for some reason there are hundreds of people waiting to get back to the same resort as us and very few busses coming. We opted to use an Uber instead of waiting for 2+ hours. What’s frustrating about taking an Uber from Disney Springs is the designated Uber area is on the opposite side as the bus pickup (deliberate). Disney continues to force you to use the services they provide and those services continue to be unreliable. They have the money to fix these problems but I doubt they will. The only advice I can give others from this experience is don’t be surprised when you have to Uber back to the resort because the bus line is magically 2-3 hours long when it’s been 10 minutes the past few nights. Also, on a side note, they told us we couldn’t walk across a road to a gas station for a close pickup from an Uber because, well, it’s Disney and they want to have a monopoly on transportation services. “You can’t cross this road” we were told by security guards. I have 2 feet and know I could’ve very well crossed that road.
You can make connection to the link 50 here. It takes you to Downtown Orlando or Disney's Transportation and ticket center.
We took the buses from our resort to the parks and the Springs and were very pleased with the service. The drivers were always friendly and helpful with questions that we had. The buses are always warm or cool depending on the weather and the seats are comfortable and we always felt safe! We would highly recommend taking the buses while traveling throughout the properties! We had great experiences.
Free attraction with free parking!! Our favorites are the LEGO store and the amazing live entertainment. They are open until 2am, so you can go after visiting the parks if you have the energy, but we usually plan to come after a relaxing day at our resort. They have plenty of food options available, this year we tried the food trucks and were blow away!! If you can’t take the kids to Disney, here they do get a glimpse of the Disney experience!! Highly recommended!!
Fun to walk around. Prices in the stores were nuts

Wait times to grand Floridian was 45 minutes most people I talked to said they had same issues. Not much else to talk about when your have to wait for so long.
Only waited approximately 10 mins for the bus. When it arrived it was shift change!! So had to wait another 5 mins or so for the new shift driver to do his inspections and the one getting off to do his log book before we could leave. Both were very polite and apologetic and quick to get us going!! We did have to ask for help before arriving at our gate and the attendants were very helpful and always with a smile. Very "Disney"!!
