Great coffee. Would’ve given 5 stars if they had a better Loyalty program. Wish there were more incentives.

My friend got a dozen free donut set 12 from ads promoting apps from May 1. I had trying them It was super delicious and soft grazing over donuts. Today I came in the display most label original gazing hot soft donut not many were choice of other flavors. Staff there no such promotions anymore because of shortage supplies. At least you get 1 donuts per customer for free. But I was expecting other choice donuts. At least the donuts was improved better than Dunkin’ Donuts cold and hard to eat donuts.

First time ever trying Krispy Kreme donuts. I must say, they were a delightful treat! What stood out most to me was the texture—soft, yet pleasantly chewy. Each bite was incredibly satisfying, showcasing the perfect balance between doughy and airy.

Very different from Donut Dunkin donut . Usually where I buy my donut from. Never expect Krispy Kreme will be extremely taste.

love there coffee, the place is always busy, donuts are great have a lot of different kinds. Their Bavarian cream so far is my favorite, and their old fashion.

Krispy Kreme on Richmond Avenue Staten Island donuts aren't fresh lately. Dry, bad glaze. I don't know what the reason is. I think there are a lot of them, storage rules are not followed and the recipe is violated. The manager must be replaced.

$3.20 for a medium coffee? Colombian roast ? I mean that’s the cheapest coffee ground why are you over charging ?? Price gouging now this is what we came too? No wonder why you’re not as busy as you use to be . Your future is looking short like the owner . Good luck with that!

I was craving doughnuts last night and went to this establishment for the first time and let me tell you... it was DELIGHTFUL. The gentleman (owner maybe?) was uber nice, the tea that I had really hit the spot, the doughnuts were DELICIOUS (MASSIVE shout out to the yumminess that is the Froot Loop doughnut!), both types of fried Oreos were just... perfection, and the place itself was clean and inviting. Highly recommend. If I lived in the area, I'd have a huge problem on my hands with how often I'd come here. 😂

Cool donut shop with lots of options. All the donuts are either old fashioned or devil cake but the toppings are ENDLESS. Tons of combinations to choose from, or create your own. Service was excellent and the guy taking our order was so patient as we went through all the options and kept changing our minds every time we saw something new. The girl making the donuts was super fast and good at her craft. You can watch them put everything together from behind the glass wall. Not too pricey (we paid $30 for 8 gourmet options.) Extra bonus for Star Wars lovers, as the owner is a fan and there is a whole wall of paraphernalia.

The donuts here are always super fresh. Store is very clean and love the vintage 1950s vibe and music throughout the store. It sets you at ease. Personal favorite is the glazed with raspberry filling.

The donuts are absolutely delicious as are the milkshakes. However, I have to agree with a few other reviews concerning the customer service. One barely gets a greeting or a smile upon entering. No "thank you for coming," no,"hope to see you again soon." No hello or goodbye. No one is asking to be greeted with bells and whistles but common greetings are essentially non existent here.

The servers often seem annoyed when customers (children) are deciding what they'd like to order. As one previous reviewer stated, servers are impatient and not very helpful. The choices, while beautiful in appearance, can be overwhelming but the servers offer no real assistance. They seem to want to get the order complete, get the money owed and be rid of the customers. Such behavior borderlines on rude. One never has the feeling that the customer is appreciated here, AT ALL.

My daughter actually left our last visit saying, "that lady wasn't very nice, Daddy." This kind of experience has happened on several occasions and the attitude consistent among a few servers...so one has no choice but to consider this a systemic issue with the place (not isolated incidents).
If my kids didn't beg me to take them to donut world , I would not return. And probably won't after our latest trip.

(Friday 11/3 around 4:30-5 to answer owner’s question)

Want to thank the staff of Donut World for the amazing Apple Cider and Pumpkin donuts you made for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner recently. We gave them out to our guests at the end of the evening and they were a big hit. 😋

The girls are always very nice. I love the donuts here, better than Dunkin. The avocado toast is my favorite and my son loves the grilled cheese.

I rented one of the Donut trucks for a small corporate lunch event of ~50 people. They showed up promptly at the start time and served my staff. The feedback on the Acai Bowls as well as their donuts was absolutely phenomenal! I 1000% recommend them and the truck. Thank you to the Country Donut team!!

Krispy Kreme is always great but the manager and the team here are fantastic! They helped us do a great donut giveaway at Salem Church for Father's Day this year. So good!

First the staff was amazing. Good job with the amazing customer service!
There was a bit of a wait but it wasn't that bad, since it wasn't a long line.

Donut wise, it’s hyped up too much. It’s not better than Dunkin’ and I feel like I’ve been lied too.

The worst part was the coffee. I ordered a iced caramel latte and it was just milk, no flavoring and espresso shot. A waste of money.

I also ordered a caramel mocha iced latte, which I didn't really have an issue with since there's no caramel flavoring in it and just have mocha so it was whatever. At least that one have a flavor to it, but I still think it have more sugar than caffeine.

I think it might just be bad quality because it’s on the island, maybe the other locations in Manhattan is better that’s why it’s so hyped up.

I’m disappointed since it’s my first time trying this brand of donuts.
In short:
I was surprised to find it's one base type of donut with many kinds of toppings. I thought the donut was ok and tasty, but I enjoy other styles of donut more.
Staff was less enthusiastic than average.

The long review:
When I came to the store with my family, I was surprised to find that for a place called donut world, there isn't a lot of variety.
While there are many possible toppings, the base donut is the same for every donut. A Boston Creme will be the same as a jelly donut, which is the same as a chocolate sprinkle donut. They do not sell French Crullers which was one style I was hoping to get.

The choices of toppings are a bit overwhelming since there are so many options, and the pressure of making a decision was NOT helped by the counter staff acting impatient for us to finish our order.
There are 3 tiers of donut prices, special donuts (filling with cookie crumbles or other particular sprinkles), donuts with filling (Boston Creme), and regular donuts.
There is no strong indication that a Boston Creme will be a donut with a hole, and creme filling put in the center, so I was very surprised and disappointed to find that out.

We bought a French Toast donut, cheesecake donut, Boston Creme, and maple bacon.

-French toast was by far the favorite. It had a nice crunchy top that tasted kind of like cinnamon toast with powdered sugar.
-Maple bacon came second, with fresh bacon topping the maple glaze, it did not seem too sweet and the bacon retained some crunch.
-Boston Creme is third, being disappointing to me as it didn't have the kind of hard chocolate glaze I've come to expect, and creme filling that was sweeter than I wanted it to be. You cannot pick up the donut either because of how the filling is added to the center. I compare Boston Creme's to Dunken Donuts for a standard, and I would definitely put this one below Dunken Donuts. If Dunken is a 5/10, this gets a 2/10.
-Cheesecake donut is last as it tasted nothing like cheesecake to me, and frankly didn't have much of a taste so I focused more on the texture of the creme.
The texture of the creme is a little clumpy so it wasn't pleasant to me.

Country donuts has always been just "fine". Never great. If you want to go for donuts, they are certainly better than Dunkin' Donuts but still do not come close to the donuts at Donut World.

I was just recently in there for a sausage, egg and cheese on a roll and was shocked to see that it was $6.25. That would be okay if it was a very large sandwich and it was really good but it was pretty small and mediocre. If you want that kind of sandwich for breakfast, you're better off just going somewhere else and can probably get it better and for cheaper.

They also have a smoothie place which I can't speak to, but the menu looked pretty robust.

All in all, if you need donuts quick, or another quick breakfast, this is a good spot but it's nothing special.

Donut world is the best place to get fresh donuts. I love the smell of the different creams when I walk into the store. There’s so many flavors and customizations for your donut. I enjoy watching the staff make the donuts in front of me. The staff are friendly and greet you once you walk into the store. I tell my friends and coworkers about Donut world. I have nothing, but great things to say about the store.
